Positive experience: First time yesterday to this dentist and I was really impressed with the treatment I received. Dr Sonia was sympathetic to my nervousness and re- assuring. Very little pain but a bit cold sensitive. I found the experience a bit more expensive than I thought but thrilled with the results and my jaw seems to be sitting more correctly now. Fantastic experience: We've been seeing Dr Yu Hawke since 2019 when my little girl had a cavity which ended up needing her tooth to be extracted- an outcome she really did not want. Dr Yu Hawke managed to calmly and painlessly address this issue right there on the spot with the most gentle manner. My daughter had no idea that needles were even involved. We were amazed at his skill while being so gentle. Really awesome with kids. We've been faithful patients of his ever since. Everytime we go for our regular check ups, we get the sense that he cares for the whole person, not just your teeth. My kids now, actually look forward to the trip to the dentist. If anything, just for a catch up with Dr Yu Hawke. Dr Smile have always been wonderful to deal with and we highly recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: I went here in 2022. I had a good service. So I went back today, 2023 for a general clean and check up. Worst service ever. Will never go back and recommend no one ever to go here either. My dentist (Geraldine) and the assistant were chatting the whole time whilst doing my clean. I felt like I was in a hair salon. My previous dentist (who I will now go back to) would examine each and every tooth and make notes about each tooth which his assistant would note down. Not gossip and chat like these ladies did. So unprofessional. Will definitely not return, and recommend no one attend this “dentist”

Negative experience: Recently went here, the price is ridiculous for something so simple, the apprentice or whatever she was that was there was disgusted over something small, don’t become a dentist if you’re sitting there disgusted about something! This place doesn’t have workers who love what they do that’s for sure, never coming here again

Negative experience: **AVOID EVEN IF THEY WERE THE LAST PRACTICE*** We used to go to the wattle Grove practice for 3 years, never had a problem, first time at Eagle vale and got ripped off, had to pay out of pocket for my kids $226. While they used to be No Gap at all. HOW WOULD YOU JUMP FROM NO GAP AT ALL TO 110 PER KID FOR 15 MINS IN 6 MONTH. and to add insult to Injury, I called a different local dentist to wattle Grove to get a price, they said that if you do not have health fund at all will be 159 per child, and with Health fund will sure be cheaper. What a rip off!!!! You might have made extra 60 bucks of me today, but definitly lost my buisness.WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

Negative experience: Went there to get a check up because they wattle grove practice has closed. Got a clean and check up which cost me 260 dollars which was done in 15 minutes. I was shocked as they was no breakdown of costs and nothing was explained to me. This greatly disappointed me as I have been getting all my dental work done here. I drove 40 km round trip to get there as I was thinking it was the same as wattle grove. I do not think I will be going back there again.
