Negative experience: Was sitting the nail salon getting my nails done and either a receptionist the manager walked in and asked what time the nail salon closes today and opens tomorrow … then she proceeded to say there will be a parcel getting dropped off at the nail salon and she will collect it tomorrow. Very rude, very entitled. Did not even ask the nail salon if they were happy to do that. Yes it is xmas week and yes everyone is tired, but you don’t just walk into another business and expect them to sign for a parcel when you can’t even introduce yourself first and ask nicely.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr Peter Fraser highly enough. After a root canal with another dentist that didn’t go so well, I was feeling pretty anxious — but Peter and Rachael completely saved the day. He made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down, explained everything clearly, and carried out the treatment so efficiently and carefully. What really stood out was how much quicker and smoother it was. Peter is incredibly kind, funny, and reassuring, and he checked in with me throughout the entire appointment to make sure I was okay. I genuinely felt looked after the whole time. If you’re nervous about dental work or have had a bad experience in the past, Dr Peter Fraser is exactly who you want in the chair. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience.

One of the most amazing experiences of my life, after making a decision 28 years ago pending the birth of my first child, that there were bigger priorities in my life than me, or my teeth. I stopped going to the dentist. A decision which paid the bills at the time, but left a big toll on my teeth. I have lived with pain and embarrassment for 28 years, I learned to smile with my mouth closed, I deleted the family pictures that showed me with my mouth slightly open. Life took many turns, none of which led me to fix my teeth, At 59 years of age, I had long ago resigned myself to my smile being irreparable. Through the incredible generosity of someone amazing, I met Dr Peter Fraser just a few short weeks ago. He looked at my train wreck mouth, and without a moments hesitation, said "that’s not so bad, we can fix that". Honestly… I was shocked by his reply. After a series of painless visits over the last few weeks, 20+ years of pain is gone, I am learning to smile with my mouth open (slowly) I can drink cold beer and hot coffee in the same minute…. And I had my heart torn from my chest when family members burst into tears with the comment: " I have not seen that smile in a very long time" I Can never ever put into words the change this man has wrought on my life. He is very skillful, very careful with your money, very considerate of your comfort. In short, for the first time, in a long time, I have found a medical professional who has earned my complete confidence and trust. There may be many great dentists in this world, I have not met them, Peter is the one I have met, and it is impossible for me to recommend him highly enough. PS, no before and after pictures here, apparently they are often faked and frowned upon. This is not a miracle, it is the product of amazing generosity and consummate skill.
