Fantastic experience: Its called special care dentist and that's just what they provide. I've been seeing dentists there since mid 2000s and they have all been respectful and keen to work around my limitations of being in a wheelchair and having a small mouth opening. They think laterally, give me breaks and always come up with a solution. I have and will continue to recommend the practice to friends with and without special needs.

Negative experience: This dental practice markets themselves as being inclusive for people with disabilities. I have a low immune system and asked when I rang to book, whether the dentist would be willing to wear an n95 mask. I was told that their dentists always wear n95s. When I got to the appointment the dentist told me he could not wear an n95 because his face is too big. I had to leave without being seen to. Please don't advertise as disability inclusive if this is not the case.

Fantastic experience: All services to do with teeth and gums can be dealt with via Special Care Dental. If the skill set required is not resident, the referrals are first rate. If you're having dental issues, call the excellent Admin staff who will direct you as to how to manage your problem. I have been a patient for many years and all of my issues, including bone grafts and orthodontic work, have resulted in successful outcomes with professionals in their respective fields.

Everything they do is for the good of the patient. Their philosophy is about taking a patient-centric approach and helping them through every step of the way, making sure that the patients are comfortable and well looked after, and the team is composed of dentists who exude the same approach. There is a very deep level of sincerity and genuineness with Sonya and Adriana that I don't come across too often with the leadership team of a dental practice. They were also very much on the ball in terms of transparency, communication and promptness, which flows through to the patient experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andrighetto and her whole team are amazing. My dad was holidaying in Adelaide when his denture broke on his 2nd day. Dr. Andrighetto and her team went above and beyond to get my dad's denture fixed within 1.5 days. Thanks Special Care Dental for looking after the wellbeing of my dad and the whole community.

Negative experience: UNFAIR CHARGES!!!! I am so disappointed... The place is fantastic, but I was told that the first consultation fee would be $68. The dentist named PAYAL HIRANI told me: no worries, today is just a check up and you'll receive a quote. PAYAL HIRANI has never mentioned that I would be charged for something else - she told me: open your mouth and I'll take an X-ray left and right... I told her that I was a student and had no Health Plan... When I finished, I went to the reception and had a very bad surprise: The total cost was: $148 ($40 each X-ray). The receptionist talked to the dentist PAYAL HIRANI and that's it - I needed to pay! (VERY EASY WAY TO MAKE MONEY). If I had known about it before I would never have accepted the X-ray! Please, be clear with your first visitors!!!! I DON'T HAVE THIS MONEY TO SPEND NOW!!!! They gave me a quote of $1,600. Look the review made by HENRY HODGE, giving a 5 stars, writing 'Amazing'...Do you know who is he? The receptionist who works there!!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE! SPECIAL CARE SPECIAL WAY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT ANY CONSENT!!!! Especially at the moment, where people are all struggling with finances, because of Covid19... I hope you all never face hardships in life!!!! ATTENTION CUSTOMERS: if you decide to visit this place, please, just be aware of it and ask them to clearly tell you how much it will cost, so you will avoid bad surprises!
