Fantastic experience: Dr. Souha put a zirconium crown on one of my not easily accessible back teeth. I asked not to use any dental anaesthetic for personal health reasons and she managed to perform the whole job with minimal pain. It's now been 10 weeks and I'm still over the moon!

Fantastic experience: I recently had treatment for a crown that fell out. It was Friday at the start of a long weekend and I called TFI Connect Dentistry as I am new to the area. Without hesitation the front office booked me for a 5pm appointment, I was so appreciative. My appointment was with Dr Souha, and I can’t speak highly enough of the care I received. Dr Souha was calm, gentle and completely put me at ease, her professionalism and reassuring manner made a big difference as I am usually a very appreciative patient. Negative experience: I went here for a cleaning and they only did spot cleaning for a few minutes and charged me $200. Other dental practices do professional cleanings with comprehensive examination, polishing and fluoride treatment for around the same price. I feel like I was scammed lol

I have a lot of anxiety and was having a difficult time when I needed two new crowns for my two front teeth. Dr Souha stopped preparations and sat with me to help me with my anxiety and concerns. Fantastic experience: TFI is the best dentist on the Gold Coast. I’ve had some terrible experiences with some local dentists but TFI is amazing. Doctor Souha is my dentist. She makes me not feel awkward like some dentists have. She doesn’t judge, she just wants to help you. Seeing Doctor Souha is the first dentist where I see her now every 6 months as she makes me feel so comfortable. It’s not about the money at TFI, they generally care. I used to be nervous going to the dentist but Doctor Souha and her team make me laugh and feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: This amazing woman Dr. Souha is the gold star of customer care in dentistry. I heard about her through some clients and a friend and went to see her. From the moment I entered the whole staff and Dr.Souha and her assistant Nat made me feel so comfortable and answered any questions I had. Visiting a dentist is never the most fun experience and all my anxiety disappeared by the level of care , professionalism and understanding. Dr. Souha is so passionate and dedicated to ensuring her clients receive the best possible care and treatment with a gentle approach. My situation is a very complicated one and she went out of her way to give 2 hours of her time to attend an orthodontist appointment with me. I was completely blown away and so humbled at the level of service. I also had to have a wisdom tooth extracted and her and Nat just have a way of putting your nerves at ease. Fantastic experience: My nine year-old son is neurodivergent and we had experienced some challenging dental visits elsewhere in the past, making him quite nervous and apprehensive about a new clinic. We didn't want to see the tooth fairy, only the normal dentist. I emailed TFI a couple of weeks in advance of my son's first appointment, explaining about him and his needs. I was SO impressed to receive a phone call from Kate, taking the time to ask all about him and asking what they could do to make his visit go smoothly. I can't express enough how accomodating and caring Kate and the staff at the practice were on our visit, so much so that it all went beautifully and my son had an excellent experience. Everything down to their manner, relaxed but detailed approach, warmth and excellent dental advice was superb; they even had his favourite TV show on the screen when he arrived, which relaxed him immediately. This Mum is relieved and thrilled to find a dentist that I think we will be able to have a long and successful relationship with when my son needs work done. I am confident that Kate and staff will give him the time and consideration he needs. Aside from this, the clinic is also beautiful and comfortable. I couldn't be happier!

Fantastic experience: I just had my first visit to TFI Dentistry in Labrador. My dentist was Dr Sue - I cannot recommend her highly enough. She took time to understand my history and to then explain what was happening in my mouth! Her manner is lovely and very professional and her admin team are just as beautiful. And such a handy location too! Thank you Dr Sue and team!

Fantastic experience: My daughter recently visited dr sue I can not thank and commend all staff that helped my daughter through two difficult extractions I am beyond great full for the patience kindness and time dr sue truely provided the best care for my daughter.
