Fantastic experience: I, like many others, have a real fear/phobia of visiting a dentist and as a result I rarely do. I only made an appointment as I was in excruciating pain. I found my dentist to be very kind and patient, and all treatment I have had so far, was done with care and eased my fear somewhat. The other staff (front desk and dental assistants) have been wonderful too. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Berwick Dental Centre for several years now. From fillings to implants on my four front teeth, I couldn’t be happier with the results. All the staff are awesome and make you feel welcome and safe. I spent some awful visits at other dentists over my years, having moments of anxiety and sleepless nights. I must say that I am now very confident when attending the dentist and often don’t have needles for light dental work. Dr Jane Meng is very patient and a skilled practitioner and has great client manner. My fists are not longer white at the knuckles, nor do I have any reservations about dental work. I am calm and relaxed without the need of thoughts of panic. I absolutely recommend Berwick Dental Centre, Lyall Road, Berwick. Keep up the good work.

The three dentists I’ve seen have all been exceptionally professional and gentle and the reception staff have been very diligent in any paperwork I have requested. I have recently commenced having implants procedure with Jane Meng and she has been wonderful. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for patients comfort was outstanding. From reception to the dental nurses to the fabulously skilled dentists you will feel very cared for & supported. The entire clinic is very modern & clean. Once you reach a treatment room it’s been clearly set up for each new patient as everything is sterile, covered or in bags. I have been going to this clinic to see Trevor & team for 15+ years & my entire family are also patients even my 81 year old Mum. I have seen various other dentists in the clinic at different times & I have always felt in safe hands. I truly appreciate the time taken at every appointment to explain what may be required at a future appointment or to ensure I am comfortable with what is happening. 100% the No.1 clinic in Berwick.

Fantastic experience: Through a succession of bad experiences I had developed quite a phobia with dentists in my almost 60 years. Dr Trevor Ng not only reversed all of that from my first visit but has set the standard for care and outcomes for the numerous visits since which include extraction and a crown. I no longer dread the thought of going to the dentist and have complete trust in the team and staff. First class!

Negative experience: Went to see the dentist with a swollen gum and sensitive tooth issue, didn’t get any treatment or medicine, did deep cleaning of teeth, finished within 10 minutes. Not recommended.

Negative experience: Lovely staff and grate service. But be aware that if you are buying a mouth guard for sleep aponea that the device only lasts a year. My device broke after a year and now have too pay few hundred dollars too get it fixed AFTER spending roughly $1,200 iniatally for the device. Would not recommend.
