Fantastic experience: Its my second day on vacation in Perth and my daughter started having swollen bloody gums with fever. Without an Australian number it was impossible to book any appointment at clinics here. Fortunately I tried my luck at toothbuds morley and the staff was extremely helpful and empathetic to our situation. They tried their best to facilitate and slot us in for a consultation. I'm very grateful for them going out of their way to make sure that I could get my daughters teeth checked out as I was afraid it was something more serious! The dentist was also very gentle even though my daughter was screaming her lungs out. She was able to give a detailed diagnosis of the condition from just looking at her gums and gave us assurance that it's nothing to worry about True enough, it had been 3 days from the dental visit on Tuesday and she's much better and eating now, and we didn't have to take an earlier flight back home. In the chaos I didn't manage to get the front desk staff and the dentists names. The front desk staff was a short haired lady with spectacles and the dentist (and nurse) had long hair without glasses. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Fantastic experience: My son was recently referred to Dr Rod Jennings at ToothBuds Morley by his ENT surgeon. The staff at ToothBuds made my son feel super comfortable. They did a comprehensive dental check on him. They were patient and kind when they spoke with him. When they identified an issue, Dr Jennings took his time explaining it to us, visually showing us the problem on X-rays. He walked us through treatment options etc. we elected to have the repair done under GA. Leading up to the procedure, Toothbuds emailed us information and were readily available on the phone when I rang with questions. Dr Jennings walked me through exactly what happened during the procedure and the aftercare as well as sent us home with it printed out. We had a post op review appointment made before we even left. Cannot fault the service and expertise provided by the whole team at ToothBuds.

Fantastic experience: My children have been coming here for a couple of years now and I can’t speak highly enough of our experiences we have had. Other than the standard checkup and clean, we have also had extractions. No matter what’s being done they always make an effort to engage with you and make you feel welcomed. The last time we went, we had Kristie and Jess, what a team! They had such beautiful energy and worked together beautifully, set not only my kids up for a amazing day but also myself!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic experience and would highly recommend. Each team member spoke with us and was very professional and answered any questions we had. And the surprise at the end... there was no bill to pay! 10/10

Fantastic experience: I’ve brought my son to several different clinics before, but none were able to treat him because of his anxiety about dentist. Toothbuds is the only place that truly managed to handle him with such care and understanding. He had both a filling and an extraction done, and not a single tear came out! he said he didn't even feel the jabs at all ! I was really impressed with how the doctor (dr. Rod) and assistant (Tanya) looked after him in the treatment room , they even giving gentle rubs on his head and arms to keep him calm. Those small gestures meant so much to him. They also had advanced tools for children, which made the whole process quick. If your kids anxious about seeing the dentist, you can definitely trust Toothbuds.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend Dr. Jennings highly enough! We were incredibly apprehensive upon learning that our 9 year old daughter was missing teeth and needed to have a rectification plan put in place. After consultations and subsequent scans, the team at toothbuds developed a comprehensive plan that involved surgery to bring her teeth into alignment. We were well informed of both the issue and the possible treatment options which kept us in control. After settling on the surgical procedure we were consulted thoroughly and the staff made themselves available constantly to answer the numerous questions we had. We went into the surgery knowing exactly what to expect and that eased our stresses dramatically. Surgery was performed flawlessly and the level of care was amazing. The resulting changes for our daughter will be greatly appreciated by her for years to come.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were a little anxious taking our daughter for her very first checkup at just over 18 months old. Jainika was wonderful—she made the experience so smooth, and our daughter did amazingly well. She loved both the staff and the warm, welcoming environment. Thank you

Negative experience: All my previous experiences here have been amazing but today I had an appointment at 4:15 pm for my son Ali and the dental therapist/dentist herself was amazing and had great manner with my child. The dental assistant (Asian girl in pink scrubs) was very rough and does not know how to deal with kids. She was way too firm/not in the mood. Yes my child was wriggling and uncomfortable but being a place that exclusively caters to kids, I would have expected better.

Fantastic experience: My boy had a terrible experience in NZ.Thanks to the team in Canningvale (dr Hui and Jess) that fear is now turned into a very giggly and fun experience!!I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone who needs pediatric dentists!! Thank you for making a really stressfull minute into so many giggles!!!

Negative experience: They used to be good and we had multiple positive experiences until recently - they accepted emergency work and I watched patients booked in later than my kids walk through. It got to the point where I couldn't wait any longer so we walked out after notifying reception. I submitted feedback and a request for a re-book due to the circumstances. I've heard nothing.

