Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Chung. When my toddler had an accident with his teeth, she fit him in for an emergency appointment and I was impressed with her lovely manner with him and professionalism. We had to get dental surgery and Dr Chung and her team did an excellent job with his teeth. She was clear in setting my expectations and explaining my options throughout the process. My son loves going to see Dr Chung and her amazing assistant Chonny, which hopefully means he will never have anxiety about seeing a dentist as he grows up!

Fantastic experience: We are really lucky to get to know Dr Chung and have professional help from her for our kids. Dr Chung fixed our son's teeth 3.5 yrs ago (when he was 3). The work was done beautifully that he had no problem after the surgery and it took him through when he had aldult teeth. Unfortunately, our little one have some tooth decay. We came back to Dr. Chung for help.She did the surgery a few weeks ago and immediately after the surgery my kid is happy. We have a follow-up checkup today, everything is going well. I'm pretty sure it will take us through to when she grows her adult teeth as well. We are very happy for Dr. Chung's professional skill. She really cares for children and she knows what to do the best for them. We highly recommended Dr. Chung to parents like us struggling stress with kids teeth problem.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Caroline had been extremely gentle and caring during my daughter's denal surgery and treatments. My daughter had not been sacred about coming to this dentist, she was very relaxed throughout her treatments. I'm so glad we had found the best kids dentist now.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chung did an excellent job for my son Thomas’s tooth. She did a very good explanation about the problem and procedure. The surgery in the morning went very smooth and he could eat/drink with no pain in the afternoon and back to normal brushing routine the next morning. The crowned tooth looks amazing now and we are so happy with Dr Chung and her team.

Fantastic experience: Dr Caroline and Chonny were extremely friendly and professional when I took my son there for his first dental checkup. Our appointment was a bit delayed and Chonny came out to the waiting area to let us know they were running late, and even played with my son for a short while, explained to him what was going to happen, which built connections with him straight away. Dr Caroline is very patient and she is so good with kids. She LISTENS to our needs and patiently answers all our questions and also gives us lots of tips on how to look after my son's oral hygiene. We feel so happy that we have found such an amazing dental practice. Cannot recommend more! Thank you Dr Caroline and Chonny!

Fantastic experience: We have been really impressed with Dr Caroline Chung's amazing dental work. She has been very thorough with all her dental work with a lot of attention to detail. She also explains everything to us really well and is extremely gentle with children. Dr Caroline has great techniques to get children to cooperate, and she has done a lot of complex dental work without the use of any general anaesthetic or sedation. She has a very calming effect on children and performs her work with great patience and diligence. We are very happy with Dr Caroline and highly recommend her for everyone's children.

Fantastic experience: Taking a special needs child to a dentist can be a very frightening experience HOWEVER we have had nothing but a positive experience with dr Caroline. She’s so kind and caring making sure my little one (aswell as my self) feel comfortable and confident at the appointment. I have been to many different practices but about smiles chatswood is by far the best experience I have had. I also see dr Aodhan who is extremely kind and thorough. Highly recommended, cannot fault. anything!

Fantastic experience: Dr Chung (Caroline) is amazing caring Paediatric Dentist I have ever met. My son have 5 rotten teeth and either need to be removed or repaired. We visited 2 other Paediatric Dentist and all of them just rush us to get them fix. (Well, the cost was AUD 6K!). Dr. Chung was the only one who explained all in details including why and options that we have, no pushing at all, and let us take the time to decide. Her smile, warm and caring heart, professional attitude and skills all make you feel comfortable to put your kids in her hand. I will recommend you to visit her to seek her opinion before you make the decision for your small loved one.

Fantastic experience: We have a very good experience when taking my son to About Smiles Kids, the first dental centre we chose for our son and we believe the best one for kids as well. Dr Chung is really nice and explains very clearly on how to take care our son's teeth (previously we didn't care much about our son's teeth as we thought his baby teeth was just temporarily - but we change our mind now). The treatment for my son was gone well. We also know how to take care of his baby teeth. Now my son has a 6-month checkup with Dr Chung and he really enjoys to go there. He's very proud of his nice teeth now. We highly recommend About Smiles Kids (esp. Dr Chung) for all parents who have kids as their baby teeth is as important as our permanent teeth.
