Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of dealing with Dr Richard Cao to help get my smile back , he was amazing as took me through the steps to get my smile back , I cannot recommend him high enough , he was so understanding and never once made me feel embarrassed about my teeth , I now have my smile back and cannot thank him enough .

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been terrified of going to the dentist but with Doreen and Natalie they make you feel completely comfortable. From the moment I walk in Natalie’s friendliness instantly made me feel at ease. Doreen is the most gentle and caring dentist I’ve ever met she always takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes sure I’m comfortable every step of the way. They’re such an amazing team, and I honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now. I’m so grateful for how patient and understanding they both are knowing myself I am a difficult patient being nervous at the dentist they’ve truly helped me overcome my fear of the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I recently had some dental work done and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and honestly way more comfortable than I expected. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Doreen Hsu. Had a broken tooth, made an appointment easily at a time that suited me, and was seen on time. Dr Hsu put my comfort and pain level first and foremost, a pleasing change from previous dental experiences elsewhere. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and put this nervous patient at ease. The best dental experience I've had in over 40 years. Highly recommend.

From start to finish they were fantastic and caring, especially when i was feeling Anxious about going to the dentist to begin with like most people. Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Toukley Dentists yesterday! Dr Richard Cao had great “bedside manner”, extremely knowledgeable, and was very efficient. From the moment I walked in, the Nurse greeted me kindly at the reception, I didn’t have to wait long (I was early), and Dr Cao was happy to explain what he was doing. All around a great experience, I would def recommend and have already made a follow up appointment regular teeth cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I have a phobia of dentists but wow! Doreen was fabulous and relaxed me straight away. Her explanations, mannerisms and personality put me to ease. Doreens warm and gentle ways made me also feel more confident. I feel very positive about my up and coming visits. A big shout out to Natalie who was great too. It’s taken me 7 years of living on the Coast to finally find ‘my’ dentist. I’m an anxious patient and Doreen and the rest of the staff go out of their way to keep me calm and informed. Fantastic experience: I have been putting off going to the Dentist - as I haven't been to one in about 30 years - but a sore tooth had other ideas. I rang Toukley Dentists and got an appointment straight away. I was so nervous but Doreen, the Dentist, was amazing. She was very calming, explained exactly what she was doing and why, so gentle that I didn't even feel any of the needles or my tooth being pulled out and was just very thorough in every thing that she did. I would highly recommend Doreen, and the staff, and have already convinced my husband to book in with her - and he is terrified of Dentists. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Toukley Dentists. I have the utmost respect for both Dr Bei Cao and Dr Doreen Hsu. They are both fantastic dentists, who clearly care about their patients and are both highly knowledgeable. I have been coming to this surgery for years and have had several procedures done over this time and have always been pleased with the result. I also think in comparison to other surgeries the prices they charge are super reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Called late in the afternoon to request an extraction of a tooth broken off at the gum line. They booked me in for 9am the next morning. I was done by 10. Doctor Hsu was fantastic. Very gentle, no pain during the procedure. I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Went to Toukley Dental Practice today i broke my front tooth a couple years ago and never got the courage to go to the dentist but was recommended to come see Dr Brett Stewart by a girlfriend. Like most people i get very nerves at the dentist but all the staff made me feel very comfortable the whole time i was there. Dr Stewart was very gentle and understanding about how nervous i was. After i got to look in the mirror and i was so amazed and happy to see my front tooth was finally fixed. i would recommend if your a nervous person like me to visit here. i cant thank you enough Toukley dental practice.
