Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend enough. My kiddo old required a tooth extraction, and I was naturally a bit nervous, but everyone made us feel at ease. From the moment we booked, every single interaction was professional and kind. They have a magical way with kids and it ensured an stress-free experience. My son had the extraction in clinic and said afterwards he “had a great time”! Zero trauma. All smiles.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to this practice for around 2 years. During a very tough appointment Dr Will and his dental assistant were beyond amazing at our most recent visit. My child is very anxious, stressed about ever part of his dental appointments, and they showed such genuine support, patience, and kindness from the moment we walked in. Dr Will’s extensive knowledge and calm approach made a world of difference. He took the time to explain everything in a way that felt reassuring and never rushed us. His dental assistant was equally compassionate and attentive, helping my child feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I am so grateful for the care they showed our family. I couldn’t recommend them more highly, especially for parents of anxious children.

Fantastic experience: All I’m gonna say is Dr Ven was impressive with my 6-year-old… and I work with kids!

Negative experience: Referral was sent through by my dentist & no response. After a few weeks, I sent through a follow up email and the reply I received was that the receptionist will be contacting me to schedule the appointment, which would be available mid-October... that was in September & I am still waiting for the reception to call.. I am now searching for a new dentist, so my childs teeth can be sorted before it becomes worse.

Fantastic experience: This was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had! Dr. Amanda Lin is one of the kindest, most helpful, and determined dentists I’ve ever seen. My teeth had a rare issue where the roots hadn’t resorbed, and the team worked incredibly hard to ensure every piece of tooth was successfully taken out. The extraction went very well and was almost fully painless. The MPD team was able to get me a booking very fast; the extraction was completed within 20 days of my initial check-up with Dr. Amanda. As a bonus, extraction patients get one of those Zooper Dooper Ice Blocks, and I even got to keep my laughing gas mask as a souvenir! I would totally recommend parents to book a visit here, especially with Dr. Amanda. It is absolutely worth the drive.

Fantastic experience: Had the most wonderful experience with the dr Den . He was so gentle and nurturing with my 2 year old . Was very thorough and explained everything patiently which set our mind at ease. So goood with kids and the rooms are great as there is a TV on the roof for whilst the kids can watch whilst they sit in the chair. My child was so calm because of the Dr. Lovely receptionists also. Fantastic experience: I cannot praise this clinic enough, after my bad dealings with SmileGroup Castle Hill. (Who I did not want to go with as I've used MacArthur in the past for my daughter, the regular dentist said she preferred this company "SmileGroup") MacArthur will not disappoint, Dr Van is amazing. He is so well with the children. making the whole thing easy and uncomplicated. Love his strategies and what will work best. His Anaesthetist Dr Solomon, is amazing. He is sooo good with children. Has the patience, get's down to their level. I am always happy to wait for an appointment with Dr Van. I am happy with his work, how he treats the situation, also regarding how the child will feel potentially. Taking all factors into consideration. Makes for a good Surgical Dentist. Thank You Dr Van, also thank you to the assistant staff & the reception staff. You are all so lovely. Sherelle, personally thank you for putting up with me in regards to my first visit for my daughter at the time, the whole thing was overwhelming and stressful and yet you managed to calm & reassure me. You are just magical lovely. Cant praise you enough.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a thorough, kind, and truly kid-friendly dental specialist, Dr. Will Tang is the best. From the moment we walked in, he made my child feel completely at ease with his warm and gentle approach. He's incredibly patient, explains everything clearly, and truly takes the time to make sure both kids and parents feel comfortable and informed. I'm so thankful for his kindness and professionalism, it’s rare to find someone who is not only excellent at what they do but also genuinely cares about their young patients. Fantastic experience: Macarthur Paediatrics Dentistry changed my daughter’s attitude towards a dentist. She recently had surgery with Dr Venkatesh and I cannot fault our experience. He was very reassuring, throughly explained the process and gave us options, put my daughter at ease and made her feel comfortable. He genuinely wanted to gain her trust by chatting and getting to know her. We will continue to bring our daughter here and share our experience. Have since recommended MPD to a friend whose child is requiring some dental work. In my mail box was a thank you card and events cinema gift card saying thank you for referring. This gesture blew us away and was totally unexpected. MPD’s customer service speaks for itself.

Fantastic experience: Dr Venkatesh is a child whisperer! My daughter had a hard time with her normal dentist and when we took her to MacPDS she was a little apprehensive at first and then really warmed up to Dr Ven. The staff there are lovely and supportive and I couldn't speak more highly of Dr Ven.

