Fantastic experience: I just want to give a big shoutout to Dr. James! My wife and I have been going to see Dr. James Chiu for our dental check-ups for a quite some time. He’s always super enthusiastic and patient, taking great care of our teeth. Even though we only see him about twice a year, he remembers where we work and chats with us a bit, which really makes us feel warm and welcomed. We’re so lucky to have found such an awesome dentist. Highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vicky is very thorough with every check ups. She would suggest reasonable treatment for each problem and really try to communicate the pros and cons. She takes good care of details and always try to make every surgery, big or small, as painless as it could be. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I always take my daughter to Evergreen Dental, the staff there are professional and kind, they patiently explain to you about your treatment plan and treatment progress. My daughter loves the dentist here. The dentist cleaned my daughter’s teeth very carefully and gave the fluoride treatment nicely. Will come every 6-month to do check ups and clean.

Negative experience: I was referred to this dental practice three years ago and commenced a plan for dental implant surgery. Initially, it all went very well and there was a delightful lady on front desk called Peggy, who was very friendly and helpful. Whilst I can commend Dr. Ryan Chou, very highly, There were quite a few setbacks during my treatment, which started in 2017,due to several errors made by the dental technicians making the teeth in the wrong size or fit, which meant I kept having to go unnecessarily, again and again. On my last visit in May 2020 as I walked in the door something hit me from the side on the front of my head. It was due to the female on front desk who decided to take my temperature without my knowledge nor my consent. I said " What on earth are you doing? She replied "Oh I just wanted to take your temperature" This was at a time when no other practice was even doing this. I was very angry at such ignorance and rudeness. She did not even have the decency to apologise to me. She could have hit me in the eye! I did try to make a further appointment before I left Sydney, to have a front tooth finished as it was only partially complete, due to the wrong size pin being made. However, when I tried to make contact, my emails were not forwarded to Dr. Chou and either not replied to at all, or answered by someone who called herself "Sopie". This person is very rude.This was not her name and not only did she not reply or forward emails to Dr. Chou, this person appeared to have become unable to even spell her own name correctly. My treatment is not finished. No one bothered to contact me in this regard but I could never go back to the Chatswood surgery for the reasons stated above. At least the staff at the Wynyard office were polite. I can no longer recommend the Chatswood practice due to the very poor client service of the the female on the front desk.

Fantastic experience: that was 3 years ago, once you trust them the prices will be increased, I was shocked to find out, it is disappointing as I am happy to pay the standard prices. treating a loyal customer like a fool is very bad for future business.

Fantastic experience: The dentists here are very thorough and professional. I was overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness of Dr Helen and she’s loved by my kids so much! The dental experience here have been absolutely pleasant and satisfying.

Fantastic experience: Went here for a well overdue dental appointment. Staff were extremely friendly, I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room for long and I was served very promptly. I was then consulted by Dr. Alex, who was outstanding. As I am not experienced with going to the dentist, he thoroughly explained everything to me including how I can improve my dental hygeine, as well as answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this dental practice to all. Thankyou to Alex and the entire team.

Negative experience: 技术再好，如果再能多站在客人角度考虑问题，那就更好了，我相信，没有解决不了的问题，只是肯不肯去做。 非常不好的体验，我是第一次去这个地方，人生地不熟，由于路上拥堵，开了一个多小时的车，到达找不到停车位，我带着孩子迟到了，结果被告知迟到了不能看，我也是朋友介绍过来的，说很专业，所以从大老远跑来结果被告知不能看，让我感到十分失落，而前台及医生也没有作出让人满意的解决方案，只让我预约下一个时间，迟到是我的问题，但这谁都不想发生的事情，可这个牙医诊所一点都不顾及客人处境，没有一点人性化，我气喘喘赶到并说明了原因，说不能看就不能看，让我失望而归，我感到很伤心

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr Ryan for several years for implant work. I highly recommend this clinic as customer service is great, ladies at reception are always polite and look after me with great care. Dr Ryan does excellent job, I highly recommend him especially for implant work. I had one one quite challenging because I had no bone (previous dentist in different clinic extracted tooth with lots bone in that area and I took long time to start with implants) but Dr Ryan solved this problem by taking one step at the time and allow time for bone to grow. Now I have two implants and happy with results! Thank you to all clinic.

