Fantastic experience: We took our 2 & 4 year old for their first ever check up today to start building a positive relationship with going to the dentist and we are just so happy with our experience today. The ladies were so friendly, showed the girls around the room, let them pick a pair of sunnies out, had a kids show on the tv and interacted and included the girls in the whole process. They also got to pick out a “prize” at the end which totally sealed the deal for them! So kind, so gentle and we all just sooooo impressed and happy with how our appointment went! Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Having recently moved to the Hunter Valley, I was nervous about going to a new dentist. From the first phone call to make an appointment; to being welcomed by Kara at the front desk; &, then meeting Casey (OHT) & Maddie (Nurse) who explained everything before my check-up, I couldn’t have felt more relaxed before, during & after the procedure. The surgery is lovely & bright & the staff are friendly & professional. Thanks Kara, Casey & Maddie! :)

Dr Rob was excellent—he took the time to clearly explain everything before and during the procedure, which really helped put me at ease. The anaesthetic was applied with care—not overly done—and the feeling in my face returned quickly after the extraction. I experienced no discomfort at all during the process. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Our experience at Hunter Valley Smiles with our kids was exceptional. The dentist and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were patient and gentle with the kids, making them feel comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. The office was clean, bright, and kid-friendly, which helped create a positive environment. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all our questions. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Receptionist was super helpful and got me in quick on a urgent extraction and later got me an earlier booking as someone cancelled. Dentist was really nice and I didn't feel a thing. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be returning for any future dental work.

Anna was clearly a well trained professional, who has scoped out a plan for my dental care. She assessed my problems and communicated the result clearly and I have great confidence in her ability to get my dental care right. Highly recommend Anna to prospective patients.

Fantastic experience: I have never been a fan of the Dentist,but I knew it was time it was 17 years since I had last been,I was speaking to Heather the practice manager and she recommended Anna. I finally took the plunge on the 19th May 22 Anna worked out a treatment plan,3 of my front teeth were crowns which I had done in 1986 so they really needed replacing,I needed 4 fillings ,6 extractions and all my teeth cleaned Anna is amazing, she is gentle, explains everything so my fear of the Dentist has finally gone Monique has done a fabulous job of cleaning my teeth.Today I was fitted with my new partial denture 4 front teeth and I cried I can finally smile with confidence So please if you are afraid, don't be ,go and see Anna and her team Mustn't forget to mention all the fabulous dental nurses always so nice and professional Thank you

Positive experience: First to put my hand up as being not a fan of Dentist, so wound up like a grandfather clock with just the thought of going. The girls at Hunter Dental were amazing. Fully reassured me throughout procedure, explained exactly what they were doing at all times, and confirmed what following work would need to be done once extraction healing was complete. Wish I had had the courage to visit much earlier, but they have certainly changed my views on their industry. Cant recommend these treasure highly enough
