Fantastic experience: Our family has been coming here for several years now, and I can honestly say it’s been such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Watching my daughter go through her entire braces journey here has been incredible not just because of her beautiful smile at the end, but because of how the whole team made her feel comfortable and excited about each appointment. What really stands out is how genuinely caring everyone is. From the front desk staff who always remember our names and ask about school, to the orthodontists and technicians who take time to explain everything and make sure my daughter never felt anxious they’ve all become like family to us. My daughter actually looked forward to her appointments, which says everything about the welcoming atmosphere they’ve created. We’re so grateful for the excellent care and the relationships we’ve built here over the years. Thank you for making our journey such a positive experience!

My dentist David puts you at ease before each procedure, explains in detail what it involves and checks on you always throughout to make sure you’re feeling comfortable to alleviate any anxiety that some people may feel. Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Malcolm Deall's for 40 years. I recently moved up to Queensland and have tried 2 dentists without being happy/comfortable. I purposely travelled back to visit Malcolm for a mouth splint. As always very happy with the work done. I don't normally leave reviews, but know how difficult it is to find a good dentist. I can highly recommend Malcolm and his team.

Fantastic experience: What a polite, friendly and professional team it is. David is caring and enthusiastic about his work, effective and skilled. I got two tooth fillings and two extractions done in no time in one session. He actively listens to his patients, provides options for the treatment plan and gives you overall pricing information. His assistant, Nicole, is easygoing, pleasant and supportive during the procedures. Also, the receptionists are kind and I received even a call about how I felt after the treatment. Amazing, 5 out of 5 for oral examination/consultation, treatment and after care, could not recommend more!!!

Fantastic experience: About a year ago i spoke to Malcolm regarding my TMJ Issues which were really painful. Between my chiropractor, GP, physio, i havent been able to get rid of it. I've probably spent around $5,000 on devices, massages, acupuncture, dry needling, physios, chiros, and workout programs. I've been in really bad pain for about 2-3 years now. Malcolm told me to come in and see him but i just kept putting it off thinking ive already tried everything. I just saw malcolm 5 days ago and he made me a custom splint for my mouth. It turns out that im clenching my jaw in my sleep (even though I was absolutely certain i wasnt). This is the first time in 3 years i havent been in pain. I cant believe it. I'm now changing dentists to see malcolm forever.

Fantastic experience: Been going Mal & the Deall Dental team for a number of years now & I’ve seen them all- Mal (who persevered & got my dental health & smile back many years ago- I’ll be forever grateful) & Ina, & David fitting me in the week of Christmas, Nicole my hygienist (fantastic) & Kerry & Amanda at reception, who are always great & reassuring. I’m always an anxious mess in the lead up to my appointments (after a bad dentist experience as a kid), but that anxiety leaves from the moment I walk in & I always leave with a smile. Thanks so much Deall Dental. I wouldn’t go anywhere else & if I move interstate, I’d still come back for any dental work. Love you guys!

Fantastic experience: So appreciative of Mal from Deall Dental. After having a crown completed elsewhere, I developed a severe allergic reaction to the materials used. Needless to say I was very nervous about heading back to a dentist to have it rectified. Mal was able to quickly and painlessly re-do the entire procedure and ensured no materials from the new crown set-off another allergic response. I travelled from Newcastle to see Mal and will continue to do so from now on! Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I saw Malcolm over 30 years ago. I was probably one of the earliest 'mature age' (30ish)recipients of full mouth braces. He was brilliant then,I assume he'd be the same now. I live in QLD now, I wish I was there for a ''follow up' appointment

Fantastic experience: We recently took our 6 year old son to get a filling and dentist David Deall was amazing with him. He explained the procedure in simple terms, made him feel safe, did a great job of getting it done as quickly as possible and my son didn't experience any pain afterward.
