Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Bupa Dental Clinic Highpoint, especially with Dr Nidhi Snigdha. She was extremely gentle while performing a deep clean, and the results were amazing—it genuinely restored the whiteness of my teeth. Dr Nidhi is highly professional, caring, and always very thorough in explaining every procedure. I had ongoing issues with my wisdom teeth and gums, and she took the time to help me understand the underlying causes as well as the preventative measures I could take to manage and overcome the pain. Her clear explanations and reassuring approach made a big difference to my comfort and confidence. The reception staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visits. I would absolutely recommend Dr Nidhi to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, gentle, and caring dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental appointment last month and experienced very poor service. I raised the concern internally. Not appropriate to mention the name the dentist publicly. I want to thank Sam, the practice manager. She contacted me, handled the matter professionally and rebooked my appointment at no charge, which I appreciated. Sam then arranged an appointment with Dr Vanessa. She is highly qualified. She clearly knows her work. She provided honest and clear advice on what needs to be done. I felt confident after seeing her. I hope Dr Vanessa continues at this practice. She made a positive difference.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional service. My kids love Dr Ann. The receptionist Angelina was super helpful, too. We regretted we didn’t use this service before, now will be back for all our dental checks and needs.

Fantastic experience: The staff at the welcome desk are kind and warm, felt very heard and understood, easy to understand everything they explain and love the genuine care and want to go above and beyond. Had my appointment with Dr Michelle Ly, she was fantastic, again a warm caring person who genuinely cared for both my comfort and feelings around dentist work. Did not feel rushed at all, took the time to explain and walk me through her X-Rays, scans and observations of my teeth. Explained various elements of these observations and her recommended next steps. I have not been to a dentist in a very long time due to past experiences and fears. However after today, I will be attending regularly. Thank you Team! ❤️

Negative experience: Bad experience during my 6-monthly check up and clean with Dentist Goka at Highpoint Bupa Dental today. Because i have receding gums and extraordinarily sensitive teeth, I always start with at least 2 upper and 2 lower local anaesthetic injections and all previous dentists have done this leading to a better result all round. However, I feel today's dentist only pretended to give 2 very light ineffective injections and then quickly started the procedure. It seems to me that she addressed my pain by cleaning my teeth superficially and quickly with her main concern being to get me in and out of her chair as quickly as possible....and to not waste a moment on things for which I could not be charged. My most disappointing routine check up and clean experience in many years. Will definitely look for a different dentist next time.

Negative experience: First time here today for a general clean and consultation, came in at 9:35am between waiting in the reception, getting two x-rays, a clean and paying I walked out at 9:55am, It felt extremely rushed and not thorough, I am disappointed and don’t feel like I got my $345 worth.

Negative experience: I’d like to provide feedback on a disappointing and frustrating experience I had at Bupa Dental Highpoint over several months in 2025. Below is a summary of events: • April 2025: I arrived for a 9:00am appointment, but the clinic did not open until 9:30am. No apology or explanation was provided. • April/May: Returned to complete imaging for a custom night guard. • June: • I came in to collect the night guard. I had to request to try it on, and when I advised the dental assistant it didn’t fit, she appeared unsure of how to proceed. I suggested I’d try it for a few nights and follow up. • I then received a call advising I had been given the wrong guard. • I returned again to collect the correct one. After using it for a week, it still didn’t fit properly. • I emailed and made several follow-up calls to report this. It took multiple attempts before I was able to book an appointment with Dr Harleen, who made some adjustments. She commented that the guard should have fit well due to the quality of the manufacturer. • I gave it another try for three nights, but it remained uncomfortable and ill-fitting. Over this period, I sent numerous emails and made at least 10 phone calls before finally reaching someone. The lack of responsiveness and resolution was incredibly frustrating. I eventually requested a refund, as I had lost confidence in the team’s ability to resolve the issue. The store manager persuaded me to give it one more attempt. We scheduled an appointment for the following day, only for it to be cancelled an hour before via email from the dentist, who also shifted responsibility for the issue in a very abrupt and rude email. I was told I needed to return the guard to receive a refund, which I did. The refund was eventuslly processed. In total, I physically attended the practice four times, spent hours following up via email and phone, and received consistently poor service. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and time consuming, and I believe it reflects poorly on the standards expected from a Bupa-affiliated practice. This location needs urgent attention in terms of customer care, communication, and accountability

Negative experience: Really not happy had my appointment booked for today , with a text message to verify the time and correct date. However once I had arrived they did not have me booked on system at all, they said they were unable to get me within the hour and expected me to to wait two hours which i was unable to do today. Complete waste or time.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to BUPA Dental. It was outstanding on every level. From Angelina's warm and friendly meeting on arrival right through my procedure under the very capable and professional Dr Nidhi and her Dental Assistant Esna. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. Great facilities, modern, clean and sparkling. This is a wonderful product and awesome member offering.

Fantastic experience: Took my 9-year-old to see Dr. Snigdha and I was really impressed with how she handled everything. She was warm, patient, and very gentle, which made a huge difference. My child can be a bit nervous at the dentist, but she made the whole experience calm and even fun. She explained things in a way that was easy for my kid to understand and kept checking in to make sure she was okay. You can tell she’s experienced with children and knows how to connect with them. Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to this dental clinic. I went in for a routine cleaning, expecting a thorough job, but the whole appointment felt rushed. The dentist barely spent 10 minutes on the cleaning, and it felt more like a quick once-over than an actual professional service. Right after the session, I was told I needed to schedule for a “deep cleaning” and book another appointment. It felt like they just wanted to get me in and out quickly, only to upsell me on more expensive treatments. Why don’t they just do the deep clean service instead of a general clean service. I left feeling like I wasted my time and money.

Fantastic experience: I have visited this clinic twice in the past three months, and if I could give it a ten-star rating, I absolutely would. I initially went in for a routine check-up, which led to a smooth and efficient wisdom tooth extraction that took only ten minutes, followed by a panoramic radiograph and the fitting of a custom mouthpiece to prevent nighttime teeth grinding. Throughout the entire process, both Dr. Snigdha and Esna were exceptionally professional, accommodating, and informative. Their friendly demeanor and expertise made me feel completely at ease. Having previously experienced misinformation and poor-quality dental services elsewhere—often at high costs—I was particularly impressed with this clinic’s transparency and fair pricing. The quality of care provided here is outstanding and well within a reasonable budget. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking excellent dental care in a professional and welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr Harleen Sahota recently and was amazed at how clean and tidy the clinic was . Really nice and welcoming reception staff. Dr Harleen was really thorough with her examination and listened to all my concerns without rushing me . I finally found a dentist that I’ll stick to and look forward to bringing my family here .
