Fantastic experience: A Wonderful Experience with Dr Mala and Team!! My little one, Riaan, who’s just four years old, had a few decayed teeth and we were referred to Dr Mala. From the moment we met her, we knew we were in good hands. Dr Mala was exceptional—she conducted a thorough assessment of Riaan’s teeth and explained the treatment plan with clarity and compassion. Her kindness and gentle approach were exactly what we hoped for . Her assistants were equally wonderful—friendly, attentive, and committed to making the experience smooth and stress-free. They patiently answered all our questions and made us feel truly supported. The dental practice itself is a work of art. They’ve thoughtfully designed the space with various aids to help children feel comfortable and familiar with both the people and the tools. What really stood out was how the recovery and post-care turned into a joyful experience—Riaan actually looked forward to visiting the dentist . We couldn’t be happier and wholeheartedly recommend Dr Mala and her team!

Fantastic experience: I saw Jenny from as a child all the way up to being 25 and aging out of the clinic. She is the most beautiful, kindest, and most considerate individual as much as she is a skilled and phenomenal dentist. I have ever seen and will always have a special place in my heart as someone with medical trauma and a fear of the dentist with her "magic fairy dust to numb". The clinic from patient care to all things inbetween has never been missed. I will truly miss the level of care this clinic brought to it's patients.

She took such great care of our daughter both before and after her procedure, and we really appreciated the time she took to explain everything clearly. She also knew all the right tricks to gently encourage our daughter to wear her night guard—something we thought would be a real challenge! Positive experience: our son is very anxious around dentistry but after a few visits he has sat in the chair and opened his mouth! the staff are friendly and professional and the clinic is warm and enjoyable for kids

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Mala enough! My 6-year-old used to be terrified of dentists, but since we started visiting her, my child feels so much more at ease. Dr. Mala has an excellent way of being gentle and understanding, which has made all the difference. The staff is also wonderful, and the location is perfect. Negative experience: More like business people than dentists with hearts to help. Always try to make lots of consulting appointments on top of practical ones that aren’t even necessary in order to make additional money and appear busy. Most importantly dental skill doesn’t match the actual expensive price, will not visit again when there are so many better options out there.

Fantastic experience: We are very happy with the care we are getting with the team here, getting more knowledge and understanding regarding our daughter's case. As parents we tend to worry and feel overwhelmed but Dr Mala and team has been supportive from day 1, so much so my daughter was able to enjoy her 5th birthday party with her friends!

Fantastic experience: We’ve had such a good experience here. Every part of the clinic seems to have the experience of families front of mind, from talking with the administration staff to clinical encounters and even the design of the physical spaces. Every visit has been positive for us, and my 3yo has successfully had decaying chalky teeth dealt with by the eminently capable Dr Mala. It feels as if the staff will go out of their way to accommodate children’s or families’ needs without a second thought. That’s just how they do things here. We’re so grateful to the whole team for looking after us from the very start, and so glad to have found a dentist like this for the kids.

Fantastic experience: My three children have all been seeing Dr Malar and Dr Jenny for many years. We always feel welcome and the children feel very comfortable coming here. They really make the kids feel relaxed and happy and their service is wonderful. We are not locals but happy to travel the extra distance to know that our children are well cared for.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mala, Dr. Jenny and the team are super professional and friendly. We have been coming here since my first child was a baby. They explain things clearly. Kids love coming here for some reason. There were TVs on the ceiling and a game room in the waiting area. Staff offer tea and coffee to parents. Amazing.

Fantastic experience: Professional, efficient, and great communication. My child was referred to Dr. Mala by our family dentist after a failed attempt to treat her in a chair due to anxiety. After the initial assessment, we have been presented with the thorough treatment plan under GA. It is my preferred approach as GA is a significant event for a child, and preferably everything is fixed and sealed in one go so we don't have to do it ever again. I had a very similar experience with two other children with different dentists. One child was 4 years old at the time, and she is 17 now. After the initial treatment and with continuous follow-up care, she never had any dental problems again. What makes this particular clinic exceptional in my view is the efficiency with which it is being run. At every point in time, we know what is happening, how, when, and why. Every appointment is on time, communication is clear and to the point. What I appreciate is Children's Dentistry dentists teaching my child to have a dialogue with the treating dentist and setting up high standards for dental care - it sets up kids for looking after their dental health in the future.

Fantastic experience: Such an incredible dentistry for Children! Taking children to the dentist is not something you want to get wrong. (It could create a life long fear of the dentist). So take your children here and they won’t stop asking you ‘when can I go back!!’ The special care and fun they create each time you visit is incredible. Wonderful place!

