Negative experience: The doctor is the worst dentist I've ever gone to. He has the ability to hurt teeth that don't hurt.

Fantastic experience: I went for a dental check-up and the dentist explained everything very clearly and did a great job with the treatment. Ever since my first visit, whenever I have any dental issues, this is the place I usually go to. Thank you!

Negative experience: I received root canal treatment at Warrigal Dental 2023 The procedure continued for nearly two years with repeated X-rays and irrigation, but the issue was never resolved... In June this year, after another irrigation treatment, I experienced increased pain, sensitivity, and inflammation. When I contacted the clinic, I was met with disappointing follow-up care my pain worsened, and I was simply told to take painkillers and see a specialist. This response was highly unsatisfactory. I also witnessed the dentist using a mobile phone while wearing gloves, raising concerns about hygiene practices. Overall, the lack of proper treatment planning, late specialist referral, and poor hygiene were extremely disappointing. I have since lodged a formal complaint with the Office of the Health Ombudsman...

Fantastic experience: 어금니 치통 때문에 예약잡고 갔는데 의사 선생님도 치위생 선생님도 다들 정말 친절하세요. 치위생 선생님도 한국어 가능하신분 계셔서 편했어요. 앞으로 치과는 여기로 다닐것 같아요 감사합니다:)

Fantastic experience: Dr Kim is a very professional dentist. I and my wife have visited 4 dentists around Brisbane, he is the most reliable, very skilled, and never overcharged or treats that you don't need it. I recently had a baby and when my boy bites me this is the place where our family goes, even though some negative feedback here.

Negative experience: I must agree with one of reviews below. I was looking for new dentist last year as the dentist i saw back then never consulted what she was going to treat for my son, myself or even hubby amd just proceeded and presented bills so i was not happy. I recommended this practice to my hubby as i was happy with how my son's dental care was handled however in regards to my hubby's, In whole hour while performing gum cleaning/treatmrnt, the dentist was chatting with assistant for very personal stuffs and i could hear it from outside even. I have never seen any medical professional taking that much personal chat while treating a patient. He should have thought about the patient who had no choice but listened all those chatting. My hubby was really angry after the day and he said he felt pain, sharp drilling and concerned about him concentrating on work or not. After a week, he had a serious pain and my hubby refused to go back again and we visited others and other dentist was bit shocked how come he did not even get antibiotic in case. I am.not commenting if he does a good job or not but i want to remind him of acting more professionally in terms of time when seeing a patient for better business. The dentist must act better when he received similar feedbacks about personal chat during a time with patient. Patient pays for him to provide a best dental service not interested in listening a personal story about going out etc.

Negative experience: Ruined a tooth after what should have been a simple procedure (crown reattachment). Avoids responsibility at all cost, to the extent of kicking me out of the practice when questioned. I encourage everyone who has gone through similar negative experiences to report to AHPRA.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr kim maybe 2 yrs ago for my cavity and he was very professional. my son went to see him a few weeks ago for his gum problem and he was very happy and told me Dr kim was very nice to him. my daughter went to see him last week for braces retainer and he explained everything we need to know to look after our teeth and she is going back soon to fix cavity. we are very fortunate to find Dr kim as our family dentist. all the staff were so friendly and informative.

Negative experience: I went for a regular clean and check up. Dr Billy Kim wasn’t professional by chatting with his assistant during the whole treatments. It was private chat which was not related to treatment at all, and I had pain and severe sensitivity during those time. I thought it wasn’t very respectful to patient. I was not happy with his explanations at the end as well. I was required a couple of different treatments next time, so he get his assistant to print the treatment plan, but no explanations about what is what. I commented about his unprofessional ways of dealing with me. All I heard from him is that “This is Australian style” A few days later, I went to other dentist to get the treatments, and I heard a different thing from this dentist. Dr Kim told me that I had dental caries that require treatments. Obviously, It wasn’t dental caries. Very disappointing!

Fantastic experience: Dr Billy, was very professional, informative and with clear option that is available. He has fixed my pain today and waiting to go back hopefully in Jun to finish off what need it. Strongly recommend Dr Billy Kim.
