The extraction was virtually painless, and the entire process was quick and efficient.

Negative experience: I called the clinic today after seeing the good rating on Google but was really disappointed with the very rude behaviour of the receptionist. If you guys don't even know how to talk then why people should come to your place. We have lot other options for good dr and places. Kane the receptionist, please learn some basic manners else leave the job if you don't like it here mate. The guy was actually taking pride in being rude. What a shame you speak with people like this when they are already in pain and distress. Very bad experience

Fantastic experience: I started going to Dr Ragavan about 11 years ago as she was my husband's family dentist. I had been traumatised in childhood by the trainee dentists at Westmead Dental Clinic and as a consequence I hadn't been to a dentist for 7 or 8 years prior to my going to Dr Ragavan. My first appointment with Dr Ragavan she told me that she wouldn't use any tools in my mouth, only her mirror. She covered all her tools on the bench as she knew this would trigger me. Before I sat down, I was in tears from being terrified. By the time I left after that first appointment (checkup) I actually hugged the Dr! Slowly but surely we got my dental treatment up to date and I was always treated with respect and never made to feel silly for needing to stop every few minutes. Believe me when I say that Dr Ragavan has the patience of a SAINT. I love the brand new surgery, it's clean and well organised. They have SMS reminders for appointments which is great for someone like me who often forgets appointment times! And to top this all off, her prices are very reasonable. I believe Dr Ragavan would be an especially excellent dentist for children or people who are scared of dentists.
