Fantastic experience: I am old 77 when I was young the dentists were more like Frankinstin the dental whitch would grab you and put you in the chair put a rubber mask on my face and gas me to sleep When I came to with blood pouring from my mouth and given back to my mother Now you get a frendlly smile and a dentist that seams more lika a frend. and a exerlet dentist not a monster

Fantastic experience: I experienced a fault in my fixed retainer and needed to be seen asap ..called Mon n got an appointment Tuesday first thing.. normal scale and clean charged but retainer repaired and reset fr free ..Really supportive staff and attentive reassuring dentist. He is highly skilled and experienced, somehow making what would ordinarily be a painful and unpleasant experience (tooth extraction!), fast and completely pain-free (not to mention he fit me in at the last minute!). The relaxed environment and friendly, caring team he has chosen to work with are a credit to him as a person, and as an practitioner who is invested in the care and wellbeing of his patients.

Me and my husband have gone back and he’s always on time, super nice and makes you feel so comfortable. Same with the nurses, they’re all so lovely! Definitely will come back.

Fantastic experience: Umina Dental are the BEST place to be when you need a Dentist. Richard was very professional, very kind, just like the Dental Assistant and the Receptionist. I went on Saturday. I asked if Richard the Dentist would give me numbing gel before my needle. Richard said, that of course he will. Fantastic experience: Tim has once again painlessly removed the source of said pain. Sat down to lunch an hour later, favoured the other side and ate trouble free. By the next day I was comfortable and confident that the cause was gone and the healing process well under way. I can only think that his gentle, one person at a time approach, leads to a better outcome. And you get to choose the music. Relax and trust in Tim, that's my advice.

Negative experience: I had concerns about some browning on my daugters front teeth. The dentist didn't even take us into a consult room, he looked at her teeth from a distance from reception and told me to keep them clean. She isn't even 2 and has only ever had breastmilk or water so there is clearly something going on. Very dissapointed in this service.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Vishnu for the amazing talent in cosmetic veneers. I’ve had veneers for 30 + yrs and replaced twice before in that time. But no other dentist has created such beautiful veneers for me in the past. This has been absolutely life changing for me. I’ve had a serious complex about my teeth my whole life and was very conscious about smiling. But now in my late 50s I can’t stop smiling. Thankyou so much Vishnu and your amazing staff.

Negative experience: Very disappointed I have been to this dentist 3 times for the same tooth charged me twice for the filling within the year last filling was 6 to 8 weeks ago the filling came out on a Saturday and left a huge hole, I called at 1pm as they don’t close until 4pm the receptionist was rude and refused to get me in until the Monday, I then had to find an emergency dentist to help me, Tim is a nice guy but I don’t rate there dental abilities.
