Dr. Sam explains everything very patiently, and the clean-up was done very thoroughly and gently. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: Smile house is the most professional dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr Mardani is super knowledgeable and friendly always providing best approach to the issues while using modern techniques. From a simple cleaning to complicated fillings I have been very satisfied with him and the Smile house.

Negative experience: Dishonest & unethical practice. Worst I've ever encountered. Switched to Smile House after moving to the area and thought I give them a try after reading all the great reviews. It was truely disappointing. The only thing true about the reviews was their friendliness and nothing else. They were rough with the general clean you feel butchered on the dentist chair. The dentist is always late for the appointment despite being the first appointment of the day. They keep telling you to book in for invasive procedures like root canal or a crown but not explaining the reason and which tooth it is for or the issue they are fixing. They charge no show fee when they do not have a proper reminder system. How is sending a reminder 4 weeks prior to the appointment appropriate! After a few rounds of general dental clean torture, I decided to get a second opinion somewhere else based on their persistent push for me to book in a root canal & crown procedure because even my previous dentist of over 10yrs never thought I needed those procedures. Off I went to try another dentist, I authorised for my dental records & x-ray to be shared with the new dentist and Smile House simply ignore the request which I already suspected they won't share based on their way of operation. By the way, the new dentist did all the required checks & x-ray, there is absolutely NO NEED for any of those invasive procedures they have been pushing me to get done in the last 2 yrs. They are just using it as an excuse to carry out expensive procedures. I am glad I decided not to tolerate their nonsense and seek second opinion. Will never go back there again and will never recommend anyone to go there.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Sams dental clinic and had a fantastic experience! I have been to many different dentist around melbourne due to household moves and only since talking to sam have i had a pleasant experience. He really changed my flossing habits (which were non exsistent before). The staff was friendly and professional, making and I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: When my dentist of many years retired, I dreaded the thought of trying out a new dentist. My husband recommended Siemak, whom he found gentle and patient. Siemak is now my dentist too! He is a lovely person and an excellent dentist. Ros, the practice manager is also a very experienced dental assistant who is very helpful and lovely too.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Mardani for my scale & clean. He is a fantastic dentist. I’m always abit apprehensive about going to the dentist as I have more sensitivity in my teeth since I’ve gotten older. I told this to Dr Mardani and he was very gentle and patient with me. I found the practice to be welcoming, open and bright and has nice large rooms. He also took photos of my teeth which is something that my previous dentist didn’t do and this gave me a great visual of my teeth for what they look like from the inside. He was very thorough. Highly recommend this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Every six months I visit Smile House Dentist for a teeth clean and checkup. The staff are kind and generous with their time. Nothing is ever too much. Seimak is a wonderful dentist and explains everything in detail so I am able to understand each procedure. Ros the Practice Manager and is always very helpful and knowledeable I feel very comfortable and safe in their hands which is so important when one chooses a dentist.

Fantastic experience: A pleasant experience at a DENTIST? Amazing but it happens at Smile House Black Rock (except fpr the root canal) The trio of Siamak, Ros and Olga radiate a relaxed aura. and Health Benefit relationships mean no shocks in the finances. Iguess 5 stars is a bit low!

Fantastic experience: First of all, I really do not enjoy going to the dentist - I guess many don't. Having said that, Smile House has been a complete game-changer. First rate care and impressive work with results. Ali's calm manner and detailed explanations have made me feel at ease and the idea of going to another dentist doesn't even feature. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience the the team at Studio Smiles recently, I had to get a wisdom tooth removed and everything went smoothly and fast without a problem. They even had 2 follow up calls later on the day of the procedure and the following day to ask how you are feeling and offer advice or solutions to any problems you might have which I hadn't experienced before with a dentist. Very caring towards there clients. Defiantly would recommend!

Fantastic experience: This would have to be the most friendliest and comfortable dentist I have ever been to. I entered feeling very anxious and terrified that I would need to get my wisdom tooth pulled out that night ( and I did ! ). They did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and reassured me throughout the process so I wouldn’t go into panic! I didn’t need the happy gas either. I was the last patient for the night and I left feeling thankful and relaxed.
