Fantastic experience: Dr Lawrence and the team at Family Dental Care are amazing. From the moment you meet Dr Lawrence, his kindness, warmth, and gentle sense of humor put you completely at ease. He has an amazing way of making visits to the dentist feel calm and even enjoyable. He recently helped my mum through a very daunting full set of teeth removal prior to getting dentures. She was extremely anxious, but Dr Lawrence’s compassionate approach and reassuring manner completely eased her fears. We were so impressed with the care, patience, and respect he showed every step of the way. Not only does he care for my mum, but he has also treated both myself, my husband and our children. Every visit has been a positive experience, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients’ wellbeing, comfort, and overall dental health. We couldn’t recommend Dr Lawrence and the whole Family Dental Care team more highly. They combine professionalism, skill, and genuine warmth in a way that makes every visit stress-free and even enjoyable. Truly exceptional!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ni is my children’s dentist, he’s so lovely! Very informative, honest and gives great advice, in regards to dental health. He has helped to keep my children’s dental health and hygiene in tip top form. He’s patient, friendly, and great with children. Negative experience: Not happy. i came early to ask the price but no one told me the fee. And then they just looked at my teeth and charged me $45. easy money. why didnt they tell me before i came in? If you are transparent then when I ask for price you will tell me about the fee. Not recommend.

The reception staff hold a high level of support, communication, they are welcoming and professional. Dr. Ni Fung Lay is our dentist, completing dental procedures on our children (15,13 &9) with an exceptional approach, accomodating individually to each child’s needs. He takes time explaining and kindly provides options for our family. Overall the experience working with Dr Ni Fung Lay and his knowledgeable dental nurse Jasmine has been tremendous, it is beyond measure. They both exceeded expectation. Fantastic experience: EXCEPTIONAL service from Dr. Ni Fung Lay and nurse Jasmine. Dr. Lay never failed to demonstrate highly skilled dental techniques, his method of care is genuine and focused to ensure the job is done correctly. His care can even go beyond his normal working hours if an emergency is at stake. Dr. Lay has been taking care of me and partner's teeth and general oral health for the past 6 months. I cannot recommend more than Dr. Lay as your dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was always fearful to go to the Dentist. Dr. Ni Fung Lay solved all those troubles and attends to patients carefully and calms you down. All the work I've had done with Dr. Ni has been done brilliantly and I could not recommend him and this practice more!

Negative experience: Not recommended at all. My husband got a tooth extracted at this clinic a month ago which they messed up drastically. The infection and pain never went away. Now he is seeing some other dentist who found three chunks of tooth left inside and is fixing it up. Please don’t waste your money here.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful !!! Exceptionally unprofessional dentist. Had a bad experience. Terrible service Head Dentist was very rude demanding and just simply wanted to get the job done to move to the next patient. I have mentioned him about my breathing problem during cleaning process but he ignored and rushed was not happy with the final result. Made me feel very uncomfortable pain full restless during the whole procedure. I wouldn't recommend one of the worse dentist.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic family dentist for all ages. All of the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, their kind and caring approach really puts you at easy. The Dentists are thorough and patient with explaining what work you may need and in answering any questions have, you never feel rushed out the door. The big plus for me is that they were never pushy with their recommendations. Although I am not from the area, I happily make the trip for the friendly and honest service. Would highly recommend.

Positive experience: Have been coming here since I was a child! Bill Hadzakis is a great and patient dentist, He is my preferred dentist at any cost! I've also had Sonja as a dentist there and she is great too! Only negative is you have to go up two flights of stairs to access, which is fine for me but might be hard for the elderly! Other than that and a usual wait it is great!
