Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would. What a cruel horrible experience. DO NOT GO THERE ! They have dentists who DO NOT CARE, they are rough, my composite filling on my front tooth was dislodged during a routine clean, my mouth was full of blood. The dentist was running late and rushed my booking. I now have to get my composite filling replaced.

Fantastic experience: Amazing team! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional reception team who couldn’t have done more to put my nervous 7y daughter and I at ease! Incredible dentistry team - Dr Crystle and Nurse Harriett worked super hard to make my daughter comfortable and rapidly built trust by listening and responding to her concerns, while reassuring her and explaining everything. I could not have asked for a better experience - thank you so much everyone! My daughter feels so comfortable with the idea of regular check ups now and moving forward. I’ve been twice now and never had a better experience. Friendly reception, on time appointments, and very thorough dentists. Dr Easson is very gentle if you have any fear of dentists. Negative experience: Was called once again to change an appointment as this seems to be a regular thing with them and rearranged everything to make it happen for the first appointment in the morning, only to arrive with no one at reception and all I could hear is the team talking about their “personal” experiences from the night before – super unprofessional. Was then made to wait an extra 10 minutes, for the first appointment of the day to only continue listening to previous nights experiences from the team – what appalling customer service. Would definitely not recommend this place

Fantastic experience: Wow wow wow, what an experience. Pacific Smiles at Birtinya were nothing short of sensational. I have such a fear of dentists however after been looked after by Dr Tara my mind was more at ease. This wonderful lady has exceptional person skills and is extremely professional in what she does. Negative experience: Haven’t been scared of a dentist since I was a child, however thanks to the service from pacific smiles, I’m now sacred again. If your looking for a dentist, who doesn’t run on time or you want pain and discomfort and unprofessional dentist, or to receive any service but the one you asked for. Well you’re in luck this is the place to visit. Pacific smiles doesn’t run on time Pacific smiles doesn’t care to tell their customers they are running late Pacific smiles doesn’t apologise for running late Pacific smiles doesn’t offer any after care or advise Pacific smiles doesn’t perform the service or treatment you ask for Pacific smiles dentist are rough and have poor quality service and customer service I was looking for a new dentist closer to home, but pacific smiles has shown me good dentist are hard to find and if your looking for a good dentist, pacific smiles should be at the bottom of my list. I’ll be returning back to 1800 smiles Caloundra where the dentist actually takes care of you. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy
