Dainty Dental Care - Dentist Boronia

Fantastic experience: I must say that I have had a fear of going to the Dentists for many years, as the nerves in my teeth are very sensitive. Yesterday, I had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Dorai and will not hesitate to go back and have it done again there. I was advised to have the Laughing Gas to help relax me, which it certainly did, and felt very relaxed having the procedure done. If I started to get any sensitivity whilst doing it, Dr. Dorai was very aware and increased the gas and then I felt nothing. I can't recommend him more highly, as their attendance to any details you may want clarified, was explained in a relaxing manner. If I could give a higher mark to the help and procedure which I had, I would. Thank you once again. Regards Lorraine

Fantastic experience: Dorai is THE BEST dentist ever!!! I usually get work done under anaesthetic but haven’t needed to in a couple of years, this time just needing a clean. Because I am not good in the chair (and I mean I hyperventilate) we opted for the nitrous oxide (laughing gas) treatment to help me with my nerves. Dorai allowed so much more time for this scale and clean so that he could allow the time necessary to keep me comfortable. HE IS SO GENTLE, UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENT - I highly recommend going to see him. If I could give him more stars over and above what are here, I would. There are not many people (practitioners) around anymore that consider their clients as much as Dorai does, without adding charges to cover the extra time taken.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dorai has been our family dentist for over 15 years. His genuine care for his patients and willingness to listen to any problems, goes far beyond expectations of a regular dentist. I have always recommended him to family and friends and many of them continue to be his dental clients. For someone who had had a dental phobia for over 30 years, I am no longer afraid to visit the dentist. I especially appreciate the gentle anaesthetic process that he uses. Kathy, the receptionist, is also amazing, caring and interested in the wellbeing of the patients. My 20 year old daughter has been Dr Dorai’s patient since she was 5 years old. Because of his gentle approach with children, she has no fear of the dentist, and I believe his encouragement has helped her develop excellent dental hygiene practices since childhood.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dorai explains eveything and is very patient and careful. He listens to your concerns and has various options to help you manage your fear if needed. He has very up to date equipment and is a wonderful dentist.

Fantastic experience: My wife recently saw Dr Doria at dainty dental in boronia and we both cannot speak highly enough of this dentist. My wife presented with an aching tooth to which the lovely receptionist made sure my wife got seen and managed to squeeze her in at 915pm that same day. Dr Doria was extremely professional, kind and gentle. My wife's pain worsened while waiting to see a oral surgeon for tooth extraction and Dr Doria checked in on her multiple times, calling her directly or having the receptionist call to relay information or provide advice/referrals. We highly recommend this dentist for any of your dental needs. Thank you Dr Doria and your amazing team for constantly checking in, accommodating, and genuinely caring for my wife during this time, you are all incredible people!

Fantastic experience: I swapped dentist back in 2014 but I ended up back at chandler road. There's no better dentist than Dorian. I live in Officer now but still go to boronia. It's pleasure going there.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Dorai is one of the most kind, patient and experienced dentists I have ever been to. I have had a lot of issues over the years, and have two teeth I thought could not be saved. He has done a wonderful job, gone way above and beyond and even set me up with a payment plan to make this all affordable. I can't recommend Dainty Dental enough. I have genuine fear visiting dentists, and honestly I look forward to each appointment now as I know I come out better off. Even the needles don't hurt the way he does it. 5 stars.

Positive experience: Went for a wisdom tooth extraction. A bit crude technique that lasted around 40 min and lots of pain.

Fantastic experience: I recommend Dr Kulandaivel and his staff to everyone I meet who tells me they hate dentists. You'd be surprised how often that is. I didn't think I would find a dentist who understood my fear of dentistry that dates back many years yet here is one who makes you feel relaxed and shows such compassion that no matter what you are getting done you know it will be ok. Every time I've been there and been sitting in the waiting room waiting fir my appointment I see the same thing patients leaving his room smiling and grateful. I'm one of them. Like other reviewers can't add much more than he really is a humane and caring dentist and his practice staff are wonderful and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I first went to this clinic a year ago as it was the only place that I could get into at short notice. Now I wouldn't go anywhere else. I had a severely cracked tooth and was given three options for repair. I was also told about another tooth that needed work, but no pressure was applied to get it done which made a nice change. The last time I visited, I had a sore tooth with a large crack running through the filling. The dentist showed me my Xray and advised that he thought it was actually the tooth next to it that was causing the pain because it had a cavity in it. He was right. If you want really polite service at really fantastic prices, I can thoroughly recommend this clinic.

I finally gave in and decided to try chandler road dental. Dr Dorairajan was extreamly proffesional and very efficient. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend chandler rd dental clinic, the staff there are fantastic, I ha a 5 yr and a 7 yr and the dentist and the staff were great with them, I had a root canal performed as they offer sleep dentistry treatment and the best thing is no needles, I just took a tablet under supervision and when I woke up it was all done. Thank you so much chandler road family dental clinic, I will be back for more work

Fantastic experience: I've always been a little bit anxious when i visit the dentist and i saw that Chandler Dental were offering sleep dentistry treatments so for root canal appointment I opted for sedation. There were no needles or anything like that which is what I thought initially, it was actually really simple (just took a tablet), waited a little bit under supervision and before I knew it, I was on my way home! Thanks to Dorai and the Chandler Dental staff for looking after me and doing such a great job on my teeth!

Fantastic experience: Awesome dentist, with fantastic interaction with my 2 kids who are 5 and 2 so they wouldn't have a fear of going to the dentist. Would highly recommend. Didn't pressure my 2 to sit in the chair and will slowly work on him becoming more familiar with the dentist and the equipment they use. Also good with kids who have autism.

Fantastic experience: I popped in to see the dentist here for a filling while I was staying with my cousin in Boronia. Was easy to get an appointment and the staff we’re all really nice and helpful. Can’t say I’m a huge fan of being at the dentist, but who is. Still it wasn’t a bad dental experience as far as things go. The whole process was pretty painless. I did consider doing it sleep dentistry style, where you get put to sleep so you don’t have to be conscious while it’s all happening, but in the end it wasn’t so bad and I’m glad I didn’t. Ended up costing me less than I expected, I’m pretty sure I paid at least $100 more when I got my last filling done in Sydney a year or so ago. All in all a worthwhile experience and I’m not longer getting weird pains in my gums. I’d definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the area who needs help.

Fantastic experience: I went to visit Dorai the Dentist at Chandler Road Family Dental over the weekend. It was an extremely pleasant experience, not only was friendly and professional but he was also very interesting to talk to. I learned all about the various methods and technologies used at the practice, including sleep dentistry (for people who are afraid of dentists) and the new CAD (computer-aided design) systems that they are introducing to help design and create dentures, veneers, and dental implants etc. with greater precision. It’s impressive that local community dentist is so well equipped. The staff at the dental practice were all super-friendly as well. If you live close to Boronia and need a checkup or some work done, I highly recommend giving these guys a call. Dental visits usually aren’t the most pleasant but the team at Chandler Road will make it as easy and as painless as possible.
