Fantastic experience: Absolutely 5 star service! I am so very happy that I found Franklin Bright Smiles! I called at 4:45pm on a Saturday afternoon after my 8-year old daughter had an accident on a nearby playground. Other dentists turned us away, saying they were almost closed. However, the staff at Franklin Bright Smiles said they would stay open and fit us in. When we arrived, the staff member Luisa Giannini was empathetic, kind and helpful. She even provided my daughter with an ice pack for her hand (which had also been injured at the playground). To help put my daughter at ease, Ms Giannini also put my daughter’s favourite movie on the TV above the dentist’s chair. The dentist we saw was Dr Shruti Biyani. She was excellent! She was gentle and reassuring and thorough. Dr Biyani explained to me everything she was doing and gave me an ongoing care plan. I left the dentist actually feeling happy!!
