Fantastic experience: I'm a long time patient of Greg and he is the best Dentist I've ever been to. Always puts you at ease with his warm personality, explains everything on detail and ensures you are comfortable throughout the procedure. His staff are efficient and friendly providing a great atmosphere throughout the clinic. Always 5 star visits.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always friendly and make sure you are comfortable. The dentists are very clear on any issues with your teeth or gyms and often suggests various ways to fix the issues, they are also very gentle whether it's filings, clean etc...

Fantastic experience: Dr Greg is a very efficient and knowledgeable dentist. I have severe dental anxiety and he ensures that my needs are cared for in a gentle and friendly nature. The receptionist staff Trish and Mey are very friendly and also efficient in their roles and try to cater to all requests with professionalism and utmost respect and treat all tasks with enthusiasm. The dentist practice is very clean and maintained well. Strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The paladin team are absolutely amazing! I went there to get a mouthguard done, and even during such a standard procedure as that the team were so incredibly helpful. Greg is a very funny guy who can and will chat about anything, The reception team are very helpful and friendly, and Sam my DA is by far the best DA i've ever had. She is so sweet and lovely! Even though I live on the other side of Melbourne, I shall come back to Paladin & Paladin only!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Greg Hsiao and the Paladin Dental clinic team are the best, very personable dentist with a caring nature. He is also reasonably priced and has your best interests at heart with preventative dental care. After having many dentists, I would always trust Dr Hsiao with my teeth and recommend them to family and friends. Also cleans are extremely quick at Paladin, last time only took 20mins!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Paladin dental for the last year and couldn't rate them highly enough. Everyone in the team is kind and caring and fun to be around - no dentist dread here! I had my wisdom teeth out here a few months ago and to say the team went above and beyond to look after me would be an understatement. I've moved away from the area now but I still make the journey to see the team as once you find a good dentist, you stay for good. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this dentist. As soon as you walk in you’re welcomed by Melissa, who takes care of you and makes you feel at ease she is absolutely lovely! Greg and Julianna are great, they explain all of your dental work in detail so you know every step, they are gentle and get the job done! Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel safe and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend them enough. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Greg is amazing! He did root canal treatment for my top left molar, which is the most difficult tooth to work on root canal. I have seen 3 dentists before seeing Dr. Greg, they all refer me to specialist! The reason I didn't like to go to specialist is that they have a long waiting time, not necessarily experienced as a good dentist plus more expensive which I am not sure if it's worth. Lucky I found Dr. Greg who has the skill & experience to save my tooth, save my time and save my money! High recommend Dr. Greg if you want a good dentist!
