Fantastic experience: We made an appointment with Dr. Larissa for my son that has 5 years old. He needed to extract 2 teeth and she was extremely careful, patient and gentle with him. I highly recommend her. My husband and I will definately start seeing her for our appointments as well.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experienced in this Capalaba Clinic. Dr. Wang and the lady in reception are very lovely. I had my teeth checked up and cleaned for several times. Dr. Wang very informative of what needs to get done and about the future treatment plans. She really does a wonderful job.

Negative experience: Appointment before the last one, they cancelled and promptly told me to call them to reschedule which I feel isrude,went in for my appointment this afternoon snd was left waiting and waiting until I had enough and walked out, shall never go back totally unprofessional

As a nervous patient everyone from the reception to the very professional Dr Fan and Avni the assistant really put me at ease and it turned out to be a wonderful experience.    I Highly recommend Dr Henry and this clinic to anyone looking for a 5 star dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: After suffering a severe toothache overnight, I was struggling to find a dentist that could get me in until I rang the staff at Pacific Smiles. They were extremely kind and helpful juggling their time slots to find a way to get me in as early as possible. Dr Alan sorted my toothache in no time and was absolutely brilliant. I can't thank you enough and this will now be my permanent Dentist.

Negative experience: UPDATE: Its been years and nothing was ever done about this, im not up for $7000 worth of work at a competent dentist. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Absolutely ruined my teeth and gave me anxiety around visiting any dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Dr Alan Xu for an extraction recently, and I felt very confident in the way that he explained everything and made me feel comfortable about my decision, by giving me good options. I was quite nervous before hand, but I did not feel any pain and I was surprise how quickly everything happened, all with great professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Caitlin is a very gentle Dentist she pulled two of my front teeth and did not feel a thing even a day later still no pain she should get a raise i have been to a lot of dentist and she is the only one that has never hurt me getting teeth pulled.

Fantastic experience: I Highly recommend this dental practice after having a new upper denture fitted by yaseen ( Yass) essack, everything I enquired about was answered and explained by Yass in a friendly, professional, easy to understand manner, the practice is spotlessly clean and the other staff members made my visits here a happy experience, will definately be visiting again.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Dr Alan Xu highly enough. He's friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer and pacify any concerns. He's also great with kids as I've taken my 4yo here previously to Dr Xu and it was a calm experience for him that can often be scary or overwhelming for a young one

Negative experience: Not disclosing out of pocket costs prior to receiving any service is unethical in any workplace, especially when they are not a preferred supplier to a Health fund. So much for being a loyal customer. Worth taking further action to stop this behaviour.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever... Dr Alan Xu Totally caring, professional and gentle. If you have a fear of the Dentist as I did. I defiantly recommend everyone to see him. Would be the perfect dentist for children too.

Negative experience: If I could rate lower, I would. In the last week, we’ve received threatening phone calls, text messages and now emails from this clinic’s accounts department, demanding we pay for our daughter’s appointment from 2 months ago. We have always paid in full, at the time of our appointments. On this occasion, the receptionist scanned our Medicare card and we were advised that our daughter was covered under the CDBS and that there was nothing to pay. Two months later, with absolutely no prior invoicing received (either via post or email), this rude woman from accounts starts demanding we pay immediately and threatening us with legal action. She also claimed that their legal team had tried contacting us but we’ve not received a single voicemail or email from anyone regarding this. This franchise is either completely incapable of taking responsibility for their own mistakes OR they’re trying to double dip and take payment from both the government scheme and the patient.

Negative experience: Thanks for a waste of time. Yes everyone is lovely there. Only thing lacking is communication please do not ask me 3 times to rebook a routine clean! When I was coming for a consult quote to have my 3 last teeth removed, and dentures that I had to rebook only to find out if I can’t come tomorrow. I am done is it so hard to get a basic quote. Fantastic experience: Dr Alan was wonderful - I am pregnant and still in the sick / nausea phase, and Alan was so gentle and accommodating to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. He was very welcoming, gentle and explained everything as he went. Would highly recommend for anyone who is a bit nervous or sensitive.

