Negative experience: Awful Denist went for scale clean and polish water spraying all over my face, didn't do the polish that I paid for so he gave me some told me to do it myself at home.Stay away useless

Negative experience: I'm extremely disappointed and concerned about the care I received from my former dentist at Smile time Dental and my last visit was particularly alarming. I have gone back and forth about writing this review for over a year and have decided it needs to be said because what happened to me was far from ok. When I arrived for a scheduled filling, I was informed that my dentist was no longer employed there due to malpractice issues, a dentist I had seen multiple times, no explanation - just “sorry she isn’t allowed to work here anymore”. Another dentist examined my teeth on arrival and shockingly told me that I didn't need a filling after all. This raises serious questions about the accuracy of my former dentist's diagnoses and treatments. I'm now worried that I may have undergone unnecessary procedures, including tooth extractions and previous fillings that may not of been required! To make matters worse, I had previously paid for a clean and scale with my previous dentist where she told me I needed a filling, which I felt was not done thoroughly. Despite the malpractice allegations from another source and the mistakes made, I was not offered any compensation or explanation, just a sorry she no longer works here because she was drilling peoples teeth when they didn’t need it! I would advise others to be cautious when choosing a dentist and to carefully research their credentials. I still feel uneasy and uncertain about my dental health, and I hope that others can learn from my experience. I have since changed dentists and I’m so happy but I still can’t shake what happened to me here.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kaur is an amazing dentist! I am usually a nervous patient but she reassured me anytime I brought up concerns. She made sure that I understood the steps and what to expect. The staffs were also nice and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr Kaur and her team!

She was incredibly thorough in her examination and took the time to explain every aspect of my treatment in a way that was easy to understand. Her attention to detail and patient care made me feel completely confident in her recommendations. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and professional, making my visit even more pleasant. The clinic itself is state-of-the-art, with modern facilities that ensure a comfortable and efficient experience. I highly recommend Dr. Harmeet and her wonderful team for anyone seeking top-notch dental care.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, very similar experience to a previous reviewer. Came in for the special cleaning offer with my partner but seemed very rushed. Lasted around 20 mins when previously 40mins was the norm at other clinics. When we got home could tell it wasn't a thorough cleaning as previous ones. My partner and I were also told we both needed multiple fillings and they could be done then and there for a special price and very quickly. In hindsight this should have been a red flag but at the time we were keen to just get everything done and apart from the short cleaning the clinic did feel clean and professional. Several months later have gone to a different dentist and x-rays have shown an incomplete filling was performed and it will need to be re-done. So I would suggest definitely discussing expectations with the dentists here before any work is performed. In the future I'll go to a clinic where more time and care is taken and you don't feel like the dentist is rushing to fulfil a daily quota.

Negative experience: Personally I didn't feel that the $145 special offer did justice to the service I received as my entire session was over in 15 minutes. This when I have had close to 45 minutes with other dentists on the same introductory promo. On bringing this up with Dr Jack I was told that he has a lot of experience so he can get things done faster. However the other dentists that I have been to also have a lot of experience. So in my conclusion the other dentists are simply more thorough at what they do. After my checkup I was also told about the option of getting 4 fillings done. This is something that I no doubt need to do but was told by him that I would be offered a special price for 1 day only and that those 4 fillings would cost $480(roughly) which would take around 10 minutes in total. This didn't sit very well me as I wasn't sure a 10 minute job to get 4 fillings done would be a wise decision to take so I decided to opt out. And I have decided to pay more and get my fillings done elsewhere, needless to say with a dentist who takes his time and is 'slower' at his job.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Jack saved all my teeth nearly, he was quick, efficient and was flexible based on my schedule and the girls on the front desk were lovely and super helpful every time I visited. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Would definitely recommend, Dr Jack is one of the best dentists I’ve ever been too! From the second I walked in Emily and Brayden were so friendly and made me feel at ease the whole time! The clinic is beautiful, clean and family friendly with a kids area with toys.

