Fantastic experience: I needed a bone graft and tooth implant. Dr Seng was very thorough in explaining the multiple procedures involved and my options, and undertook the surgery with great care such that I'm very satisfied with both the process and the outcome.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michael Seng is an excellent dentist. Our family has been seeing him for years for his care. With his attention to detail - he was able to diagnose the root cause of some of my dental and medical issues, spent the time to educate me on strategies on how to manage these conditions, and refer me further to other health providers to address other symptoms stemming from the same problem. Dr. Michael is a dentist that genuinely cares!

Fantastic experience: Dr Michael Seng was amazing with my 5 year old boy today who normally doesn't like visits to the doctor let alone the dentist. From the first moment we stepped in, Michael did everything to make it a very fun environment for him. Explaining all the tools he was going to use and showing him that there was nothing to be worried about. My son actually said he enjoyed visiting the dentist today and was excited to come back again. Fantastic experience: I required a new denture. The process involved a number of 'preparation' visits that were easily arranged and all 'on-time'. Michael carefully explained what the options were and the likely cost of each. I followed his recommendation and the new denture, fitted yesterday, works well.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Michael for many years since he was at his previous practice. You can tell Michael is passionate about his profession as he always takes care in his treatment which is never rushed, regardless of whether it is a routine clean or a wisdom tooth extraction. I trust Michael with my overall dental health as he always has a great handle on my dental history and whenever we discuss treatment (i.e. mouth guard to stop teeth from moving, teeth whitening, wisdom tooth extraction), he always takes considered time to explain the different options as well as the pros and cons. Very professional dentist that I highly recommend - which is why I followed Michael here when he moved to Malvern Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive pain free experience with my dental implant at Malvern Dental Care. Michael and his staff are all very professional, caring and supportive. Both pre and post operative care was excellent. Great attention is given to ensuring that the procedure is not only painless but infection free. I wish I had organised the implant surgery earlier and not been so fearful.

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Dr Michael Seng for the last 12 years, We have followed him through the different practices he has been. He is very thorough and explains so well for the next steps for all of our oral health. My 3 children 15, 11 and 5 has only seen him, his interactions with them has always been fun and engaging for their visit. Fantastic experience: Root canal. Pretty scary right? Not with Dr Michael! Completely painless. Amazing work crew!!

Negative experience: The receptionist quotes a different price when you call for appointment but the full package actually costs alot more. Happened more than once. Response to reply below : A printed quotation was not provided to me - that is not true. I had the printed receipt of $168, and I was told I can use that quote for the next one but it is recommended to do other services. My first appointment, I was quoted $168 over the phone and came in to explain this was quoted to me and was put through a long session of discussion to get this treatment as I was already in the clinic. I was adviced it was recommended and good practice to keep doing a full checkup package, however I was never told it was compulsory. Second time I made an appointment, I again asked if this $168 procedure is still available, she said yes, and I made an appointment. I called in on the day to reconfirm my appointment and I was adviced that it will be full package $289. I also asked if the $168 will ever be available if I do the $289 package and maybe just $168 cleaning after 6 months. And I was told No. So if its not at all available, please don't make appointments only to have it cancelled.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to see Dr Michael Seng a few times now and am impressed by the way he communicates, taking the trouble to explain any treatment options and every stage of dental work as it progresses. He is gentle and meticulous. I recently had resin veneers applied to 3 front teeth, major dental work, with a very successful result. Dr Michael or his staff also call after a treatment to check whether all is well. Recommended!

Fantastic experience: Dr Michael Seng has been my dentist for @4 years and I couldn't be any more grateful for his expertise and patience. I have some sentitives to dental work and with his advice and support, have been able to complete significant treatments under general anaesthetic and sedation. Fantastic experience: I followed Dr. Michael Seng to Malvern after he worked at Point Cook Dental. When I learned he had left, my heart sank, but I was relieved to find him through an online search. Point Cook Dental did not provide information on his new location. Since moving to Australia, I have been to several dentists, and I am grateful to have found the best dentist in Dr. Seng. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and addresses dental problems and concerns with great care. Dr. Seng explains procedures thoroughly and offers honest advice on the best options available. Fantastic experience: Known Dr Mike for many years from previous practice in Brunswick and Point Cook. Very gentle and careful in execution and reassuring his patients at every step. Family of 5 are his patients. Took my 18yo last week for 2 wisdom teeth extractions, swiftly done and though she was very nervous prior to the appointment, commented that the experience was definitely better than anticipated. Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Dr. Michael Seng. I am such a fan that despite the distance I've followed him from his previous clinic in Brunswick to Malvern! Dr Seng is highly skilled, has a gentle and caring approach and ensures that you are comfortable at all times. I have had quite a bit of dentist cosmetic work done over the years by Dr. Seng including central incisor veneers and his exceptional care, attention to detail and professionalism made the process pretty painless. Fantastic experience: Life changing dentistry experience! My 14yr old daughter was extremely scared of the dentist until we found Dr Michael years ago.