Fantastic experience: Professional empathetic and very hight standard of work. Receptionist always get back to me promptly and are able to make my appointments easily. Dentists and assistants are incredibly understanding (I am an absolute BABY at the dentist) and they help to make me feel very comfortable. Their facilities are good premises are clean and work is very high standard!! Also open Saturdays +++

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! I was quoted $1,000 and told I needed 7 fillings. I just wanted to double check and make sure that was correct so I got a second opinion. During which I was told I only needed 1 filling which cost $180. While I understand there is always going to be differences in professional opinions $820 and 6 fillings is not a difference in opinion it is a scam. I am so glad I trusted my instincts and did not get the unnecessary dental work done. Definitely do not recommend going here as it’s clear they exploit their patients by trying to prescribe unnecessary and expensive treatments even if you don’t need them.

Negative experience: HANDS DOWN WORST DENTIST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND CANT READ A X-RAY! They tried removing a back tooth but couldn’t I stopped them because I could feel it all, if they were to remove that back tooth without me going for surgery I would of been left with a huge hole in my gum and no way of closing it up, this is because my tooth Root is connected to my wisdom tooth that hasn’t come through yet which is connect to sinus tissue. They could have really destroyed my mouth, they could of ruined my chance of having teeth replaced. instead I’ve been left to go for surgery because of their mistake. I don’t wish the pain and facial swelling caused for no reason on anyone as I’ve been left with a bit of my tooth still in my mouth until I can be seen for surgery. Thanks for traumatising me even more then I had already been from a previous different dental clinic that you were all aware of. I don’t recommend this place at all, they are unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing or are looking at.

Fantastic experience: Thank God for these guys. I've never experienced pain like I have with an abcessed tooth , they had that mongrel out within 30 mins and I feel so much better. THANKYOU!!!!

Negative experience: Contacted to enquire on wisdom tooth removal, I was advised to book a check up and clean at $170, as this was their process to check and quote the wisdom tooth removal. This included x-rays. I let staff know I was quite anxious about the visit due to being nervous around dentists but I don't think the staff are well suited to dealing with nervous customers as the cleaning was very painful and I was told my gums were 'angry' which is why it was hurting. I have had many cleans before and was aware it could be uncomfortable but should not be painful but was dismissed when I questioned this. Eventually I asked to stop as the pain was quite intense, I was then advised to book in a second consultation in about a week to finish the clean once the swelling died down. After I asked, I was told this would be another $100 for a second attendance. I believe this could have been attended to better as I was there to be quoted on my wisdom teeth and the dentist would / should have been aware of the inflamed gums / infection in this area and was aware I was attending for my wisdom teeth yet proceeded to do a clean which left me in a lot of pain and then told me to come back in about a week to start the process of removing the wisdom teeth. They should have removed the wisdom teeth on this attendance or at least told me that the cleaning they insisted on would inflame my gums so much they wouldn't be able to do the procedure I urgently needed. It seemed like a money making tactic with no regard for the pain I was in. I ended up going to Skye Dental who provided me a free wisdom tooth consultation and booked me in within 24 hours after confirming the teeth were inflected. Their pricing was nearly identical to Pacific and in fact I ended up spending more, but the staff and dentists were much more accommodating to me and my nervousness, and they were upfront about the costs. I would rather pay more to be treated promptly and professionally. Pacific did send my x-rays to Skye very quickly which was appreciated.

Negative experience: Hi, Last week my wife purchased Neutraflor on my behalf. She was given Neuträflor Sensitive. She mentioned that this was the incorrect product and was told that it was new packaging. This product is not the same as the "normal" neutraflor in the purple tube. It does not stand up to the heat in Queensland so it comes out runny. It was suggested that I keep it in the refrigerator - which is not practical for me due to the location of our refrigerator in relation to our ensuite. It also has a very strong mint flavour which may have caused me some stomach pain (after seeing my GP it was suggested that this may be the cause as it is the only thing that has changed - I have not been using it for 3 days now and the symptoms have gone). I am disappointed that this product is being touted as a replacement for the Normal Neutraflor. Whilst I acknowledge that it probably has similar properties and does the same job as Normal Neutraflor, it is not the same. It is an expensive product and I so it should be sold responsibly.
