Fantastic experience: We saw Dr Kenny Lok today to have my daughter’s baby tooth removed, and the experience was truly fantastic. Dr Lok was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process, which made my daughter feel completely at ease. She didn’t cry at all, and the extraction was done smoothly in around five minutes. As a parent, it was such a relief to see how calm and comfortable she was. Very professional and genuinely wonderful with kids. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a caring and skilled dentist.

Negative experience: Avoid this clinic, there is something very dodgy and unethical about their business practice. The quality of the dental procedures I have received there has been abysmal, which is why I have not made any bookings in years. Yesterday Lok reception repeatedly harassed me via texting and calling, to confirm a booking which I've never made. Initially Lok receptionist insisted I made a booking through their online portal under my name and mobile number. Upon being informed that this is now a matter of identity theft and that the police has been informed, Lok reception immediately changed their story and insists the whole thing was a misunderstanding, and nobody had booked under my name. Incompetence? Unsolicited cold-calling harassment? Illegal use of my details to make booking under my name without consent? Or has my personal info been compromised and Lok is dismissing all concerns due to negligence? Either way, I have not experienced something this ridiculous from another medical practice. Highly unprofessional and borderline suspicious.

Negative experience: I am very sorry to say that I cannot recommend Dr Lok for senior. He could not make the right decision for a senior whether to extract a not-too-bad tooth. Result proved that it shouldn’t. It even did not consider the potential impact to the heart which made the family very regret and upset.

The guys took in what I thought was wrong, gave me some options and went to work - no fuss, no hassle!
