Fantastic experience: After being referred by a friend, I finally decided to get a 'teeth clean and inspection' at Pacific Smiles. As an 'older' patient (79 years) I have attendedregularly in my life - five times in fact, the last in 1975. I hadbeen imprinted with a pathalogical fear from my first experience - aged seven ( 1853). Not at all good. Anyway, enough of that: arrived at Pacific Smiles Salamander Bay with considerable anxiety - and through the expert, friendly, capable help of Brooke the dentist and her assistant, Tori, achieved quite a lot - as a total 'sook', my fears were alaid, good experience, and excellent outcomes! Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr Ermer twice now for a checkup & for a wisdom tooth extraction and if i could give more than 5 stars i would. Completely pain free and the overall experience was completely stress & hassle free. Reception are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend Pacific Smiles & Dr Ermer to everyone. :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many dentists in 50 years and have avoided them for the past 7. Going in to see Dr Huynh for a check up and clean and then three weeks later for a filling, I don’t think I’ve been to a nicer dentist. I definitely recommend her if you’re like me and don’t get too thrilled going to a dentist.

Fantastic experience: My children were seen by Dr. Huynh for initial check ups and a subsequent filling. Dr. Huynh was very friendly, gentle and caring towards my children. They were both at complete ease whilst in her care. I highly recommend her if you have a child who may be a bit nervous about visiting the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Best experience i have had with a dentist, got me in on a sunday ( i had an abcess) he was fast and good. After being traumatised by dentist in the past i now avoid going. This dentist however has retored some trust in me to go back again. Thankyou to everyone one on that day.

Negative experience: Hopeless. My daughter needed A filling. Drilled through tooth into gum while doing filling. Sent daughter home in pain and wouldnt see or return calls. After a week in pain i took her to a local dentist who advised tooth ruined and either need a root canal ($1200) or tooth to be removed. Have rang and left messages with lasy receptionist and also emailed- both unreturned. This is very unacceptable and as a father of a young girl in so much pain i am very very angry. Have decided to take further so will keep updated.
Fantastic experience: Excellent service - went in for an abscess on my gums - saw me right away - they were friendly and I was fixed up in no time flat. Also they were able to bill my insurance company direct without any problems.
Negative experience: Took my child in with an emergency tooth ache and would not see him. I understand they are booked but for gods sake the kid was in pain.
