The whole team made my experience smooth and calming putting my nerves to ease from the moment I walked through the door. Couldn’t recommend enough. Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Adam from Happy Rock Dental highly enough. I had to have 2 teeth extracted to start the journey to getting implants due to amalgam fillings deterioration. He has been so professional and made the whole process which is quite stressful into an almost pleasant experience, working towards an end goal.

Negative experience: We'd moved from another area into the shire, and, on an acqaintances recommendation, went to Happy Rock and saw the owner, DrJiang, for my daughters sensitive tooth, which, after an x-ray he told us was fine, despite a small shadow showing. She developed a painful infection in the tooth, which he examined again, and said it was fine and it would settle down, instructed her to take some panadol for the pain, and gave her some antibiotics and told us that it was nothing to worry about. After another couple of weeks, with no improvement, we went back again, and he gave us the same advice. Being quite concerned now we saw another dentist at a different practice, who told us that being incorrectly treated like that could have developed into life threatening septicemia or meningitis and that we were lucky we didn't leave getting the correct treatment it any longer. This dentist should get some correct dental training, or, better still get out of the dentistry profession altogether.

Fantastic experience: It's not very often I take the time to write a review, but I could not recommend this place more! I was treated by a younger Dental nurse Sophia who was completely professional from start to finish. It had been around 10 years since my last visit to the dentist as I have been terrified all my life from bad child hood experiences, and my front teeth were starting to decay in a pretty bad way. After a 3 hour session which seem to have flown by, they have been completely restored and I could not be happier. I am also a big wuss when it comes to having needles, but I can not stress how much I could not even feel the injection at all. The prices are also very reasonable and feel like I have definitely received more than what I have paid for. If I could rate this place any higher I totally would. Thank you very much and I will definitely be coming back for my next piece of work.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful Dentist ' Megan ' is truly a wonderful dentist! Extremely gentle & understanding of my fear of needles & generally visiting the dentist.
