Fantastic experience: The team at Windsor dentist where amazing. From the beginning they made me feel very welcome. I have been going to my same dentist for years now as I am very comfortable with them, however, I ended up going to see the team at Windsor as they specialise in Bioclear, (something my dentist doesn't provide). Naturally I felt nervous to see a different dentist but they made me feel so comfortable. Dr Albert is extremely talented and a true artist in his field. I was blown away with the end results. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommended! Thank you to Dr. Albert and Christine for the warm welcome and service. I moved to the Gold Coast from Airlie Beach a couple of years ago. I have been using NTI Night Guard for my bruxism. I searched around GC because travelling to Airlie cost too much to see my previous dentist, and I tried looking for the one I could trust. Not many clinics are available for this device, I guess. After my first visit, no doubt Windsor has such good reviews. I felt so welcome and knew I was in good hands. Dr. Albert gave me options and educated me about bruxism information based on his experience, which I felt comfortable with. The prices were also reasonable. The bonus service was while waiting for the mould to be ready; Christine accompanied me so I didn't get bored. We just chatted and got to know each other—what a pleasant experience. I can't wait to revisit them.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Albert enough - I have been meaning to leave a review for some time. I tried quite a few dentists before settling with Windsor dentists. Dr Albert extracted my wisdom teeth, performs regular cleans and performed Invisalign treatment. The best part about Dr Albert is that he is clinically strong, committed to best practice and furthering his skill set, but also has a great personality and takes the time to answer my many many questions. I had a negative result on an OPG and made the mistake of reading and trying to interpret the report. Anyhow, Dr Albert called me right back and spent 30 minutes on the phone explaining the results and alleviating my concerns. He really demonstrates genuine care and concern. Another highlight is Christine, practice manager and dental assistant- she is also extremely personable and always very helpful! Thank you Dr Albert and Christine!

Fantastic experience: When I went to Dr Albert Tran my gum condition was very poor. I had bleeding problem, my teeth were loose etc. Some extractions were made and Dr Albert did the gum treatment very well. He was fully describing what have happened to my teeth and gum before and after treatment. He answered all questions I had. Christine was very helpful. She arranged all the schedules nicely and gave post treatment information. I definitely recommend them for dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tran has been taking care of my teeth for a few years now and has been an absolute joy to deal with the entire time through wisdom teeth removal to general check-ups. Atmosphere is friendly and professional and the service is excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr Albert and Christine have achieved the best experience my partner and myself have had with any medical practice. They are upfront, personable, accessible, professional, and generally take the edge off the typically daunting dental visit. We had been slightly traumatized by previous dentists, who have the bedside manners of an automaton, and the opaque sales techniques of a real estate agent, so we couldn't be happier to have found these guys. Furthermore, we recommend them to all those we know, and will continue to visit their practice despite moving to the other side of town. I couldn't praise them highly enough ;)
