Fantastic experience: Amazing people, took me in as an emergency on Friday afternoon and really made sure I feel comfortable. Everyone was kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly service! Dr Ra was kind, friendly and non-judgemental of me, someone who hasn't been to the dentist in a long time. She looked after my husband and I so well. You also got to love a dentist that plays Garfield too.

Most importantly I am treated with respect and my dentist, Dr Sarah Zhao is often consistent, & reassuring. She listens to my concerns, offers her advise and always gentle with care. Fantastic experience: When I was seeking a gentle dentist some years ago Dr Stettler was recommended by my neighbour. For someone like me who has always been terrified of dentists, Dr Stettler has been wonderful to me. He understands, listens and is very gentle and makes certain that I am at ease and not in any pain or discomfort. I can highly recommend this dental practice and the wonderful friendly receptionists as well.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ra Chung was my dentist at this location. She is very funny, engaging and most importantly a professional with incredible attention to detail. She was able to address cosmetic issues and provide feedback to my orthodontist about changes required to achieve the best cosmetic outcomes. My veneers were completed today and I must say I couldn’t be happier, I couldn’t even tell they were not real teeth. Ra was able to give me a look which was natural and addressed my dental needs. Dr Ra and this practice were also able to complete and organise all rebates through DVA in a timely and efficient manner. Thanks for the great result Ra.

Fantastic experience: I was walking past this Dental Practice and because it is close by where I live; I decided to give them a go. I have been with them for over a year now. VERY IMPRESSED! I had Dr. Luke Bode and his team. Very honest, sincere, patient and really wanting to do their best. They are very caring and seem passionate in their work. Yesterday I had a tooth come out; saw them the same day. Not a problem. Receiptionist Shanana and Kirstie are a credit to the team also. They helped to keep me at ease and very efficient and friendly. Put me in an appointment the very next day (today). Within a little over an hour; all fixed. Really IMPRESSED!!! The pricing was quite good also. If you are in the area and need a good dentist; I highly recommend them. Just an update (Dec. 7th 2023)...Again very impressed with this Dental Practice...Shout out to Dr. Luke Bode and his Assistant Jesse; really caring with their dental work that kept me relaxed and very at ease. The receptionists Courtney and Stevie are so friendly and helpful and willing to assist to make the experience pleasant. Well done. Keep up the good work and check them out if you want reliable dental work!

Fantastic experience: Elite Dentist, I have had bad/dodgy dentists in the past but never felt more comfortable than here. Clear with what needs to be done and when. So I was never blindsided with anything. Could not reccommend more, If i didn't find Sarah id probably just not be going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: This would have to be the best dentist in Australia. I have lived in Melbourne, Coffs Harbour and visited dentist numerous times in these places, always with a painful experience.. I would have to be the most scared person with dentist . Since using Broadbeach dental my fear has gone. Roland and johnathon really make the dentist trip a pleasure. ( yes I did say that) Kirsty at the front desk makes you feel so relaxed and confident. Fantastic experience: Amazingly good dentist practice that’s focus on patient care and honest prices instead of charging you for everything. Especially when on a different visa an not having insurance yet, the prices are straight forward and they are trying to think with you financially instead of urging to certain expensive procedures (had that in the past). Dr Jonathan has been giving amazing dental care and pain free cavity repair. Besides, the ladies at the reception/assistant are super lovely and make you feel comfortable and welcome instead of anxious. If you are looking for a permanent continuously family dental practice or an one time visit because you’re traveling/foreigner, 10/10 recommend this one!

Fantastic experience: As a child I was always scared of visiting the dentist. It was therefore important for me to find a dental practice that was suitable for my children. My children love visiting Dr Luke Bode and Shanara, they actually ask when their next check-up is due. Highly recommended, friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: I'm so impressed with Dr Luke Bode. I recently had 2 teeth extracted in the chair and I was so terrified. It was over in no time. No pain and such a quick recovery. Woke up the next day feeling absolutely pain free. I can't recommend him highly enough and the entire support team are friendly and kind.

Instead of to get explanation and helping because I paid my money for consultation I got a reply that I come to the place with strange questions every time. I had not been to the dentist for 20 years due to my needle and dentist phobia which I have now overcome thanks to the team at Broabdbeach Dental. From the minute you walk through the door, Kirsty makes you feel comfortable and safe. Owen the dentist I saw was fantastic. Explained everything thoroughly , was extremely gentle. 2 teeth removed absolutely pain free. I am kicking myself I let if go for so long. Cannot recommend highly enough .

Negative experience: Bunch of incompetents. Dental team is underqualified. I was refused medical ( dental) treatment, but was charged for an OPG which was uncalled for & a" consultation " fee.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Roland Settler at Broadbeach Dental is a breath of fresh air. After more than 50 years of dental visits in different countries, I can honestly say Dr. Stettler is the best dentist I have ever had. He is thorough in his examination, getting to the source of what needs to get done. The huge benefit to me has been less treatments. I recommend keeping up regular dental hygienist cleans within the Broadbeach Dental Practice. In the end this has saved me a lot of money and I have kept my smile... It is also worth noting that Dr. Stettler is supported by a wonderful team.
