Negative experience: very expensive compared to the moderate quality services and the incompetent dentists working there

Negative experience: Used Amazing dental for my braces had my whole braces plan through Denticare ( offered by the practice at the time ) They come off 6 months ago which I was told I had a check up in 6 months time. Was not told this was an out of pocket expense as i was under the assumption it was apart of the braces coming off check up. Half way through I asked why they were doing work on my teeth was told again apart of my check up. No worries. But then to go leave and be told that’s $250. When I questioned the receptionist I was told that I should have known it wasn’t covered. “Why would it be you have had your braces off. “ which I do understand but the check up was because I had my braces taken off and confirming everything is ok and I didn’t need them on again. This went back n forth for a good 20 mins. I should have been told your next appointment is no longer covered by Denticare and will be X amount of dollars. Honestly she was so rude it’s turned me off ever going back. I spent $7000 with the practice for that kind of attitude was quite upsetting

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling experience today. I called amazing dental and spoke with a rude lady named Kathleen who was answering the phones. I had received a quote from another dental practice and I wanted to get a price match from amazing dental to see if I could save my family some money. She was rude from the moment she started talking and almost resentful to provide me with pricing. After finally getting her to provide me with some fees, she goes on to say it would only be a few dollars different, which was not the case at all. When I questioned this and asked for an official quote, she snapped back and said well what was that I just gave you. She made me feel extremely upset by the matter and as if I was doing the wrong thing by trying to get a quote. I asked to speak to her manager and again she snapped back saying she was the manger with no help or remorse once I told her how she made me feel. Absolutely disgusted by this and left feeling awful. Amazing dental I cannot speak for the rest of your staff but I imagine they are lovely. I hope you have a word to your receptionist as this has been really upsetting for me.

Fantastic experience: As a first time and very nervous customer I was very happy with the experience, I'd broken a tooth and they got me in straight away, I hate needles but happily the dentist numbed my gums first, didn't feel a thing. Over-all (and I've been to many dentists over the years) it was fantastic, will certainly be making them my go to dentist practice from now on! Many thanks, Susan

Fantastic experience: I was in really bad pain and they fit me in as soon as they could, Dr Daryl came in clutch and pulled teeth like a pro, i had zero pain and with Jules with the assist made it feel like nothing. 10/10 would let Dr Daryl and Jules service me again. if you want the care and quality book in here.

Fantastic experience: The name 'amazing' doesn't do them justice. I was a reluctant patient. Only went because I had a bad toothache. All the staff were friendly, gentle, professional, non-judgemental. My treatments have been pain free. My faith in dentists has been restored.

Fantastic experience: Dr Johnny Chan is an incredible dentist with a caring and supportive team working alongside him at his practice in Nowra. The surgery is equipped with the latest technology including the award winning LightWalker dental laser. The practice uses Ozonated Water meeting the very high requirements for sterilization. During my recent extensive dental procedures I have experienced very little pain or after effects due to the skillful hands of Dr Chan and his highly experienced dental nurse. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dr Chan and the wonderful team at Amazing Dental.

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious about going to a dentist plus the cost any sort of work that I'd have to have done.I had really bad teeth, we're talking old broken and chipped teeth which I put up for 5 years+ All my worries where allayed after my first visit, Dr Terzi explained everything and made sure I knew what I was up for and even arranged an affordable dental for me.I even scored myself free extraction......yay. Very professional and friendly staff, I 100% recommend going to Amazing Dental. Thanks to Peter, Sam and Sharon for looking after me during my visits.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend these guys enough! Been to a few dentist in Nowra but now I won't be going any where else but here. Reception, nurses and both dentist do a spectacular job, for a reasonable price. I've had terrible tooth pain for months with no other dentist being able to identify the problem but Dr Chan quickly identify the problem and fixed it there and then. Book with only a day notice and had avaliability.

Fantastic experience: I have been under the care of Dr Chan for 11 years. At no time have I felt he has exploited me. His dentistry seems exceptional and he utilises ultra modern technologies Surgery is hygienic, staff are always happy to help

Fantastic experience: An amazing service, clear and understandable dentist, treats patients with a positive attitude, tries their best to help the patient!

Negative experience: The dentist I got at amazing dental seems very inexperienced. I went in to try and get some pain checked out. They took some x-rays and told me they couldn't see anything so it was most likely a sinus problem. Then when I called a week later and told them the pain had gotten much worse they couldn't fit me in. So i went to another dentist and within 5 minutes of looking at the x-rays from amazing dental and doing a few basic tests he knew what the problem was and is doing a root canal. They did do a decent cleaning though.

Fantastic experience: A service that lives up to the name.

Negative experience: Terrible service they don't care about you, only the money.