Fantastic experience: My sincere thanks to all the team in Morley who pulled together to create an emergency appointment. There are not many dentists who voluntarily work through their lunch break to help a patient. A special mention to hygienist Caroline, who somehow managed to calm my son making him feel safe, brave and in control.

Fantastic experience: Consistently great experience for my daughter, from guiding us through some more complex procedures in the past to now regular check-ups.

Fantastic experience: Bought my 2 year old daughter here today with swollen gums. The staff are absolutely brilliant here. So friendly and kind. The dentist was absolutely brilliant alongside his dental nurse. Thank you so much for looking after our Zia. I thought she wouldn't respond at all and she done really well with the techniques you used. Was also happy that you knew straight away what was wrong with her gums and this has given us peace of mind now. See you in April for her check up. Thank you

Fantastic experience: My 4-year-old daughter was a bit scared of going to the dentist before her first visit. However, the staff were incredibly professional and caring. I want to give a big thumbs-up to Kristie. She was amazing! My daughter had a great experience, so did we as parents.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful and appreciative for everything Toothbuds has done for my teenage daughter. The care and respect shown to both of us was evident in everything they did - from my very first enquiry to her dental surgery. They calmed a highly stressed teenager and respected her by talking to her about what was happening and going to happen. The staff are kind, caring and incredibly accommodating. You won’t find a better paediatric dental service in Perth.

Negative experience: They were great for our kids in the past, however recently they don't answer the phone at all, we have left messages but they don't call back, when my wife and I have both tried to use the online appointment enquiry neither of us have been contacted to book the appointment. We have had to change dentists for our kids now as a result.

Fantastic experience: My 10yo son had a procedure with Dr Jennings this month, and I was impressed by how quickly we were able to get an appointment and the reasonable cost of the treatment. His recovery went smoothly, with no pain afterwards. I highly recommend Toothbuds to others.

Fantastic experience: Incredible experience. My son broke off his two front teeth in a bicycle accident and while they had no bookings the said their Dentists are pretty great and will take emergencies on their lunch breaks…. And they Did same day we called in to get them reattached in his lunch break THANKYOU so much Dr Lyndon truly grateful. Made the most stressful 48 hours so much better thankyou a million times over!!! And to the admin staff that were so kind caring and helpful.

Negative experience: Had a couple positive experiences here. HOWEVER they will constantly reschedule to the point my daughter had to have 4 teeth removed at pch due to them constantly pushing her appointments further and further back. All she needed at the time was fillings, they told me come back in 3 months for these fillings. They know I have to travel 2 hours and then rescheduled on me twice that took a WHOLE YEAR for her to finally be seen. Once she was finally seen the dentist said oh she will need extractions. I was livid and disgusted. Her teeth needed work done on the day and they couldn't of cared less. The problem is, every other dentist I went to refused to do her fillings as she needed to be "using oxygen" that toohbuds have.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rodney has been amazing with his service and knowledge. He treated us and our autistic 4y/o with up most respect, didn’t push or rush any situations, always kept us well informed and made us feel at ease. In my opinion Rod is a true gentleman who is great with kids, especially with additional needs. We will be returning to Rod for all our future dental needs without hesitation. Thanks Rod, we appreciate all you have done!

Negative experience: I recently visited Dr. Udit at Toothbuds with my 4-year-old son. While Dr. Udit was great with my son, patient, and interactive, I was disappointed with the lack of detail provided about my son's treatment needs. Unfortunately, the dentist was unable to take X-rays, and I was handed a $7,000 estimate without a clear explanation of the work required. I had to take the quote to my regular dentist to get a breakdown of the costs and treatments. I contacted Toothbuds on February 18th to discuss potential alternatives, but it's now March 8th, and I'm still waiting for a callback. The lack of follow-up is concerning, especially when it comes to my child's health. I would not recommend Toothbuds unless you can pay the $$$ for GA

Fantastic experience: We attended Toothbuds for an emergency appointment for my child which subsequently required a follow-up procedure. Dr Udit and his team were so wonderful, empathetic and very nurturing during what could have been a very distressing experience. Any questions I had were answered and a plan was made for our future care. I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks again from the Smith family

Fantastic experience: We have had such a wonderful experience at Toothbuds! From the receptionists to the dentists, and especially Dr. Rod in surgery, we couldn’t fault them. On all three of our visits with our three kids (including one very nervous child), the staff and dentists were absolutely incredible.

