Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Lane Cove Family Dental. Dr. Anita Gupta has provided excellent care over the past three years—skilled, gentle, and great communication. In June 2023, she extracted my molar painlessly in minutes. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and the staff (Dr. Raji, Adriana, and assistants) are friendly and professional, always reminding me of appointments.

I've had a lifetime dental phobia but I couldn't have had a better experience, she was brilliant - kind, calming, patient and proficient and any discomfort was absolutely minimal. Fantastic experience: First time going here to see Anita for some wisdom teeth removal. I had the best experience. As someone who is nervous to go to the dentist, Anita and the dental nurse (sorry I forgot her name) were both exceptionally gentle, patient and kind. I felt at ease, it was a super smooth process and I really appreciated their high level of patient care towards me. I was open about my anxiety for the removal and both of them were so understanding and really were amazing. This clinic is great and I am happy to have found a dental clinic I can trust.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend the team at Lane Cove Family Dentist enough! I called for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and they got me in the next day. The entire process was so easy and admittedly painless. Never have I not felt any pain or discomfort during the injection phase, this was done so effortlessly and it really was painless. The extraction of the wisdom tooth was done proficiently and effectively. It took under 30 minutes which I was blown away with. The team are highly professional and very confident in their approach. I don't need any frills. I think what I need should be covered by my health Insurance with no gap. If this is what you want then I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Negative experience: One of my worst experiences. I had booked an appointment at 3.40 pm which didn't start till 4.10 pm. Once I was seated ready for the general cleaning, the assistant came in few times discussing the booking of another customer with the dentist. Later, it turned out the the equipment was broken. 40 minutes of my day were wasted.

They offer flexible treatment hours and the location is perfect with plenty of free parking nearby. Raji is knowledgeable, thorough and gentle :). I would highly recommend this dental practice

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Raji Pillai at Lane Cove Family Dentist two weeks ago. This was the first time I was consulting a dentist and was rather apprehensive. All my worries vanished when I met Dr Raji. She instantly put me at ease and wonderfully counselled me about my problem. I got two fillings done and they were virtually painless. Her post procedure follow up was also excellent. I strongly recommend consulting her for any dental related problems and i'm sure you wont be disappointed.

Due to years of drinking coffee and soft drinks which discoloured and eroded my teeth, I lost the confidence to smile which has impacted with my self-esteem. I have come across Lane Cove Family Dentist and decided to contact Dr Pillai which assisted me in explaining my options and allowing me to make informed decision. My services included six porcelain crowns which transform my smile like those seen on celebrities.
