Fantastic experience: The young ladies that fixed my broken tooth as an emergency appointment where next level. They helped me with my anxiety with being at the dentist with an up lifting vibe. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this dentist. They are awesome.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Derek Ngoo and he was absolutely amazing in every way. As was the whole dental practice in general! I was visiting family in Brisbane when I unexpectedly needed a dentist. I sent an email on a Sunday afternoon and was not only replied to straight away, I was booked in for the following day. I was treated without any judgement at all, with everything explained to me in complete detail. At both of my visits. I was asked constantly if I had any questions and if I was in pain. I have been to many dentists in my home town but none come close to the care and treatment I received here. It will be my regular dentist from now on, despite living over 6 hours away from it! Thank you Dr Ngoo and all the wonderful reception staff! See you next time!

Negative experience: This is my partners experience at this dental practice PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING BEING A PATIENT. She saw Dr Preston Ng the 1st week in April.  She presented at this practice after losing a filling in her back tooth. She has since been back several times for various things in relation to this procedure and is always able to be seen straight away, without an appointment as the waiting room is always empty. (Speaks volumes). The tooth needed removing and my partner told the dentist that she had been advised that any extraction needed to be done surgically as she has extended & hooked roots. Dr Preston said this was not necessary & he could easily remove the tooth. The extraction was difficult & never felt right from day 1. She returned to the practice the following week as the area was infected. Over the following weeks bits of bone kept surfacing. Some fell out, some didn’t and caused great pain to her tongue. She returned to the practice to have these bone fragments removed. Dr Preston said he would file the bone fragments down so they wouldn’t cut her tongue but she had received advice from a friend who is retired dentist who said these fragments can cause problems later on & should be removed so she insisted the dentist remove them. She told the Dr Preston  that if he had listened to the advice she was given from a dentist years earlier not to have a tooth pulled then this may not have occurred. His reply was “he can’t cut and stitch every patient that needs a tooth removed” Totally agree, but if a patient comes in with this recommendation from another dentist you should listen. At this time the gum was cut open, bone fragments removed and was stitched back up again. In July (3 Mths after extraction) she was still getting pieces of bone surfacing & looking in her mouth a portion of bone was exposed. (Dr Preston  had told her this was ok and the gum would grow back)She decided to show her GP her mouth as she had lost all confidence in the dentist. Her GP was shocked by what he saw & sent her for urgent MRI & CT scans (NO DR PRESTON IT IS NOT OK TO HAVE EXPOSED BONE). The scans showed trauma & infection & she was referred to Mater Hospital for an urgent review. On the 2/9/24 (5 mths after extraction) she was operated on to remove more bone fragments & infected bone. The cause “excessive force during extraction”. She let the surgery know on 31st July what was going on & that she had to have surgery. She was not able to eat solid food for 5 mths and lost almost 10kg. Dr Preston only contacted her today (1/10/24) after viewing reviews she has written warning others (seems like he cares more about “reviews” than his patients) We are doing everything we can to warn others about this dental surgery. If anyone else has had a similar experience with Edens Landing Dental please do as we have done and post about it everywhere & report them. We would hate anyone else to go through this horrible (avoidable) experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Derek Ngoo is the best in class! I have been coming here for over two years now, and he has looked after all of my dental needs. He's very knowledgable and informative on his practice and equally not too overwhelming with information. I use to be super insecure about my smile as my teeth were really crooked. Derek listened to all my needs and from my regular check ups to my year long invisalign journey, he has been so patient and understanding. Whilst the before and after may be somewhat superficial to others, it's something I have personally grappled with and having a dentist that has helped me get to my desired outcome is really appreciated. Fantastic experience: Literally the best experience I've ever had at a dentist and I cant even begin to thank them enough ♥️ I was so stressed about a dental emergency but they fit me in right away, were so calm and lovely the entire time. Dr Derek and the two lovely girls really tried their absolute hardest to not only provide the best care, but also make sure that I was comfortable and understood what was going on. I cannot stress enough how amazing they are here!!

Fantastic experience: After trying to get my mum into my usual dentist for a while due to a emergency, I gave up and found out about Eden's Landing Dental, I called them up about the emergency situation with my mum, and they happily squeezed us in either way this would be during their closing time. The dentist was super helpful and got to the bottom of the problem and fixed her up straight away, she ended up having a fracrured tooth! Which is a serious situation. The pricing is so reasonable as well, I was not expecting it to be that cheap. I seriously cannot thank you guys enough for staying back to help my mum. I'm looking forward to working with you in the future, we found our new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommended more! My daughter is 7 and had a wobbly front tooth that was bumped by my son. She was so upset we live past logan village and tried the logan village dental, the two dentist in Yarrabila all three told us to come in the following week! Thursday afternoon 5:00pm I called up Edens Landing Dental, Holly answered and said they were booked but bring her straight in, 30 minutes later Dr Derek pulled her tooth. Both Dr Derek & Holly we’re amazing they calmed her down, pulled the tooth and had her walking out with a smile. I cannot thank them both enough for helping me out so soon before they closed the doors after a long day and were booked up until close. I would recommend anyone looking for a dentist look no further. Thank you both

Fantastic experience: Ive never had such a great service when dealing with teeth. Dentist are already daunting for anyone but these guys make it a very calm visit. Felt so much better about extractions on teeth. They work with in what you decide to do with any problematic teeth. Will definitely be back Thankyou for your help

The team at Edens Landing not only reassured me and made me feel less anxious but on my third visit I even walked in with a smile and because of the excellent quality of work I walked out with a confident smile. Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting service! Waiting in the waiting room with my partner and we could clearly hear the dentist and his assistant laughing and making fun of his teeth/x rays. The receptionist heard as well and ran to the the warn the dentist that his patient was here and could hear them. When both dentist and assistant were confronted none of them could say anything or even apologise. Later we rang receptionist to let her know we were disgusted and wanted to talk to someone in charge and she started making lies to cover what happened. Then we received an email admitting they were at fault. Would leave 0 stars if I could. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Leaving this review on my partners mothers account as mine wouldn’t work

Fantastic experience: Dr Derek did an amazing job, I’ve always been terrified of the dentist like most but after breaking my front teeth out after an accident I couldn’t not go but he made me confident and he exceeded my expectations i had all four front teeth fixed and cost no where near what I was expecting which was great and I’m now in love with my new smile he even gave up some of his lunch break to fit me in and I can’t thank the team at Edens landing dental enough for giving me my confidence back he even made them look better than before I broke them, I highly recommended them to anyone

Negative experience: This dental facility is unable to schedule appointments for customers. I was rushing from work to get to my appointment on time. I had to wait half an hour before being told I had the option of rescheduling my appointment or waiting even longer. I asked why they hadn't informed me earlier by either texting or calling me, but they told me that they don't provide this service. This is very inconsiderate of other people's time and I will not be returning to this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I hate to say it but it's been a while since I've been to the dentist. But I also must say that I'm very pleased with the results. Side note: the first visit I joked about a very specific car brand. So to see Top Gear playing during the second visit was either a massive coincidence or just the icing on the cake (that I should probably have less of). Well played and highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ngoo has proven himself to be a caring and skilled dentist whom I can trust with my dental issues. I came in with a cracked molar and Dr Ngoo was able to fix it with nil pain experienced by myself, as he was very gentle with the local anaesthetic. 10/10 great dentist =)