Fantastic experience: We had the best experience at Toothbuds Morley. My son has major oral aversions and many health issues for his first year of life and they made it feel so easy and safe for us. The minute you walk in you’re greeted with smiles. I could not recommend them enough. I’m excited to see them all again for our check up in six months

Fantastic experience: After being unsuccessful elsewhere in getting x-rays for my 4 yr old, both my daughter and I were a little apprehensive about our first visit to Toothbuds. However, I was absolutely blown away by our positive experience. From the moment we walked in the door, the receptionists immediately calmed my daughter’s nerves with their friendly nature and were all smiles. Kristy, the therapist was incredible in engaging my daughter and made her feel so comfortable. She was effortless in obtaining all the x-rays required, checking my daughter’s teeth and cleaning them. Kristy was patient, calm and so nurturing. She is clearly someone who is incredible with kids and wonderful at what they do. Dr Udit was fantastic in explaining what was going on and what treatment was required. My daughter left the practice saying she had so much fun and wanted to come back again. I cannot thank Toothbuds enough for their level of care. Not once, did we ever feel rushed and I walked away feeling so grateful to this wonderful team of people who are so dedicated to ensuring that every child feels safe, comfortable and never fearing the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Have been seeing Dr Rod for my 3 kids for years and can’t rate him and the whole toothbuds team high enough!! They go out of their way to put the kids at ease to the point where the kids actually look forward to going to the dentist to get a prize . Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We had been putting off taking our children (5 and 2) to the dentist for fear of a traumatic experience that would make it even harder to engage them when older, but after noticing a few cavities decided to bite the bullet. Toothbuds came recommended highly amongst our social circles, and so we booked in to have their teeth checked. The process was seamless from inspection by the oral hygienist, to recommendation of a treatment plan by Dr Jennings for our children that took into account each child's unique needs. Day surgery for the 5yo was booked in, and the hospitalisation process was seamless. Apart from a short period of pain post-operatively, our son is doing well, and now understands the importance of looking after the "new teeth" that Dr Jennings has helped restore! We would definitely recommend the team at Toothbuds Morley to any of our friends and family.

Fantastic experience: So good. My toddler son had an accident and we went to another dentist, which turned out to be way more traumatic than the accident itself. From there we went to Toothbuds and it was a world of difference. The staff are so caring, patient and understanding, really did their best to help him feel at ease while doing what they needed to do. We've had a few visits since and now he leaps up into the seat and opens his mouth without being asked. Great team creating a great environment.

Positive experience: I took my seven-year-old autistic son here for his first 'real' dentist visit and, although I was slightly worried, my fears were soon put to rest. My son's dentist was wonderful - obviously well-trained in dealing with young children as well as dentistry. She kept my son calm and made his experience fun and quick as possible. He was relaxed and happy after the visit. Losing one star because we did have quite a long wait (nearly twenty minutes past our schedule appointment) and the parking situation isn't that great.

Negative experience: The receptionist is rude as, 0/10 will never recommend based on the call I just had.

Fantastic experience: We engaged with Toothbuds for dental treatments and needless to say, the process was so smooth and easy. My daughter had to undergo day surgery for multiple procedures including extractions and crowns, and understandably she was quite anxious and scared of the process. However, Dr Rod Jennings from Toothbuds was extremely patient and kind at the day hospital, and spoke calmly to my daughter about the procedures. My 6 year-old was such a trooper throughout the whole surgery, and wasn't scared at all, even in a hospital setting. On top of that, she didn't need much pain relief after the surgery, and the downtime for her recovery was minimal - That definitely meant that Dr Rod performed her surgical procedure skillfully and thoroughly. It has been 3 weeks since the surgery, and little 6 has been brushing and flossing her teeth regularly. No further pains or concerns. We're so happy with the level of service from Toothbuds. Thank you to Dr Rod and everyone at Toothbuds who made it so pain-free (pun intended!) for us.

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old daughter has just undergone her day surgery with Dr Rod Jennings and we could not be happier with how it went on the day, they kept in touch throughout the whole procedure and Rod came to see me straight after to let me know how it all went whilst waiting for my daughter to wake up. They were all so friendly and accommodating and my daughter felt so comfortable and walked out completely unfazed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My experience has always been amazing at Toothbuds. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Their service delivery is client focused. They are always providing solutions and treatment plans tailored to your child and what would be best for them. I trust them and always feel safe with any major planned dental work for my kids. My little one has had dental surgery with them and they made what could have been a very stressful experience, smooth, easy and calm. Today, I needed to sort out tooth extraction options and appointments for my eldest for braces. Jude from Toothbuds was fantastic with talking me through the options available. She immediately organised to have the treatment plans sent through with estimated costs for each option. She followed up with a phone call and talked me through what was sent and then helped me lock in dates. All in one day! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: We have been at Toothbuds 2 times for our 4-year-old daughter's tooth extraction because she had an accident at school. She was very nervous about these visits, but their professional practitioners were very kind and made her feel comfortable during these visits. We left with smiles and happiness thanks to Miriam and Maihesha, our dentists and their assistants, and front desk staff members.

