Fantastic experience: Never ever in my life could I have imagined that it was possible going to A Dentist like to A Party. Doctor Mehdi Rahimi has shown that miracles are possible, but only in his dental chair and from his magic hands. Fantastic experience: My 10-year-old girl had a cracked front tooth following a trauma and initially received a root canal treatment, which unfortunately was unsuccessful. We consulted three other dentists and one endodontist, but none could offer a clear solution—most suggested simply waiting and observing. Dr. Rahimi, however, clearly explained the situation and was the only one who recommended prompt surgical treatment, assuring us that he could handle it. The procedure went smoothly, and thanks to his outstanding expertise and excellent care, my daughter’s tooth is now stable and doing well. She will return for a review in January, and if all remains good, she can begin her orthodontic treatment—something I had thought would never be possible! We truly hope this tooth can last for many years, and I will be happy to update this story then. We are deeply grateful for Dr. Rahimi’s professionalism, surgical skill, and compassionate care. His team was very supportive too. Ms. Li, who speaks Mandarin, was thoughtfully arranged to assist us, making the whole process smoother, appreciated. Highly recommend Dr. Rahimi and his team.

Fantastic experience: Recently had root canal with Dr Rahimi. Have to admit i was dreading it but Dr Rahimi talked me through the whole process prior to commencing which gave me great assurance. As promised i felt no pain at all. Made sure to tell my wife how excruciating it was for maximum sympathy.

Fantastic experience: I came under the care of Dr. Rahimi at Gentle Endodontics after many specialists declined to look after my teeth because my teeth were difficult to manage. Dr. Rahimi also confirmed I have very complicated issues but he took on the challenge and slowly over 2 years, with lots of kindness, patience, and explanations along the way, he managed to give me a clean bill of health. Now I only need to see him yearly to keep my teeth in good condition. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs, truely "gentle" endodontic care.

Несмотря на то, что канал был прочищен за один визит, сделано все было отлично. Я была предупреждена, что даже если очистить и запломбировать канал, это может не помочь. Но помогло! И сейчас на снимке периодонтита уже нет. Доктор подробно объясняет и показывает, что необходимо сделать, и как ситуация может развиваться дальше. Fantastic experience: I liked the dental service from Gentle Endodontics. Dr Sharma and Dr Rahimi are really gentle and nice. Dr Sharma was able to restore a molar tooth with massive abscess in the bone underneath in 3 sessions and just yesterday made few radiologies that showed complete healing.unfortunately Dr Sharma left back home so Dr Rahimi did the follow up Radiology that usually costs Hundreds free of charge. Reception there treat me like a family. I believe it’s 5 stars place. Thank you Dr Sharma ,Dr Rahimi and the reception people a lot.

Fantastic experience: I needed two root canals, and was very happy my dentist referred me to Gentle Endodontics. Dr Rahimi was fabulous - he gave me the numbing injections so carefully I hardly felt a thing. After that, the process was easy. I watched Mr Bean on the overhead screen while he performed the procedure (two root canals in one go). Dr Rahimi is highly expert (of course) but also calm, methodical and reassuring. The receptionist was lovely too, which always makes for a confident start to a medical appointment. A great place for a root canal!

Fantastic experience: My work was completed over two visits in February and March 2025. At all times the process and procedures were explained thoroughly and the actual treatment was a bit stressful but surprisingly pain free. I was very impressed with co-ordination between the Doctor and his assistant. The equipment used looked very sophisticated to my untrained eyes. Helpful Reception staff and minimal waiting time helped the experience. I would recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my dentist to Gentle Endodontics and was pleased with my root canal treatment. Negative experience: I got my RCT done overseas in 2012. But in 2022, the same RCT started to flare up again. I went to Gentle Endodontics and got the procedure done by Dr.Chen. Subsequently got the capping done by my local dentist and all this procedure finally costed me around 8K. Call it either my bad luck or whatever but this procedure never got settled and the complications kept on creeping up repeatedly. After multiple consultations the local dentist suggested that I get the procedure re-done with Gentle Endodontics. To my surprise I was told that Dr.Chen doesn't work there any more and if I wish to get the procedure re-done, I will again have to fork out 3K with only 25% chance of success! Guess what eventually fixed it? A complete tooth extraction as advised by my local dentist which costed me only $150. Maybe it was my sheer bad luck, call it a matter of chance or lack of skill of someone, but even after spending so much money the only thing that fixed the issue was a simple tooth extraction instead of these kind of costly procedures!
Fantastic experience: Cannot believe the effort made to make me feel relaxed. Seems crazy to say but almost fell asleep during my root canal treatment.

