Fantastic experience: My family and I have just moved to Raymond terrace and unfortunately I had a tooth removed by another dentist and ended up with a severe dry socket. I went to Pacific Smiles as the other dentist was closed on weekends ( no fault of their own) and was experiencing horrific pain. Leon took me straight in and assessed the issue immediately, while also treating the pain to the best of his ability. He also went above and beyond as the pain would not recede for 8 days with no sleep, food and very dehydrated, he sent me to get further help from Dr Andrew in Charlestown for pain relief that would last more than 2 hours. I can't thank the staff and Leon enough for their caring manner at treating me like a person and not just a number. Outstanding clinic overall *****

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience at the clinic yesterday! Dr An and her assistant were incredibly kind, professional, and absolutely wonderful with children. My daughter was a bit nervous at first, but their warm and gentle approach quickly made her feel comfortable and relaxed. They explained everything clearly and patiently, making it a positive and reassuring visit. It’s clear they truly care about kids and know how to create a calm, friendly environment that puts them at ease. We also really appreciated the excellent communication — we received helpful SMS reminders, and they even gave us a courtesy call to offer an earlier appointment (from 5:10 PM to 4:45 PM), which worked perfectly for us. They also accept the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), which made the visit even more accessible and stress-free. Highly recommended for any family looking for a professional, child-friendly dental team. Thank you again for your outstanding care and service!

Fantastic experience: Dr Cheyne is a highly professional, caring and gentle dentist who has given my family confidence to attend the dentist. Even the most nervous family member (92 years old) feels listened to and treated with respect. Procedures have been almost pain-free. Dr Cheyne and his entire team are a blessing to the area and are to be commended for their service.

Negative experience: Leon is a fabulous dentist if you can get past receptions poor communication and booking skills. They cancelled my appointments for my kids twice without notice and can only see a dentist with several months notice. It appears dentists are only available for emergencies.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I’ve ever been to! The dentists are absolutely amazing as are all the staff there. I have massive anxiety around dentists and needles and this is the first dentist I’ve ever been to that completely cater to dealing with anxious patients without making you feel ridiculous or charging you an arm and a leg for pain free dentistry. Honestly couldn’t rate these guys enough!!!