Fantastic experience: By far the best dentist for our kids! My kids have had trauma from previous dental visits but Dr Ven and his team has been nothing but amazing and has a way to make kids feel safe while making sure they have the best oral plan and treatment.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend these guys enough! Everyone that works there was just so friendly and caring. We had to see Dr. Will multiple times and every time he was just amazing with my 11 yr old daughter, he really made her feel at ease and would always let her know what was happening and making sure she was okay every step of the way. He would also call at the end of the day just to check in on her to make sure she is doing okay which I thought was so lovely. Thanks for looking after my daughter :)

My son was seen on an emergency basis due to significant mouth trauma and Dr. Venkatesh Bhardwaj and his team were nothing shy of amazing. From the amazing practice, to the beautiful staff and not to mention the amazing Dr Ven!! (the girls run up the stairs with excitement to go??!!) Fantastic experience: Firstly I would like to express my sincere gratitude to MPD for looking after our little girl, Evy. This week our daughter had dental work under GA with Ven. Due to some recent events, we had genuine concerns with allowing the procedure to go ahead. After a number of lengthy conversations with Ven and Lois (anesthetic specialist) we chose to go ahead with the hope that everything was going to be OK. Tuesday morning arrived and my stress levels were so high, I almost forgot to breath....but the team at MPD were so caring, empathetic and professional that i started to to relax. Their gentle nature allow Evy to remain calm through the whole process. Ven, Melissa and Lois did an amazing job on Evy and the service they provided our family was nothing short of phenomenal. We will forever be grateful to the MPD team! I highly recommend this practice to any child that requires dentist work.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited this practice for my 5 year old son and saw Dr Bhardwaj and left very impressed. Dr Bhardwaj put my son at ease and made him aware of what the procedure was, without scaring him. Dr Bhardwaj is excellent with children and I highly recommend this local practice.

Fantastic experience: Our 8 year old has always struggled with going to the dentist. He suffers from anxiety and has ADHD along with Autism. Never, in his 8 years, had he had a proper dental clean. He was too anxious, jumpy and scared. Our regular dentist referred us to Dr Ven at Macarthur Paediatric Dentistry. I was expecting that they would need to sedate our son to work on him. Surprisingly they didn’t. Ven started slowly, and we had visits every 3 months. He built up trust with our son, making progress at each visit. Yesterday marked 12 months and I’m proud to say, our son had a full scale and clean for the very first time - no sedation required. Highly recommended from this happy parent!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ven and his team at Macarthur Paediatric dentistry are the absolute best in the business. Dr Ven spends time learning about the patient and their personality. He talks you through every treatment option available whilst the patient (my very sensitive 3 year old daughter) looked through the little prize boxes to choose a toy to keep her distracted whilst we spoke about the options! This alone impressed me so much and meant my daughter wasn’t listening to the conversation and becoming scared or upset unnecessarily. We decided on treatment under general anaesthetic and when dr Ven visited before the surgery my daughter instantly calmed down seeing and speaking with him. Post surgery Dr Ven came straight out to speak with us and visited again once my daughter was awake. He then called to follow up the next day. I couldn’t recommend Macarthur paediatric dentistry any higher. Thank you so so much for turning what could have been a traumatic experience into a really pleasant one!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend enough. After relocating here from Scotland, and having a major absess/tooth issue - they seen my little boy quickly and within two weeks he had work done at the hospital because he suffers from Sleep Apnea. They go above and beyond to help and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Most definitely going to register my other two children as well. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Dr Ven is amazing! He went above and beyond to save my sons tooth. It was a time critical injury and if it wasn’t for him my son would have had to have root canal at age 10. The after care from Ven and his team is 1st class. I would recommend them to anyone with children. He is now my sons permanent dentist.

Fantastic experience: We met Doctor Ven by chance at another surgery when my son almost knocked 2 teeth out. Thank god we did as he found a large hole in my sons tooth that had been missed by 2 other dentists. My 3 sons will only see Dr Ven at Macarthur Pediatric Dentistry from now on.

Dr Venkatesh and all of his staff treat my daughter like their own child with kindness and patience... and although we are fairly new patients, its a clear choice that this will be our regular dentist from now on. Fantastic experience: AMAZING! I couldn't speak more highly of Dr Ven and the team at Macarthur Paediatric. My 21 month old fell and shattered her front teeth on 27th Dec whilst on holidays. The office was closed until 7th Jan but that didnt stop Dr Ven calling me personally late on the saturday night to discuss what had happened and gave me advice. Dr Ven then followed up with me to see how my daughter was doing the Friday before they opened then seen us his first day back. Today my daughter had surgery to remove the shattered teeth and fractured bone and once again Dr Ven was amazing and followed up in the evening to make sure my daughter was doing well. I feel extremely lucky to have come across such dedicated caring specialist such as Dr Ven and the team. The care we got was second to none. Highly highly recommend.