Fantastic experience: Best endodontist . Dr Paul Nakad explained to me what is my problem was very honest and didn't try to extract 4k for short term gain.

Fantastic experience: This review should be 6stars for Chankhrit Sathorn and 1 star for one of his colleagues (at the same group). I’m a professor of surgery and understand the patient journey and have been on both sides of the relationship over the years. I highly recommend Prof Chankhrit Sathorn for his bed ‘chair’ side manner, simplicity of approach and discussion. Tooth has been perfect since his care. Most importantly - he was frank and honest about the prospect of outcome and caring. On the contrary, his colleague pushed surgery/treatment and then when I wasn’t ready to proceed (on the day! And really due to my travel commitment) - he threatened me with the line ‘ I may not be available to you if you have a flare’……rather than an empathetic and caring response such as ‘call me when ready to proceed’….and he knew I was a surgeon!

Fantastic experience: I've had a fairly involved surgery done at this practise with Dr Langley Tasmania. I didn't get the IV anaesthesia for a fairly involved procedure which I was nervous about for a few weeks. But I was kept comfortable with local anaesthesia and he even went above and beyond with the procedure and produced a really good result. Overall I was happy with the competence shown from him and I really appreciate the honesty and care from his team.

Negative experience: The blonde women on front reception was extremely rude and cold! Disappointing first time experience as a patient and from a business perspective is a terrible choice as the ‘face’ of the practice!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Mehdi Rahimi, he successfully completed a complicated root canal and also helped diagnose another unrelated dental problem and referred me to get the help I needed, something that went undiagnosed for several years prior to seeing him. He is very thorough and genuinely cares about his patients, incredible at what he does- I can't thank him enough!
Fantastic experience: I can testify not only to Dr Rahimi’s skill and friendliness but also his readiness to provide careful explanations and for choosing a conservative pathway. Meals are now enjoyable and the discomfort that occupied my waking hours for more than a year is no more. I am grateful every day for my absence of jaw and tooth pain.

Fantastic experience: Just finished my second session with Dr Martin Habibi. Genuinely a great experience. I am terrified of the dentist and of needles and this was seamless. Exceptional care and also very detailed in his approach. Felt fully 'in the know' the entire time. Thanks for the fabulous service.
Positive experience: I was referred here for a check up and diagnosis, which was fine, although quite brief. The main issue was that after the diagnosis, it was recommended to have RCT, but the attending doctor would be free in about 2 months time. The next available doctor was about two weeks away. Knowing that some customers are in screaming pain, they really should advise time wait periods up front before any work, as most people can save time by attending another endodontist, or just taking the quick and easy extraction route.
Fantastic experience: I attended Gentle Endodontics with a very painful front tooth. I myself am a final year dental student and thus feel I have a pretty good understanding of what goes into a dental procedure and the level of discomfort that one may experience. Well thanks to Dr. Rahmi, I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort during the entire procedure. Absolutely painless injections, fast and effective treatment, and overall just a very pleasant experience. Fantastic experience: I'm an anxious patient, especially when it comes to dental treatments but the staff at Gentle Endodontics made men feel calm immediately with the herbal tea they offered me (even if it was/is psychosomatic it helped to know I wasn't judged for my anxiety). The doctor was amazing, he was gentle and talked me through every step of the procedure. He also used this really cool device to administer the injection which means I didn't feel a thing, coupled with the nitrous oxide (happy gas) and the music I could almost say it was a fun experience. I'm no longer afraid of root canals. I'm sure they use the pain free injections on every patient but be sure to ask for it and the nitrous oxide, because it really helped me with the experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rahimi is a great dentist - he did a great job in trying to fix a root canal that I'd had done years ago and was giving me trouble. It proved a tricky case and I was very impressed with his determination to sort it out and his pride in doing a good job. Since then I've had another root canal done with Dr Rahimi and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone - he does a great job and makes the process as painless as possible. Thank you Dr Rahimi!
