Fantastic experience: The level of customer service is beyond exceptional. The Pharmacist picks up my elderly mothers prescriptions from her home, delivers the medication back to her. Not only is this amazing service offered at no additional cost, but genuine care and concern is displayed, he even brought in the rubbish bin from the street!! My family is so incredibly grateful.

Fantastic experience: By far the best chemist I've been to in a very long time! Service is absolutely fantastic and the staff honesty go above and beyond! One day my kids weren't well so one of the staff members even watched my kids while I quickly got what I needed in the chemist. Always greet you with a smile! And I've never been disappointed from lack of product quality or quantity as they always have what I need at a competitive price.

Fantastic experience: I actually if i can give that place 10 stars i would the 2 guys inside they very helpful ,kind ,understanding ,and they always willing to help inside the chemist as well inside the medical center they ready always to serve their clients and if there is any issue they will not leave their customers without solving their quieries

Negative experience: My uncle ordered a medication from this pharmacy. They didn’t have it at the time. When he picked up the medication, it had the details of another pharmacy on the box. Isn’t this breach of confidentiality since he didn’t authorise the disclosure of his details to a third party. Something iffy about this place.

Fantastic experience: This is the only way I know how to thank the pharmacists for all they have done. Not only did they make me feel at ease at a scary time but also delivered my medication to my door. I have a 1 year old little girl who was very sick and being my first I was scared for her. They have a lovely manner and was able to reassure me, also letting me know if I needed any other medication delivered to just let them know. Thank you for your reassurance and personal service on that day. I would highly recommend Meds Direct to anyone that values customer service and the knowledge that they have on a range of health services.

Fantastic experience: Visited the Pharmacy last week and needed an item that they had sold out of. The pharmacist was able to order the item in and have it delivered to my house the very next day for free! Great service and great prices. Definitely coming back!
