It starts with the ever smiling Erin on reception who quietly manages the flow, to Jody who is scrupulous about dental care & management and finishes with Sabrina’s expert hands on attention as a super woman (dentistry) to deal with the flaws. No one will be disappointed with the level of expertise and care.

From the minute they greeted him, Jody and Sabrina created such a fun, playful and positive environment. He actually loved visiting the dentist and even had his teeth cleaned! I couldn't be happier with this dentist, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Lina has been very professional and delivered exceptional service for a couple of important dental treatments I had recently. I will go there again for further treatment later on this year and for regular check-ups. Sabrina has treated my family as well and has been very professional, too. She is very good with children and my son (5 years old) had no trouble at all during his appointment. We will take him there many times for sure. Thank you, Lina and Sabrina.

As a child I was smacked by a dentist and have had anxiety around any dental treatment since but coming to Vivid Smiles has been amazing I am so comfortable and not scared at all. My children are also so happy and comfortable coming here I am so grateful to the Vivid Smiles team for looking after my family and I. I highly recommend them.

I find trusting your dentist to be very important and although I now live away from Newcastle, I travel up to 2 hours for cyclical cleans. Fantastic experience: My first visit to the dentist in (embarrassingly) 10+ years, and being 7 months pregnant, I was SO grateful to have a check up, clean, and 2x fillings sorted under the care of Dr Lina Brankova. Dr Lina made my experience so effortless and comfortable! I highly recommend!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing experience. Dr Sabrina Pinto and staff are so welcoming and professional. They are so gentle , I had a filling done with no anaesthetic. The nurse was so gentle. We have been seeing Sabrina for some time and I wanted to add to my review as Sabrina has changed mine and my husbands life. She picked up his breathing issues and sent us to an ENT to have this reviewed. He had surgery and he can breath correctly for the first time in 45 years. He no longer snores or has issues sleeping. This has also had a huge impact on my sleep on the quality of both of our lives.

Negative experience: Never again ... unless ... Do you want to hear them talk about how clear (or not) their personal pools are instead of "in the moment' of the patient' after 3hrs of being in the chair (5x teeth out) then same convo the next time, n the next time Found backup service (through the day when open a waste of time .. come in, my petrol, my time, no problem with u) useless as well

Fantastic experience: Sabrina has completely cured my fear of dentists. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Through her holistic approach to dentistry, we’ve had my son’s ENT issues fixed, she’s identified my teeth clenching (where previous dentists treated me like a naughty child who didn’t brush well enough), and she’s managed to correct problems at the cause, rather than just treating symptoms. She does this all with kindness, compassion and a great sense of humour. We are so grateful we found her!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! My son has just completed a year of braces and the transformation in his smile is incredible. Sabrina and the team at Vivid Smiles are simply wonderful. Sabrina always made my son feel relaxed, checked on his comfort and ensured his visits to the dentist were good ones! The clinic in Lambton is bright and refreshing and a very comfortable environment for patients, especially children. Fantastic experience: Sabrina is by far the best dentist I have ever seen, I have been one of her clients for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. So thorough with everything she does from a medical point but also puts in the extra effort to make your teeth look nicer and more aesthetically pleasing. I have on many occasions needed to come into Vivid Smiles and see other dentists at the practice, who have also been just as amazing. The clinic itself is clean, organised and fresh with lovely and kind dental assistants and receptionists every time I go. I highly recommend Vivid Smiles.

Fantastic experience: A few months ago I called Vivid Smiles with an extremely painful Molar that had kept me awake for 2 nights. They fit me in that day. The staff there couldn't be more helpful. After, xrays and some investigation Sabrina was great at explaining all the potential options and recommendations. I chose to start Root Canal on my dieing tooth. The team there made the whole process very easy. I now have a very fancy Gold Crown(my choice) that fits perfectly. The staff there make sure things are done right the first time. The whole process is so easy. They make going to the Dentist something to look forward too. Thanks so much to all the staff at Vivid Smiles!! Sabrina, Lena, Alison, Dani and Joe. You Lady's are the best!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been under Dr Sabrina Pinto’s dental care for a year now and I am very glad I went to her care after being stressed with other dentists before. I highly recommend her services because she is a very competent and caring professional. She makes children, adults and elderly people feel at ease and comfortable sitting on her chair. She explains every step of the procedure which reduces our stress and anxiety. I was delighted when she opened her own practice,Vivid Smiles. It has very modern equipment which makes us feel not scare at all. The practice has easy access and parking at Lambton Shops.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sabrina Pinto was responsable for my ortho treatment. I had to wear my braces for 12 months, which was much sooner than I expected. I got to change the colour of my elastics each time I visited her, which allowed me to change my look during the treatment. I am super happy with the end result now that my braces are off and my lingual wirer allows me to clean and floss my teeth easily. Dr. Sabrina always took time to explain each step of the treatment and made me feel extremely comfortable. I highly recommend dr. Pinto for anyone thinking about braces. Mika M.