Fantastic experience: Evergreen Clinic and Dr. Chou have our family’s trust to take care of our dental requirements. I had done quite a lot of research before we walked into Evergreen in Chatswood four years ago. My wife and I both had routine checks with Dr. Chou and she then had a series root canal treatment for her gum infection which never came back since. Dr. Chou is absolutely responsible in nature, professional and patient, never pushy but always provides explanation that is easy to understand while still able to maintain pricing reasonable and competitive. Since then, we go to Dr. Chou for all dental issues, routine checks of our family. My mother-in-law had root canal treatments and I have had orthodontics treatment for a couple of years. We are all happy with the results. Along the years, we also get to know that Dr. Chou never stops improving, he attends multiple conferences every year which is definitely assuring. We have since recommended Dr. Chou to all our friends and colleagues. The staff at the clinic is also impressive with their friendly and professional approach. Making appointment is always nice with the reception, our records are well maintained. The flat screens in each treatment rooms and other facilities in the clinic make it easy for me to understand the results (e.g. X-ray photos) and see the progress of my orthodontics treatment. The reception staff also went above and beyond to help us understand different private health insurance policies which we then made comparisons ourselves and switch to a better product that suits better our dental requirements. Dental was always daunting experience for me and thanks to Dr. Chou and Evergreen clinic, I feel they have the trust from our family for many years to come.

Fantastic experience: I conducted a lot of research prior to booking to see Dr. Ryan.Some other surgeries I made contact with quoted me horrendous prices over the phone without even seeing me.They advertised me that they were well experienced in implant surgery but my subsequent investigations suggested otherwise. Dr. Ryan has a gentle and friendly disposition and explains treatments very well.He is very thorough and considerate and pays great attention to detail.I have already been asked for his contact details from many friends and colleagues as they know that I am not easily impressed. I can highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I did the orthodontic in the Evergreen dental with Dr, Ryan for about 2 years and just took it off, I can definitely tell everyone he is a really nice person and highly recommend his professional standard which I am very satisfied! Must also mention the receptionist and dental assistant are friendly and always taking good care of me in the past two years!!

Fantastic experience: Signed up the whole family here. We all went in one after the other. Couple of seals a couple of fillings, usual xrays and so on... $950 total. So as well as being thorough/professional they seem cheaper than my previous place. :)

Fantastic experience: It was a very pleasant experience all throughout, from the nice greetings of reception people to the post-treatment care. The wisdom tooth extraction procedure was quick and painless, and I felt that Dr. Ryan Chou really mastered his technique of performing the procedure. Follow-up care was equally fantastic, with them checking how i was feeling days after the extraction. I definitely recommend Evergreen Dental! :)

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Chou since 2008 and he's always been very patient and thorough in examining and treating my dental problems. He's also very gental as well. Due to the discomfort and sometimes painful experience during teeth cleaning process in the past, I wasn't keen to get my teeth cleaned every 6 months until I met Dr. Chou. He made regular teeth cleaning and check up an ease and as a result my teeth are in much better status compare to before. I also had 4 wisdom teeth removed recently, 2 teeth at a time and there were no complications afterwards. The swelling was eased after 24 hours and I was able to work after resting at home for a day. I am absolutely impressed by the outcome and I highly recommend Dr. Chou.

Fantastic experience: The best dental clinic in town! I have been treated by Dr. Chou for years and have admired how pedantic he is when it comes to dental surgery. This can be easily identified not only when you undergo any dental surgical/maintenance work, but also can see how particular Dr. Chou can be in the clinic environment, the surgical equipment and everything. I think everyone can appreciate a dentist and put your trust in him when you can recognise his persistence in every little thing the patients may experience. Highly recommended.