Fantastic experience: Excellent care and service every time. My children have been attending Children’s Dentistry for several years now. The staff are always welcoming, from Ibby at the front desk (who is very knowledgeable with insurance etc) Through to Dr Jenny and her team who explain everything to my children in an age appropriate way. They are patient, caring and put my children at ease.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mala and her whole team at Children’s Dentistry have been nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process of my daughter requiring teeth to be removed and other dental work. On initial appointments leading up to the procedure we were greeted with happy friendly faces that put my daughter at ease coming in. She was actually so excited to visit with such an epic kids room to play in and always leaving with a little gift that she was able to choose from after the appointment. The whole process from start to finish with the team explaining everything to myself and my daughter in depth was seamless. Couldn’t recommend this clinic enough.

Fantastic experience: My son had extensive dental work completed and we’re so glad we picked Children’s Dentistry. Dr Babu was really kind and friendly and all the staff was very welcoming. My son had a great experience and despite the surgery, is not scared to go to the dentist! He also loves the waiting room with lots of games and tv to keep the little ones busy.

Fantastic experience: When I saw the hopscotch leading to the clinic's main door, I knew this was the right place. My child hopped in and was greeted by friendly receptionist. When receptionist asked if I wanted any coffee or tea, I was pleasantly shocked! Not only taking care of kids, but also parent too. Especially after I had a battle getting my child ready this morning and heavy traffic, this cup of tea warmed my heart and soul. Toy room has toys and books for younger and bigger kids. TV screens are secured behind transparent panel, so I don't have to worry about my child shaking TV and TV crashing down. Power sockets are safely covered. Bathroom is big, can fit baby pram in. I appreciate the baby diaper changing station too. Dr Angel and her nurse are such lovely angels, so much patience towards my child. Dr Angel is attentive to details and I don't feel rushed at all. Lastly, my child has a chance to experience being a dentist, checking soft toy lion's mouth and brushed lion's teeth. This is the first time I see a soft toy with "real" hard teeth, perfect alignment too, lion doesn't need braces. Every staff praised my child for being a good patient and doing a good job. In short, my child had fun and left the clinic with good morale and confidence! (This is the longest review I have written, because this clinic is so worth it!)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience. The entire team understand how to deal with both children and parents alike. Any fears were managed and the post care has been wonderful. We had a hospital admission and it was consistent with our experience at the practice. Highly recommend.

We were very anxious about the whole dental procedure for my son, but Dr. Angel was very patient and helpful, also the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. It's not easy to find a good dentist for kids, I highly recommend Dr Angel and Children’s dentistry for their professionalism and care they offer to the kids with dental issues.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mala is absolutely a legend, I got 2 kids who scared of dentists, I was struggled every time for dentists visit, since we start seeing Dr Mala, kids love to go to the clinic , such a relief. We had two of them had the dental treatment under anaesthetic in the hospital with Dr Mala, crowns done, fillings done, teeth deep cleaning done, they woke up with nice and clean teeth without stress, can’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: My daughter Chelsea has regular check up here and recently went though a dental surgery, doctors and nurses are amazing, Chelsea didn’t feel much pain afterwards and recovered really fast. Highly recommended to everyone.

Fantastic experience: i have seen jenny for 13 years and she has always been such a lovely dentist, taking care of all of my teeth issues when i was younger and ensuring i have grown to have very healthy teeth as an adult! I couldn’t recommend her more, she has such a warm personality and will miss her as i move on to an adult dentist!

We are not local but the drive has always been worth the care he has had from Mala (initially) and then Jenny (for the bulk of the 12 years). The care he has been provided is beyond amazing. I could not recommend Jenny and the practice highly enough. We are so grateful to them for ensuring Kai’s teeth are in the best condition they can possibly be in. It’s not just a dental practice, it an extended family that we always look forward to seeing. Fantastic experience: My boy is on the spectrum .. he has high sensory issue .. since young .. brushing teeth has been a nightmare let alone go to the dentist .. Dr Mala and Karina hv been a good team in taking care of him .. not only making sure of his dental health .. also in their care, he is getting braver and braver in each of the dentist visit.

Positive experience: Very child-friendly and good education for my 5yo. He is brushing so much better now and we feel reassured there will be no more dental emergencies for at least the next 5yrs!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mala did a great job to solve the tongue tie and lip tie issue for my 3 weeks old son! The laser frenectomy went well and my son was not even crying after the procedure. Her team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything with patient before and after the procedure.
