Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised when I visited Bannockburn Dental, nice warm and inviting atmosphere, polite and friendly staff - made all the difference to me returning for several visits. Dr Sapana Patel did a thorough examination and sorted a plan of action for me, taking into consideration my time and financial situation. I was particularly impressed with how she listened and efficiently got on with it all. Breaking up the visits so I didn’t have it all done at once, with not an ounce of judgement as to why I’d left it all so long to get attended to. I had basically lost faith in my previous dentist, with appointments at their convenience and treatment was so rough! Dr Sapana made going to the Dentist a joy again! I really appreciated the follow up by the staff each time to see how I was feeling, too. Plus, appointment times that fit in with my busy schedule and not 6 months down the track, was super helpful. Everyone that I have met is friendly and helpful. When you arrive at the surgery, you are welcomed by the friendly reception staff. They will greet you with a smile and great attitude. The dental assistant is the next person you will meet. They have all been great. They are friendly and helpful. They do a great job of anticipating what is needed next. Dr. Adelaide is my dentist. She is friendly and explains the procedure well. Her technique is more gentle and comfortable than any dentistry that I have experienced. The polite conversation between Dr. Adelaide and her assistant is calming and interesting. I’m sure that the other dentists are of the same high quality as Dr. Adelaide. The entire process has reduced my anxiety about going to the dentist. I highly recommend Bannockburn Dentist.

Fantastic experience: When you think of the dentist, it usually doesn’t make you feel warm and fuzzy. Not so with Bannockburn Dentist, they have changed that for me. I have been a patient here for over 25 years and still have a filling to prove it. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff are patient, caring and the quality of dental work is brilliant. I highly recommend Jason for his gentle bedside manner (he’s worth the waitlist) but know if you step inside these doors, you will be well looked after. Both Frazer and Jason were so warm and comforting, but at the same time so professional and skilled that we’ve found it easy to trust them. Both communicated so clearly with us, regarding our dental health and the various pros and cons and options of procedures to help. All the front desk staff are so welcoming you’re put at ease from the second you walk in the door. And again, excellent communication before and after treatments to ensure everything works out well. Fantastic experience: Jason is an absolutely incredible dentist. So kind and considerate, always making sure I was okay throughout the whole checkup. I haven't been to a dentist in over 6 years and yet he made the whole checkup and clean so seamless and stress free. I was so relaxed and they even had a movie playing that I could watch to distract myself and some music playing. He was also so careful and didn't hurt me once in the whole process. His assistant Veronica (or Roni as she liked to be called) was so lovely too. Just superb service, definitely worth the 25 min drive from where I live to go there. Super professional but approachable and a genuinely honest dentist that explained my x-ray and actually helped me understand what was going on with my teeth. I can tell he is passionate and truly loves his profession. Also the ladies in reception were so nice and easy to talk to. I cannot recommend this dentist practise enough!

Fantastic experience: I had an absyss over the Easter long weekend and face that had swollen badly :( Was able to see a GP and get antibiotics. Attended as Bannockburn Dental were opening again on the Tuesday. The Dentist spoke with me before opening and offered another antibiotic until I could get slotted in a couple of hours later. Tooth extracted without any issue. Even received a follow up phone call about 2hrs later.
