Fantastic experience: Ive had some terrible experience with other dentists who charge alot are vague with my options and rough, painful with little compasion but dr hao was a straight talker,fair with his pricing considerate and so good at his job!! the minimal pain i felt during treatment, i had to ask if he had done anything cause i did not experience the pain i had with other dentists, highly highly recommend from someone who is petrified of dentists like me.

Fantastic experience: Called this practice today in absolute pain. They were compassionate to my needs and attended to the urgent dental work with precision and at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend. Will now be our family dentist as we have only just moved to the area.

Fantastic experience: I first used Dr Pham 2 years ago when on holidays in Brisbane from Townsville. I had a very bad tooth ache, which on inspection was cracked and had an abscess under it. 2 years on, I was having trouble with a wisdom tooth, and went to a dentist is Townsville. He took an xray and found I had an extra wisdom that was causing the problem. I was told he could not help me and referred me to a specialist surgeon. The surgeon informed me they could remove both the wisdom teeth but it would have to be done under general anaesthesia. I wanted a second opinion, so I contacted Dr Pham at Grange Dental Care. He sent me a referral to have full dental xray to see if he could do something for me. After viewing the xray, Dr Pham was confident he would be able to extract both the problem wisdom teeth. I made an appointment with him and then travelled to Brisbane to have the work done. At the appointment Dr Pham explained the procedure and risks of possible nerve damage. I was happy to continue with the procedure that day. Dr Pham is an excellent dentist and very experienced and skilful. After the extractions Dr Pham gave advice on treatment for swelling and pain management. I had a follow-up appointment 2 days later for a check up. Everything was good and healing well. My wife also made an appointment with Dr Pham to have some dental work done and she was very happy with the quality of the work. Dr Pham cares about his patients and his prices are very reasonable. He even gives discounts on the bills. I wouldn't hesitate on travelling to Brisbane again if I need any dental work done. Dr Pham even made a phone call to check on my recovery. Thank you Dr Pham.

Fantastic experience: Hua is a legend. Don’t think I’ve ever gotten so much info, pertinent info, out of a dentist, and certainly not unbidden. He really wants to give you proper care.

Fantastic experience: I got my wisdom tooth extracted here 6 months ago and it went super well. I hate having any medical procedure done and Dr Pham was quite accommodating and let me listen to music on my headphones whilst he extracted away. Maybe it was the two Valium I took beforehand but it was the most relaxing 1.5 hours of dentistry I’ve ever had .

Fantastic experience: I was desperate for an appointment with super bad tooth and jaw pain and Dr Pham came in on a public holiday for me. I spoke to him late the evening before and he got me in the next morning first thing. I was so scared/nervous as I needed a tooth removed but Dr Pham made the whole process painless and quick. Fantastic experience: I have had to visit Dr. Hao Pham twice over the last 2 weeks and although I despise going to the dentist, Dr. Hao makes the whole experience bearable. He is very thorough with his investigations and the best thing is how he explains all the different options. There were numerous ways for me to decide how I should proceed with both my cracked filling and the chip on my front tooth, and he was so informative in explaining not only the pros and cons of each procedure, but the cost involved as well. He takes every care in the world to ensure that while you are in his chair you are comfortable with what he is doing. Very impressed with his chairside manner. He also goes above and beyond to ensure that his prices are reasonable often giving quite a large discount. I would highly recommend attending Grange Dental Care if you are looking for a dentist that really cares.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Dr Hao Pham. While waiting for my appointment at the Oral Health Clinic, I saw Dr Pham. He is extremely kind, thorough, very professional and informed. He gave me detailed information on the state of my teeth, advice on the best solution for my problems, but at no point pressured me to undergo expensive treatment. He was aware of my situation as a pensioner on a budget, so proposed treatment accordingly. He was very patient with me, as I was overwhelmed by my dental problems, and gently answered all my questions. If I had the money, I would continue to regularly see Dr Pham. He is an amazing person and I would heartily recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a chipped tooth about 2 weeks ago which needed fixing asap as it was irritating my tongue. Dr Pham's experience and expertise was evident, as he explained options and identified other problems. The tooth was fixed and I've not had any problems with it since.

Fantastic experience: I have never given a review but this dentist deserves one. I had the worst toothake in my live and he diligently tested to find the problems. With his experience and skill he fixed the lot, 3 in all, root infection crown and filling. I'm very happy it's all over and he definitely deserves the crown. Fantastic experience: This dentist is all about the health of your teeth & undertanding you. Whilst making me feel at ease I was provided comprehensive information & options & not rushed. My initial appointment concluded with my broken tooth patched up beautifully & hope for the future of another tooth my last dentist wanted to extract. I now have a plan for saving it & this won't cost a bomb. Further options re replacement if required were also provided. Recommended.

Negative experience: He seemed like a nice guy... but basic stains on the underside of teeth were not removed and I only realised when I got home.
