Negative experience: Had aftercare issues with retainers after 7 months due to premature wear, as under‑gauged thickness retainers were supplied by a previous practitioner at this clinic. The practice manager’s solution was for us to pay for new retainers through the clinic, then they simply passed on the previous practitioner’s contact details and advised us to follow up with him for a remedy, which we felt was a very unprofessional way to handle a resolution. " We attended and paid the clinic directly and did not go there specifically for that individual dentist.”

Fantastic experience: I wish I could leave a 100 star rating!!! Lynn miraculously and painlessly fixed my inflamed gum today. Dr Fleming’s expertise and his team’s level of care are outstanding, but I especially want to thank Lynn and Annie who are both remarkable dental hygienists. They are both so gentle and their proficiency in delivering painless treatments, cleaning, injections etc. is incredible. I used to absolutely dread going to the dentist but thanks to them, I'm no longer afraid. After many years of incompetent dentists/hygienists who always blamed me for my gum issues, I'm so grateful I found this practice. I can't speak highly enough of them!! They have literally saved my teeth. I have nothing but praise for this wonderful team and can highly recommend them, particularly if you are suffering from periodontitis. I was suffering from gum disease and an aching tooth which my dentist recommended an extraction. Unwilling to lose my tooth, I reached out to my local dentist in Melbourne who could perform LANAP. Unfortunately the waiting time was extreme, and the service was not professional. Fortunate for me, I researched online and found Hugh Fleming Dentistry, which coincidently had a good review from a recent patient in regards to LANAP. From my first call, to my first visitation ... to the procedure and the aftercare, Dr Hugh Fleming and Team was totally professional and caring. Negative experience: Dr Abhishek is probably the best dentist in Sydney. Having visited 9 different dentists in the CBD, north shore and northern beaches I keep coming back to him. The clinic itself has the most uncoordinated reception staff I’ve seen. Every time I’ve gone there it seems like I’m in an episode of faulty towers. Hopefully they up their game - and it won’t stop me from going to see my fave dentist.

Fantastic experience: Over many years Hugh carried out restorative and repair actions on my slowly ageing teeth. I am pleased to say that all are holding up well with no additional work required over the past 12 years. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with severe periodontitis by another periodontist, who told me that my only option was flap surgery. Desperately, I Googled other options and found LANAP. Then I discovered Hugh Flemming Dental. Assuming they would be the most expensive, I shopped around. However, I was not very impressed when speaking with three other options in Sydney. So, I decided to see what Hugh Flemming Dental had to offer. The first point of contact was fantastic—very helpful and informative. So, I booked an assessment. I met the team, and what a well-oiled, professional machine they are! They were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and confidence-inspiring. I proceeded with the LANAP procedure, which yielded excellent results. I am now due for my big checkup eight weeks after my second procedure, and I feel much better with more energy. Furthermore, Hygienist Larissa is incredibly knowledgeable at her craft, as well as understanding of her patients needs and potential anxieties: she and Dr. Fleming took the time to address and explain my treatment plan in a manner which was transparent, caring and straightforward. Fantastic experience: I had periodontal disease years ago and it has too much worse bed breathing, bleeding, swelling gums also lower front four teeth too bed condition because of these I try to avoid to talk to near person, feel embarrassed also at night snoring problem, lack sleep…all I suffer from long time. He suggested me all proms and cons of my teeth condition also advised me about Laser treatment for gum disease also little surgery for try to save my front four teeth. Fantastic experience: I attended Hugh Fleming Dentistry to have laser treatment for a cold sore. The doctors were extremely accommodating and fit me in the day of and first thing the morning after. The laser treatment was fantastic. It significantly reduced my symptoms and the cold sore lasted only a few days after the treatment. The reception staff were all very kind as well! I would attend here again.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional practice. Tahnee, the Practice Manager was informative and let me know about the treatments that may be needed for my visit. She also spoke about the dentist himself, Ricky Patel. Booking my appointments were easy, and when I needed to move them, Tahnee accommodated and confirmed. When in the chair, Dr Patel explained everything he was doing and what he could see. He was transparent and informative. Fantastic experience: First ever person to get an implant through HCF, very cheap but went terribly wrong. Hugh opened his surgery on a Sunday getting an assistant nurse in to help with the problem. Now have a bone infection not picked up by HCF dental but again Hugh to the rescue. Yes it did cost a trip down the Rhine but hey I now have a Da Vinci smile with a lot less pain than I was expecting. Cant rave enough about Hugh and his expert staff.
