Negative experience: Worst dentist I've ever been to. Clearly staff weren't trained properly, dentist kept raising her voice to girl taking xray. Had to take 5 xrays of one tooth because they kept stuffing it up. Absolute rip off. Would never recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: Dr Vruti Patel was amazing, she is very gentle and checked in during the scale and clean. The reception team might need a little more communication as I was called twice to move appointment times, and there's no water when you are waiting. Aside from that - the actual dental experience with Dr Patel was fantastic.

Negative experience: Colossal waste of time. Third time booking online, getting a confirmation and everything, then showing up and being told “oh sorry, you’re not in our system, we have no slots available.” If your booking system doesn't work, don't let people use it.

Negative experience: Absolutely avoid this business! New to area to find a family dentist with the view to support it with our whole family to start going. Firstly met with a wait of 35mins over appointment time, attended for a filling repair & sadly got none of the service as discussed when booked. Met with no quote just a huge bill considering no anaesthetic was used. Furthermore the fact that there is no basin to spit in leaving me on 2 occasions with a mouthful only to swallow. Just a poor practice!

Fantastic experience: Definitely the most thorough check up & clean I've ever had. Staff are extremely friendly. Sarah on reception was amazing.They were aware I have a fear of dentists, so they made sure I felt at ease with every step of the way. Dr Aus was super gentle. I would definitely recommend this place.

Negative experience: I would love to see how good the dentist is, u fortunately the angry staff are the hurdle. I called to confirm an appointment and basically got yelled at and interrupted when ever I tried to speak. “CAN I HELP YOU” “Good morning how are y…” “CAN I HELP YOU!!!” A little respect can go a long way, especially towards those who contribute to your wages. I will have to look elsewhere because if you can’t talk to people with respect I can’t imagine the experience being too friendly. It’s a shame how terrible customer service has become.

Negative experience: Visit this place once as an emergency absolutely wasn’t planning on going back as I spent a lot to walk away with “come back if the pain doesn’t go away for a referral” then they’ll contact you with a “reminder” of a clean and check up appointment you never booked to be again contacted did you want to rebook that cancelled appointment you know the appointment I NEVER MADE! I said don’t contact me after the first call!

Negative experience: Worst dentist I have had in 35 years ...no clue what she was doing, advice for what could not be done anyway. Rude, unhygienic and basically dreadful experience - save your money and time - FIND another dentist, these guys were awful.

Negative experience: Very disappointed as they are not transparent with cost and did not provide a quote or care plan prior to appointment making client aware of out of pocket cost. They did not discuss or make aware out of pocket cost until after the appointment. It is very expensive. Would not recommend this dental practice. Spoke to the Manager who was not helpful at all.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I went in to get a tooth fixed and not only did the dentist NOT fix that tooth, he didn't even talk about it. He took about 6 x-rays and a bunch of pictures and started taking about braces. Then started cleaning my teeth. So, the reason I went in there was never resolved and I wasted my time and money. Felt like it was all about the money for him! Now I have to looking for a new dentist that will actually fix a tooth the client required.

Negative experience: Second time here. Both times I have paid for nothing. Done trays both occasions and told my teeth are fine and I would need to see a specialist. Paid 90 dollars the first time and this time 220 for consult and teeth clean. I still have a tooth ache. I feel this is so the customer has to come back in.

Negative experience: I booked for a wisdom tooth extraction over the phone and was assured about the price and extraction. On the day, I took leave from work and waited for 20 minutes in the lobby, only to be told that it wasn't possible because their dentist wasn't available.

Negative experience: I made contact with Pacific smiles in regards to a filling and was told that it would cost me between $250 and $300. I went to have it done. They completed the x-ray on my tooth and then told me it would cost $450 right after She told me there was nothing wrong with the inside of my tooth so I refuse to pay because of a nearly $200 variation in price and left and then received phone calls from their receptionist abusing me making threats about having to pay.