Fantastic experience: The team at Toothbuds is fantastic! My son had comprehensive oral restoration under Dr. Udit Bhatnagar at St John of God Midland. He is a compassionate and thorough doctor, will explain everything in detail and address any questions. The entire process went smoothly and the post surgical care was on point. The nurses, anaesthetist and ward staff at St John of God Midland are absolute legends! I highly recommend Toothbuds for your paediatric dental needs. My son will continue to go there.

Fantastic experience: Took both my girls aged 1 and 4 to Toothbuds in Morely today for their first check up. It was extremely important to me that they had a good first experience and Dr Udit did not disappoint. He made my 4 year old feel very comfortable and she even giggled throughout her appointment which was very unusual as she is always very fearful and anxious. He explained everything he was doing and tested some of the equipment on her hands first. It was such a great experience my little girl is ready to go again! He was also able to do a quick check and clean on my 1 year old. Extremely happy with our experience today from walking into the waiting room to leaving. All the staff were friendly and professional. It wasn't a long wait either. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Toothbuds is absolutely fantastic for kids. My two are sensitive souls with gag reflexes and Rod & all the nurses completely put them at ease and made our visits so easy. They are fast, gentle and patiently treat the kids as people. The little rewards at the end of the visit is always a highlight as well and encourages them to come again. No one looks forward to the dentist, but I don’t ever worry about taking my kids to Toothbuds I know they’re well looked after and will feel safe and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with our autistic son (6) at Toothbuds. My son has *major* sensory issues (with his mouth especially) but a visit with Dr Rod was really easy due to everyone being so kind & patient so my son coped extremely well. He needed a lot of dental work done that required day surgery & GA - this was booked with about 10 days & despite us being incredible stressed at the thought, it went amazingly smoothly. Dr Udit completed the surgery & was incredibly understanding, warm & reassuring throughout the entire process. It could’ve easily been a traumatising event for my son but instead it’s been great & he’s had a very smooth recovery. We found the whole experience with Toothbuds to be absolutely wonderful & won’t be going anywhere else with our kids. Thank you so much!

The team identified an ENT issue that had been missed by previous Doctor's and organised a referral for my son to see an ENT specialist. I would highly recommend Toothbuds for all children.

Negative experience: Poor experience at reception, actual dentists are fine though. The response is not a correct account of what happened. At no point was I asked to take a seat or told what was going on, I was standing at the counter while a receptionist ignored me. Someone else was immediately served with a working hicaps machine who finished after me. It took long enough that the dentist helping me finished with their next patient and we had to complain to them for reception to do anything and bill us. I am not interested in being reached out to as there's nothing you can do as this stage to make the past cease to have happened.

Fantastic experience: Toothbuds has been amazing for my 3 children, going well into their teens now. My youngest was full of anxiety at the school dentist, she wouldn’t let them touch her. With much needed work we are so glad to have found Rod @toothbuds. All of the staff made her feel so calm and comfortable, she asks to go back! Very welcoming, caring and calm environment, I highly recommend ❤️

Fantastic experience: I was very apprehensive going into the dentist with my son who is 3 years old. To say we had the best experience is an understatement. Absolutely professional, kind, awesome work and outcomes. OUTSTANDING. Five stars!

Fantastic experience: Dr Rod and the team at Morley have been amazing with my six year old daughter during her last few visits. My daughter went into things incredibly nervous and anxious and I am so thankful that the team had the patience to coax her through the entire process and get everything done. They’ve made a huge impact on my daughter’s confidence when it comes to going to the dentist and I can’t thank them enough for that.

Negative experience: The staff have no respect for the residents in the area. They are taking up the residents street parking on smith st by parking their cars there and leaving no parking for residents and their visitors which is so rude and disrespectful. I have photos and videos of 4 of them that I will post after the council has finished with them. I’m sure they won’t mind when us and our visitors start parking in toothbuds car park, atleast our cars will be safe there.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rod is always so amazing, happy and friendly and the way he talks with my daughter and makes her feel safe and calm in the chair is just amazing, especially when she’s so nervous after a bad experience in the children’s hospital with dental work. Caroline is also absolutely fantastic! I 1000% recommend toothbuds for children’s dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate the dental team here high enough. In the words of my (very anxious) eight year old daughter: "Toothbuds are the best! Dr Rod and Caroline are so good that I'm never scared when I go there!" As a parent, I appreciate how inclusive they are of parents in treatment decisions and how much they genuinely care for their patients.

