Fantastic experience: i recently had a great experience there reception was polite and helpful im very afraid of the dentist but they made me feel comfortable and were understanding of my needs for a private service the price was still quite reasonable and unfortunately I had to chancel a follow-up appointment due to an added shift to my work roster and there were very understanding and polite. Will definitely go back

You are made to feel comfortable from the views of the Japanese garden from the waiting room to the service received from the staff in the chair. They are great with kids too! Negative experience: Had the wrong tooth pulled out. Granted it was a tooth that needed pulling eventually but it wasn't the tooth causing problems. I had the same dentist at this clinic who prescribed antibiotics for the problematic tooth, she even had the x-ray of it up when I arrived. I received a small discount for the tooth that needed pulling but I was too desperate to argue. Haven't been here since.

Fantastic experience: The team are sensational! Upon arrival I received a warm and chirpy reception greeting, comfy couch in the waiting room and a separate kids play space so that my children weren't disturbing other patients. My dentist explained all my options including clear costings (which were much more affordable than other's ive been to previously) From someone who has past trauma from failed dental care from services who appeared more interested in the profit, I now look forward to my dental care plan and the support GDG continue to provide.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting attitude and behaviour towards people that need dental care urgently. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! WONT EVEN LOOK JUST SENDS YOU HOME FOR NO REASON. Will never deal with these horrid people again!

Fantastic experience: I have been embarrassed by my broken front tooth I never thought it could be built up and nervous and prepared for it to be pulled out. His not only a great dentist, I could completely relax and he was very gentle. My front tooth is fixed to perfection

I have always been the type of person terrified of going to the dentist due to painful past experiences. After getting a root canal treatment and 2 fillings my feeling about going to the dentist completely changed. Not only was the work awesome the staff were just as amazing.
