Negative experience: My experience was pretty bad at Greenway Dental. Went there to get the crowns done on my implants. Dr. Krupalini did the initial check and was confident about getting the job done. I paid a hefty amount as a deposit. During the second visit, the Doctor realised that she would not be able proceed with the crowns as she is missing necessary equipment/knowledge of this area, she declined to proceed further and asked me to visit a specialist. Along with that she kept almost half of the deposit for the time she spent, which was about 30 mins in total for 2 visits. Also she mentioned she had to order some equipment but refused to share receipts when asked. The amount that I agreed to pay was for doing the crowns completely but I ended up paying a hefty amount for nothing.

Fantastic experience: If you are struggling to find one of the best dentists who genuinely cares, look no further than Dr. Krupalini. I cannot say enough good things about her. Her professionalism, combined with genuine care for her patients, truly sets her apart. She takes the time to explain every procedure in detail, whether it is a routine cleaning, a filling, or something more complex. Dr. Krupalini's attention to detail and expertise are second to none, ensuring I am comfortable and informed. I have had multiple treatments done, and each time, I am amazed at her skill and precision. The staff is always welcoming, and the office has a warm, friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr. Krupalini to anyone looking for a top-notch dentist who goes above and beyond! This is like finding a hidden gem in the west area where you ask around if anyone knows a great and caring dentist..we definitely found the one ..highly recommended and 100% a rare find for a dentist that you cant missed out on !!

Fantastic experience: I had a sudden toothache and saw Greenway Dental was my local dentist, so I made a booking. From beginning to end Dr Krupalini was very helpful and professional. She discussed various solutions and when I decided to proceed she did so with extreme care. And she was very understanding due to my fear of dentists, so provided the pain relief I needed. Fantastic experience: Hi hardly ever do reviews but this is well deserved. hats of to the dentist she is hand down the best dentist i have had, She is very professional and knows what she is doing. I went for a extraction and my tooth is extremely stubborn and hard to pull out but she did it perfectly and all in good time whilst explaining to me step by step what she was doing. I am not one to feel nervous or scared when getting any medical or dental work but she always asked if I'm ok and how I am doing and what she is about to do next. As with all dentist once done they tell you basic care at home etc not her she had a care pack to take home with everything I needed for the next 2-3 days and thoroughly explain the do's and and not to. she has a clean very clean clinic and to be honest I am that pleased I have sat here wrote the above about my dentist lolz. All in all I highly recommend her to anyone and I will be returning for more dental work.

Fantastic experience: The best dental care experience with Greenway dental. Dr. Krupalini was very patient explaining every step of procedure. Having had a bad  experience in the past, I was really worried but Dr. KrupaliniI took necessary precautions before the procedure as I had bilateral knee replacement done.