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak more highly of Dr udit bhatnagar. Today I took my 6 years old son and he had a fear of dentists until he met Dr udit. Fantastic experience: I booked my son in for a check up after a recommendation from my dentist to go and see the team at Toothbuds who specialise in paediatric dentistry. The whole team is absolutely amazing and the staff went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable while keeping me up to date with what would be best for his treatment. My son had to get 2 teeth extracted and has praised the whole team as he felt no pain at all. Very grateful for the care and guidance from the staff and dental team at Toothbuds. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic paediatric dentist. I took my 20 month old daughter for her first visit to the dentist and it was such a good experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Esther did such a great job with my daughter, making sure she was comfortable and having fun. I was very apprehensive about how the visit would go but it couldn't have gone better!

Negative experience: Dentist rod and my child had very little chemistry. Rod was impatient and wouldn't work with my child. Resulted in being turned away

Fantastic experience: When our son managed to chip his adult tooth (just after Christmas) while in our swimming pool Toothbuds we’re one of the only paediatric dentists open and even with a major waitlist they still saw him that day and managed to repair the chip and it was amazing, couldn’t even tell it had been damaged. Yesterday he had to return for treatment and they decided to do a childrens crown for him. He was soo anxious but they made him less anxious, so comfortable and with the help of some Happy Gas Sedation he managed the whole process like a champion. Thank You Toothbuds you made our boys first dentist procedure the best it can possibly be so now he won’t be scared to return to a dentist in the future ♥️

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic team :) Our family had such a great experience today. From reception to the dental team, everyone accommodated our daughter (and tag along baby) so we could get through a proper dental exam, X-rays and treatment. Caroline and Tamsin were amazing, such beautiful ladies, as was everyone we encountered including Dr Rod. What a gem of a practice.

Janelle rang me to follow up our referral and she couldn’t have been more compassionate and kind. She helped to understand our financial situation and showed empathy while explaining costs and how Toothbuds could help and assist our family. We truly need more kind hearted people in this world who are willing to go the extra mile to give such great customer service. I would highly recommend Toothbuds again and again.

Fantastic experience: All i can say is Thank God we found Toothbuds!! My daughter went from fearful of doctors and dentists to being fully excited to go and its all because of Dr Rod.. he is like the King of Tooth Fairies. My daughter actually keeps asking me "when can i go back to the dentist?" I wish all dentists were as amazing as Dr Rod and his crew... I would only recommend Toothbuds to any parent or carer. My only suggestion would be if he could start a clinic to take on adult patients!!

They explained things thoroughly to us and ensured all questions were answered! They were very gentle with my child and very empathetic and playful! Price for consultation was also cheap I believe. Fantastic experience: My just-turned-2 year old had a fall a while ago and a front tooth was damaged. It eventually got worn down and became very painful, needing it to be seen to urgently. Luckily, we went straight to Toothbuds in Morley, and saw Dr Rod who was just the best with little Miss 2. He also outlined the options very clearly to me at our first visit, and answered all the million questions I had, which was very reassuring to someone who is personally petrified of dental work (nothing personal ). Their clinic is warm and welcoming with the most fantastic team of professionals who helped make the whole experience a very pleasant one. I was so very lucky to have Dr Rod work his magic when she went into day surgery for the major dental work she required, because now her teeth and smile look amazing. I'm sure she'll appreciate my choice to pay to restore the tooth rather than pulling it, and I'm very happy to have made this investment even though she will lose the baby tooth in a few more years. The whole team made the hospital visit much easier for a mum with high anxiety, and I left feeling very well prepared for aftercare which helped her have a quick recovery time. The whole process at the hospital and with the medical staff at Southbank Day Surgery were beyond fantastic. I would happily recommend Dr Rod and his team to anyone who has young ones who need dental work. Thanks again, Dr Rod!!

Fantastic experience: I wish going to the dentist was this fun when I was a kid - super friendly staff and an amazingly kind and gentle dentist, followed by your choice of a fun toy at the end of it all! Awesome. Both my kids love going to Toothbuds to see Dr Rod Jennings, in fact they actually look forward to it. Last week my daughter had 4 baby teeth removed because the adult teeth were having trouble pushing them out. Steph was happy through the whole procedure. Afterwards I asked her how she felt it went and she said it was great. She said that when they said it was all finished she actually didn't even realise Rod had taken the teeth out yet, as it had only felt like they were cleaning her teeth - no pain, no uncomfortable feelings even. That's what a Mum likes to hear. 5 stars to Rod and his team! - You guys are all amazing. See you in a few months for our next check up!
