Fantastic experience: I am very happy with Dr Wayne Afftat, he is very thorough, patient with me, care to explain so many things I didn’t know or get from my previous dentists. Definitely will be my first choice for dental around the area.

Negative experience: I went in for two fillings, and even after the anaesthetic injections I felt pain when Dr. Dandas was cleaning and drilling out the cavities. After I told her this, she gave me another round of anaesthetics. Yet my teeth had a striking pain. When I mentioned this, she did not believe me and tried to convince me that it was just vibration, rather than actual pain. How could I not understand or feel the clear difference between the two? When I asked her to stop the filling, as the pain persisted, she got annoyed at me and claimed to have had an extensive experience in the field, insisting that I shouldn't have been feeling any pain due to the anaesthetics. She expressed her frustration, and just referred me to a specialist, who I found upon enquiry, doesn't have any available appointments until 3 months later. When I got a second opinion from another dentist, they got me x-rayed and recognised that I need to have a root canal done; which is what would have been causing the sharp pain. So not only was I gaslit by the doctor in believing that I shouldn't be feeling any pain, I was also diagnosed wrong. There was no inspection (x-ray) done by Dr. Dandas when I expressed the sensation, and no understanding shown towards the problem. I am aware that there can be mistakes made in dental procedures, but perhaps listening to the patients and not invalidating their experiences can actually be helpful for the dentists too. Since my previous appointments had been fine, I trusted the doctor. Hence, this experience really disappointed me.

Fantastic experience: Dr Yujia Zeng is fantastic! She is thorough, yet efficient. Has an eye for detail and knowledgeable. She takes time to explain what is happening. Would highly recommend Dr Zeng.

Negative experience: Had several appointments here - twice to get my wire fixed and it broke both times. Then my appointment was cancelled an hour beforehand, with no option to reschedule. Really disappointed and upset, especially as this appointment was for tooth pain I’ve been experiencing

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic Dental Clinic! Cannot speak more highly of Dr Dandas and her assistant. She takes her time, is very caring, has a great sense of humour and is by far the best dentist I have experienced. I have seen a few different dentists regarding a sore tooth and Dr Dandas fixed it straight away. Very experienced, definitely recommend! Thank you.

Negative experience: Dentists have poor body hygiene the smell was terrible. I went for a basic clean and walked out with a cut on the roof of my mouth, water all down my neck and a broken veneer that I now have to get fixed with someone that actually knows what they are doing! Shocking!

Fantastic experience: My children always see Dr Natalie Mansour who is the best dentist I’ve actually ever met. She cares about her patients and is very highly skilled in dental procedures and uses procedures that have prevented my child from needed root canal treatment. I can never recommend a better dentist.

Negative experience: Mother went to see Dr Dandas and expressed her concerns about a failed treatment by another practitioner whom in hopes that she would be able to help. She advised my mother of a treatment, begun taking the steps, only to tell her after, that it cannot be completed and to go back to her previous practitioner. Took advantage of my mothers dental situation and desperation to resolve her dental issues and commenced a treatment she knew she won’t be able to do or failed to assess the relevant scans. All about money!

Negative experience: I have had such a disappointing experience, I have been a customer for over 30 years and over the past few week have suffered with an excruciating toothache. I contacted the dental surgery and was advised that the dentists were not available unless they had more than one emergency, it just wasn’t worth their time. While other dentists in the area have been open and happy to assist.The money seems more important than the customer. I will not be back, after 30 years! Mario

Negative experience: My Husband has gotten sick of being attended (as has been the case for several previous appointments) to some 50 minutes after his normal booking time, even after being in the dental seat the Assistant kept asking him if he had other appointments to go to ??? after the 3rd time of asking and with it now approaching 60 minutes after his set appointment time he got up and walked out !!! LOST A CUSTOMER ...

Negative experience: Charged me $190 for a bit of glue. I have never paid for this service with any other provider as it is usually covered by my insurance. Was told they were “doing me a favour” by listing the item numbers they did- charged as orthodontics so dental cover won’t cover it. Absolute profiteers. Will never be returning.

Positive experience: I went in to get my braces off and it was a horrible experience. So unprofessional. They drenched me in water, the light fell on me, they cut my gums with the tools and I have been bleeding ever since. I got my retainers and they do not fit my teeth, they're not molded properly and are cutting into my gums. It's cheap so you pay for what you get.

Negative experience: Each dentist tells you a different price. I asked the receptionist how much a sealant costs and she said its $ 50 and my kids dentist said it costs $70.

Negative experience: Completely unsatisfied with my experience got stung for a filling fell apart in nine months and then was told I need a root canal $1800 what a rip-off.
