Negative experience: Saw nikita a few years ago now, had 1 filling done, came out with 2 fillings without consulting me first, whilst numbing me she pushed the needle into my tooth or jaw bone whilst having a conversation with her assistant. Long story short, couldnt eat for weeks she offered to take the fillings out and do them again. I declined went elsewhere for a second opinion. Over the past few years ive had root canal and crowns to fix those teeth she worked on, specialist have advised after investigating that both teeth have deep cracks in them that was from the dentist. I advised dr kim of my issues and was given a full refund although ive spent thousands and lots of specialist appointments to be able to eat normal food again. She ruined a good few years of my life.

Fantastic experience: Just like a mother’s hug! I’ve been to many dentists over the years and had extensive work, good and bad experiences, ok to downright awful workmanship and bedside manner. The team at Healthy Dental were polished, precise and personable. I hadn’t attended a dentist for 10 years and from the first phone call to follow up received top-shelf care. Danny was lovely, sensitive and thorough, his nurse, Harper a delightful, hard-working and highly professional attendant and showed a rare warmth, making my overdue check up a no brainer for my new regular practice, in spite of the 2 hour drive I make to visit this practice. Can’t recommend highly enough! Very reasonable fees and an obviously happy and well oiled machine of a team

Fantastic experience: What an amazing dentist Dr.Kim! My 8 and 5 year olds were very anxious about the appointment and any procedures, but Dr.Kim was very patient with them and spent a lot of time explaining what he was trying to do! He was so professional, gentle, and caring and he thoroughly explained everything in detail so they were all happy with the treatments! It’s not easy to find a good dentist for your kids and I highly recommend Dr.Kim and his super friendly staff!!! Best dental clinic ever!!

Negative experience: This is the only dentist I’ve taken my children to who not only don’t bill directly to Medicare under the child dental scheme, but also then don’t submit the claim for you. Most other dentists will put the claim through on the spot and we get the money back almost immediately. Luckily we had money put aside for rego to pay the $330 for my 2 kids to have check ups, but 4 days later and still no rebate. Also charge above the scheduled fee. Dentist has also advised on being asked that she is willing to offer a payment plan but on telling the receptionist she denied this is ever the case and refused to confirm with the dentist (twice this has happened). Not the dentist to go to for young, struggling families

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice with professional and friendly staff. Dr Danny Kim is highly skilled, gentle and caring dentist, who goes out of his way to delivery great service. Not to mention he is fantastic with children. My daughter at the age of 9 always keen to see her dentist, that pretty much sums up how good he is with children! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dental clinic! The staff were very kind and explained the treatment in full detail before they started. I've had issues with other dentists when I go to get fillings because the fillings always end up falling out. One visit here and they've stayed in place for ages! Prices are also very reasonable so definitely a place to bring the whole family, especially the kids.

Fantastic experience: I am someone who is not fond of going to the dentist but I also do not enjoy pain if I have a bad tooth. Danny is probably the best dentist I have been to. He doesn't rush you, lets you know everything he plans to do, is very patient and calming. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: 2 days ago my wife visited the dentist to get some attention to a sore tooth, we waited on reception for 15 mins past our set appointment start, but this was no issue - things sometimes happen - I didn’t even think twice about it until now. Double standards... my wife called on our way in to let them know we were going to be only 10 mins late. We were informed that that was too much, and that our appointment would be cancelled and were then threatened with a fee if it were to happen again. I found out my appointment was for 30 mins... so getting checked, having my teeth cleaned, going over some other little aches and pains, all squeezed in so tightly that 10 minutes lost the appointment. We never asked for a discount, or became snappy because we had to wait - I didn’t think it mattered - so why do we not get the same courtesy?
