Fantastic experience: I very rarely sit in the dentist chair like many others we all have that fear But with radiant smiles my experience has been quite the opposite with my 4 th visit done I'm ready to get my full set of dentures the girls at the front counter are amazing the dental nurses have a real understanding of nervous patients they have been fantastic with me and dr anand is amazing I highly recommend radiant smiles for your next dental appointment thnkyou team for making my visits comfortable xxxx

Fantastic experience: Incredible customer service, I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and the staff were extremely supportive. The receptionist had offered to drop me home and take me to the chemist on the day of the surgery, they also checked up on me to make sure I was okay. The staff are always so kind, helpful and welcoming. The dentist helped me to resolve issues my previous dental practice could not. I could not recommend this dental practice more!

Fantastic experience: I have had a serious fear of dentists for too many years to admit and therefore have suffered with infections on and off from one tooth for years. Eventually I couldn't put it off any longer and bit the bullet. After googling a dental practice near me I gave Radiant smiles a go and I don't regret it! The team are Amazing and knowing my fear of dentists, took extra care to reassure me without judgement. I need more treatment and I will definitely be going back to Radiant smiles to receive it. Fantastic experience: By far the most kind, compassionate, understanding dentist iv ever been to my whole life! Dr Anand & Lara are so amazing at what they do and know how to make you feel at ease in the chair (and are great with kids too! ). Alison at front desk is nothing short of a super star aswell with lovely follow up calls and very kind and caring herself. I have been to this dentist since they not long opened and am so excited for their future in albany and to get more dentists to help more clients out. Will never go anywhere else in Albany for dental care there isn't enough words to say how thankful I am for these guys with what iv been through. Fantastic experience: Who likes going to the dentist? No one. BUT, when you do have to finally drag yourself in, this is the place to go. The dynamic duo of Lara & Tara makes you feel very welcome, warm, friendly and very personable and at the same time very professional. Dr Anand is not to be forgotten, he very quickly assess what needs to be done, explains every step of the way and before you know it, your done. Next day, a health check phone call from the lovely Lara. Never had that from any other dentist before - EVER. But keep this secret to yourself ok? If word gets out everyone will be wanting to come here.

Positive experience: Not a 5 star Dentist because... Radiant Smiles made excuses for why my appointment was delayed. So I sat alone in the waiting room wondering how long it would be. When paying at the desk, the other patient started blathering on to me about his cavities and how bad other dentists were. Very discomforting. I can't blame Radiant Smiles for that, but it put me off. Radiant Smiles said I probably needed two Scale and Clean and an X-Ray and it was going to cost up to $400, and I would have to make an appointment. The other dentist I went to see, Dr Nohra, saw me the same day and it cost $106. Radiant Smiles neglected to tell me that I could get reduced fees by taking out a Smile insurance. The consultation was useless. $16 for being told something I already knew. I don't recommend Dr Anand.
