Fantastic experience: Pacific Smiles Dental Bendigo (Dr Lovejot Brar) provided excellent emergency care for my son after an accident at school. They attended to him promptly and managed to realign his front teeth. Dr Lovejot was professional and caring, making a difficult situation much more manageable. Fantastic experience: Called PS this morning for an emergency appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. Dr Johnathon and his dental assistant were lovely, super comforting and made sure I was okay every step of the process. They also made sure to investigate further with an x-ray to confirm there was no damage or decay that couldn't be seen in my tooth. Now, the repair has made my tooth good as new! Absolutely 10/10 would recommend!

Negative experience: Never go to Bendigo Smiles for treatment... The dentist will damage your teeth, and take no responsibility...!!! My experience was very bad... No one cares, no one has a duty of care... It's your teeth, so go elsewhere...!!!!!

Negative experience: Poor administration and phone system. Kept cancelling appointments without notice and phone system does not send confirmation messages as they say they do. They had no idea how to help except say their failed system is fine. Would NOT recommend. Feedback and complaints area needs improvement as there was no reply to email.

Fantastic experience: My name is Donald Ozolins Army Veteran 2nd 3rd Batt 9Tpt Combat Unit Lavarack Bks Qld 1981 / now at 68 yrs of age I always joke about my old Dinosaur Teeth discoursed gaps erosion receded gums very ordinary especially when I have a great diet fruits salads fish & rarely have processed foods / never smoked never drugs once in a blue moon a old port . OH MY GOD !!! When I saw my upper teeth restoration executed on Wed 13th September 2023 at Pacific Smiles Dentistry Market Place Bendigo / I couldn’t believe what I was seeing after a long procedure in the chair / I was so overwhelmed it nearly made me cry they were new teeth bright clean and fabulous… I can’t thank enough what Dr Divya & dental technician Gemma did both were caring always asking how I was no pain I fact I doze of thinking I was on a beach in Hawaii / in all my years on this planet never has anyone made such an impact statement on my teeth. Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience here. As someone who has mild trauma from frequent dentist visits and braces as a kid - I know I need to go for regular check ups, but am not a fan of dentists. Dr Tracy and the lovely nurse (didn't catch her name, sorry) were very kind, while also doing a professional and thorough job.
