Fantastic experience: The best experience I've ever had with a dentist I never felt any pain at all getting my tooth pulled. Pratik was very understanding of my fear of going to the dentist and talked me through what he was going to do, if I need to go to the dentist again I will be coming back to Pratik. Fantastic experience: I have just finished my 3rd appointment and feel very happy with my treatments. The dentist is very good and because of his gentleness, I was able to be treated without needles on my last visit. Fantastic experience: I am part way through extensive dental work without health insurance, being completed as quickly as I can pay off each visit, via their numerous payment methods. Still a ways to go. My dental issues are partly caused by childhood injury/facial trauma, but admitedly, also by myself. Not ideal previous dentist visits at other dental clinics, concluded in me avoiding fixing my teeth for too long. Dr Pratik helped me feel at ease, not judged, and devised a plan suitable to my budget/time frame for payment. My latest appointment was with Dr Ranaweera. Both doctors have repaired work bilaterally and, while there is an obvious visual difference, between their work on both sides, my smile is a million times better than it looked when I sucked up the guts to try another dentist. No pain or judgement whatsoever. No downtime and working around my budget and schedule to get it sorted is helpful

Fantastic experience: I found everyone at Redbank Dental to be very friendly and understanding especially the dentist, when I explained the fear I have about needles in my mouth due to a very very bad experience I had years ago elsewhere. I had three feelings in two teeth side-by-side, and they were so gentle, I barely noticed the needles been done. The procedure never felt rushed, and they talked me through the entire appointment which made me very comfortable and relaxed. And usually after a couple of fillings, I’m a bit sore not only with the tooth that’s been worked on but at the injection sites but I had absolutely no pain once the local anaesthetic wore off which was quite surprising. Great job Redbank, Dental Thanks.

Fantastic experience: I was having a extremely painful tooth ache since before Christmas I went to a dentist closer to home and all they did was a exray of my teeth gave me an antibiotics an pain relief after a week my tooth pain worsned so I decided to go to redbank plaza dentist which i visited around 10 years or so ago! The redbank plaza dental clinic is under new management the dr is extremely good at what he does very professional an highly skilled at what he does his knowledge is spot on turns out i had a Abscess an instead of pulling the out my moler i got a root canal done all the assistants were very professional & pleasant too, I highly recommend this clinic and the dentist to anyone looking for a good dental clinic

Negative experience: I wish I could give no stars because the treatment at this dentist is appalling. I went there to get my tooth fixed, I had to go and get a government dental card because my tooth was causing extreme pain I went in there for an emergency tooth fix and the dentist that was doing work on my tooth and the assistant were rude all because I was crying because of the sheer pain I was in, completely mocked me and made me feel ashamed to even be there, they slapped on a temporary filling and said and I quote “if you want a root canal you better go get more vouchers” like are you kidding not even 2 months later I go to another dentist they take out the temporary filling and tell me that the prior dentist didn’t clean my tooth properly and as a result my tooth had rotted away leaving me with missing half a tooth and still to this day I have issues with that tooth because of the arrogant dentist here, I would absolutely not recommend going there unless you want a botched tooth

Negative experience: Still no Responsibility taken, however the dental board found them guilty of negligence. The next step is legal action.

Negative experience: I had my first filling done by Dentist Lina Badra ,omg worst experience ever people, I couldn't open my mouth my jaw was locked, was in severe pain ,I went back to them and at first they denied that i was injected, they never prescribed any pain killers and not even ones they called and checked how I'm feeling, I found RB dental ,Dentist and staff very unprofessional, I went to south side dental and they redo my filling since bonding was not done properly by Lina Badra ,and now I found out that my teeth got a crack I wish I never went to RB Dental ,I'm experiencing worst pain ever in my jaw ear and left side of my shoulder still I can't eat anything from my right side where my teeth has been damaged