Negative experience: Made an appointment over a week ago, came for the appointment and they had no record of it anymore, dentist wasn't even there, find another one

Negative experience: I’m unable to review the actual dental work as following a miscommunication while trying to rebook an appointment, my wife was threatened and verbally assaulted by a staff member to the point where we needed to get to police involved. During their tirade of abuse, the staff member threatened our family's safety remarking "they know where we live". While other staff were apologetic following the incident, it’s greatly concerning that this staff member still has access to our sensitive data. We are in shock that someone in such a position would treat anyone, particularly a client in this way.

Fantastic experience: I just had the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. The ladies there were so lovely and kind, they made the whole experience so enjoyable for me and I will definitely be coming back from now on. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: The receptionist is lovely on arrival. I recently got composite veneers here from David Mai, they have turned out beautifully so happy with the outcome and service.

Fantastic experience: My son and I are regulars at this dental clinic, they’re amazing and I wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else. From the receptionist to Dr Mona, I receive the best warming service. My son is 2 and he was made so comfortable that he sat in the chair the entire time getting his clean & I’ve gotten my wisdom tooth out oddly a good experience which I don’t think many people can say! So overall, I definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Dont go to this dentist, on Friday my partner had the most terrible experience. All my partner ask for was a clean and examination. The dentist Dr sehgal that performed the services was very unprofessional. When cleaning the teeth liquid and oral fluid was going all over the place on her face ,all of her shirt was drenched and the dental assistant was sprayed all over her arm with oral fluid from my mouth and then.....it went all OVER HER FACE, this fluid has blood in it as my partner could taste it in her mouth. The dental assistant actually walked out of the room on the dentist because of the disgusting and gross service being performance. Personally this place should be investigated as this is a major breach of health and safety.

Negative experience: The staff were nice but after my initial check up I was told I would need 3 fillings. I asked how much it would cost however after my appointment I was charged an additional $280 even though no further procedures were done. When questioned about it they said they must've forgotten to add one of the fillings to the quote and said I could pay it off over time if I wanted.

Fantastic experience: Reception & dental assistant Emily had an excellent phone, front counter & chairside manner. Dentist Rena so gentle in doing examination, clean & scale. Very happy with treatment at Smile Time Family Dental. I would recommend any new clients to visit this dental clinic, children and adults. Clinic clean, modern comfortable to wait in, plenty of parking.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience ever! Sean was so efficient and calming during a surprise wisdom tooth extraction. I was in and out in no time, with a clear explanation of the procedure every step of the way. It was so refreshing to deal with an honest dentist who's focus was fixing the problem at hand, rather than trying to force you into more than was necessary. The price was fantastic and he even played my music of choice during the procedure! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Fantastic experience: We saw Rebecca for our regular check up and scale and clean. She was so thorough and gentle, even our 18 month old was very comfortable in the clinic. The clinic itself is immaculate and very well set up with the latest technology from using iPads to filling in personal information to iPads set up in the waiting room for general internet browsing! The kids corner is so well stocked with toys, our daughter really enjoyed it. We will definitely be returning for all our dental needs. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Sean is a great dentist. He pay attention to detail and make me feel more safe and comfortable in his office. He explain my oral problem, what procedures he is performing to correct the problems. During every step of a procedure, he takes the time to listen to my concerns and never rushes to levy a treatment. I highly recommend this dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: Rebecca is a great dentist and has an amazing chair side manner, especially with kids. My three boys saw her today (12,9,7) and all were put at ease due to Rebecca's way of explaining what she was doing at their level. Both my wife and I followed Rebecca her to this new location as we have found her to be genuinely interested in explaining any issues. She even took the time to give each of my boys a tip to work on before our next visit. The practice itself is new, very modern, with the latest technology onsite including digital X-ray and OPG. The waiting room has two iPads to keep the kids occupied. I highly recommend this dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist. I went from neglecting my teeth very badly due to a bad experience in the past from another dental practice to sitting through several dental visits to have many teeth repaired, pulled ect. Smile time family dental created a very comfortable and easygoing atmosphere which is exactly what I needed to turn my teeth around. Couldn't recommend this dental clinic more highly. Not only was she zen the entire time but she soothed any worries and fears from my system. So caring, gentle and informative. Amanda was very accomodating and gentle. They make a really great team. If you're looking for people that genuinely care and are all about your comfort and wellbeing please go visit them.
