I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Chantel after a subpar experience with another practice, and I cannot sing Dr Chantel’s praises enough about the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming, and Dr Chantel immediately put me at ease. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I understood each step of the process for fixing my crown. The procedure itself was smooth, painless, and completed with incredible precision. Dr. Chantel was not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring and warm! I felt completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. They took extra steps to ensure my comfort and were so thoughtful in making sure I felt supported every step of the way. The crown looks and feels perfect. THE BEST DENTISTS EVER, I am so happy to have found them and recommend them to anyone who will listen!!!!

Fantastic experience: Madisson is great with small children. My daughter is ASD but Madisson is so gentle and patient that she loves going to the dentist to see her. We’ve been to other dentists out of town and nothing compares to Courtney dental. They make visiting the dentist fun for children.

Fantastic experience: I saw Madisson while I was here and she saved my teeth. She is a lovely person and a great dentist. I am no longer scared to go to the dentist! All the nurses and reception staff were so helpful as well. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Negative experience: This rating reflects purely on administrative staff and their ‘policies’. The dental staff I saw here were amazing. I was seen in the practice for a broken tooth, and a plan made for serval fillings. I was told I would be unable to book an appointment for over a month to have these fixed. I had ongoing unbearable pain overnight and booked an emergency appointment elsewhere as they had no availability. After having my filling attended, I phoned back to book in my ongoing appointments in the next few months when they had time. A very rude receptionist told me I would ‘NEVER be welcome to be seen there again’ as I had seen another dentist who requested my records and hung up. I phoned back to try and discuss this further but was met with the same behaviour, and confirmed I would not be welcome there again. I am really upset with this interaction as I had not realised that I had done anything wrong.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service. Our 95yo Father had suffered a massive stroke. Whilst in hospital his dentures were lost limiting his diet choices. Owner Bernie Courtney and Dads dentist, Chantel Griffiths attended the hospital on a Sunday to take new moulds for a new set of dentures. This was above and beyond what we expected and helped to reduce an already stressful situation. Our family will be forever grateful to Courtney Dental for re-storing some quality of life to our Father.

Fantastic experience: At 57, I’ve been to plenty of dentists in many cities…this place is the best I’ve been to. Great reception team with friendly service, happy positive vibe and then my dentist Chantelle was fantastic, took time to explain everything, and was thorough and no hard selling on future treatments like I’ve experienced at other dentists which was a massive turn off. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful dentist. Friendly staff who are always up for a laugh and a chat. Dr Chantelle looks after my entire family and I can honestly say she is the best dentist we have ever had. Wonderful person who generally cares. She is amazing with my daughters as well!

Fantastic experience: Where can I start? Went to get fillers and retainers for my teeth, and Maddison was an absolute pleasure. Her techniques are flawless and I felt very minimal discomfort during the procedure. The staff are super friendly and efficient as well. Maddison also made sure she went through several options with me and really took the time to understand my needs. She was also not afraid to provide cost efficient options and helped me get the best done to my teethe I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. I would give a 6/5 if I could.

Fantastic experience: After reading all the very positive reviews I can't add much at all except to say the staff at the reception desk are all they should be and more. Friendly, professional and very efficient, it would be unkind to single out any one person, they all deserve praise. Dr Dave has been my dentist for many years now and will remain to be until he decides to retire.... to go fishing whenever he likes..

Fantastic experience: Love this dental surgery. Local family owned. Highest praise to all there, from the effecient, friendly reception staff to the experienced nurses and dentists. Our family has been attending the surgery for a number of years now and every time we walk through the door we are meet with a smile and put at ease. I see Craig, and always feel like I am in good hands. Madison and Ruth are fantastic with children. And can't recommend Bernie high enough if your children need mouth guards!

Fantastic experience: Just had my first followup appt. Ruth is a fantastic hygienist and gave teeth and gums a really good clean and polish Gums were inflamed and use to often bleed when I brushed. Fantastic experience: I’ve now had numerous visits to Courtney Dental and would just like to say the whole team are extremely professional, welcoming and friendly to all who come through. The dentist I see is Dr. Madisson Griffiths. She is very good with her patients and does everything in her ability to make sure your visit is comfortable and positive. I’ve had a few things done to my teeth now including Invisalign and am so happy with how my teeth have turned out. This is all thanks to Dr. Griffiths. Fantastic experience: Just had to write a review after today visiting Bernie for a mouthguard fitting for my grandson. He needed it for a comp next week but Bernie had it made the same day. Grandson says it's the best fitting one he's had. Very helpful staff. Can't praise the service highly enough.
